If your looking for baby shower for a boy don't bother complet waste of time I Guess I will just buy everything online this stores complain that we do but then they don't supply the needs I drove from lower stoneycreek up the mountain to Ancaster

The service is great, but I had to cancel my helium balloon order on the same day of the pick up due to sudden death in the family. The manager refused that but offered a store credit. I mean, if you can offer a store credit, then you can offer a refund. I am so mad and don't appreciate their behavior and lack of feeling and understanding of my circumstances.

I went to this place on Sunday to get 5 balloons filled up with helium and the ladies were lovely & super friendly and helpful.

However, I was not told about their ‘no refund if you bring your own balloons’ policy and I paid $44 only to get home and all 5 of them had deflated within 1 hour and 10 minutes after leaving this place.

I called back an hour later and explained the situation to them, the lady took my name and phone number down and said they would give me a call back after explaining to her that nobody let me know that if the balloons the were deflated I would not get a refund. Honestly, I did not expect them to deflate THAT fast.

Fast forward to Wednesday and I still received no call backs. I called in myself to get an update and I had to explain myself once again and had to give my name and phone number again only for them to call me back today and say “sorry” and that I was not eligible for a refund. I was told my balloons were faulty when I clearly had 5 of them filled with air at home and 4 days later, still no problem! Also, only 1/5 is still floating in the air so I know that the balloons were not faulty. They were just not done tight enough.

Had I known the balloons would go down before the party even started started I would not have waste my $44 on 5 useless balloons.

I would not have cared if they at least lasted the party but this was just a plain scam and a ripoff.

Definitely do not recommend this place and will not be returning after this experience.

Staff was super nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the balloon weight came untied as soon as I took the balloons out of the bag. Other than that, great experience

The cashier was nice, but she failed to inform us that they were all out of the big bags they put the balloons in. We had wanted 6 balloon bouquets of 6 balloons each, once we picked them up they told us that they did not have the balloon bags. If they told us at the beginning we could’ve ran to another store to pick up garbage bags. So now the 6 balloon bouquets mangled into 2 bouquets. We also lost 3 balloons in a matter of 15 minutes after them being blown up. Very annoying and honestly a waste of money.

The service is slow. At the cash today, the cashier was on her phone and didn't notice that I was waiting to pay. It is unbelievable coming out of the pandemic that they do not have an online or phone ordering system for balloon bouquets. When I called to order, the person who answered the phone was rude when I asked if I could order online or by phone and then hung up on me.

Getting pricey for soccer, the restaurant elevated their food. Bar prices are abit high for some items, the part I ate the most is the closing times. Even when busy, they will close early on weekend nights.

Stafg were very friendly and helpful in picking out all the best party decor. They always seem under staffed but the people working do their best to get everything done and clients served.

We brought 16 balloons bought from elsewhere to get filled with helium, and the price per balloon was equivalent to buying the balloons directly from them at full price, so not a great place to do this. We were told to go to the balloon filling counter where, after a minute, the person behind the counter asked for the next person. We went up and asked about our order, and the lady nodded and gruffly said, “Yeah, that’s going to be 10-20 minutes because you just gave me these and that’s 10-20 minutes of work” as if we were supposed to just know that and we were stupid for asking about it. We complained to the cashier, but there wasn’t much that he could do because the lady turned out to be the manager. We won’t be coming back here.
Edit: When we came back to pick up the balloons and mentioned that we didn't appreciate how we were talked to, the lady apologised quite sincerely. We felt better, but still have reservations about coming back.

Wanted to return a costume I ordered online today and the manager refused to return it, even with the receipt that clearly says they will return up until Oct 21st! The manager Jessie was extremely rude! She has lost all my business and I spend hundreds of dollars there!

Employees of this location work hard.and they have great customer service, considering the fact they deal with families coming in with a ton of kids running around and pulling everything from the shelves!

We bought 2 costumes today and unfortunately we had to try different sizes to get the right fit.everyone was helpful and had smile on their faces! Keep up the good work guys, and probably a bonus check after Halloween to the employees in the pickup area will not be a bad idea!

Went in looking for autumn themed dinner plates but completely sold out. They had plenty of Halloween decorations out

We always come here for our birthday party needs. Just a heads up their is usually a 30 min wait line to get balloons inflated. So either order in advance or have ample time the day of.
