Leanne and the staff went above and beyond during a super busy Halloween weekend to find the last costume for me and I couldn't thank them enough! Amazing service and selection! Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate that!

This store lacks proper communication and etiquette.

The so called "staff" at the back of the store dealing with customers requests for Halloween costumes is completely unorganized! I didn't even know who to speak with. The majority of "staff" were wearing street clothes, no store t-shirt or uniform to separate the employees from the customers. VERY hectic, and overwhelmimg.

At the front of the store to cash out, the staff is very friendly and are wearing purple PARTY CITY t-shirts.which clearly state they work there.

Very poor layout of the entire store in general.

HOWEVER, they do have EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want for ANY occasion!

A place with lot of variety, The staff is very friendly, I went to get helium balloons and it can be busy over the weekend, I will recommend ordering ahead

One word for them is Party ruiners. We ordered 8 helium balloons for party at home, and when we reached home, there was no air in 2 of them, and rest of them started falling down after a few hours. Our party didn't even start yet.
Very poor quality of helium gas.

Maybe it was my stress level, but I wasn't able to find anything that I needed, so I asked for assistance. The employee was lovely and patient with me. She found everything I needed and answered all my questions. The manager on duty was exceptional as well and even made some great recommendations for us!

Went in the store, paid 30$ for 3 balloons, while the girl was making the arrangement they kept exploding/popping as she filled them up with helium. So she suggested I choose different balloons. We chose another colour, and I left the store, 5 mins into driving home, the balloons exploded in my car. What a waste of 30$. Thanks for nothing. Seems like all balloons are defective. Absolutely lost a customer.

I go here every year for all my decorative needs. Whatever the occasion, whether it’s a birthday, Thanksgiving, Halloween or Christmas, they have a wide assortment to chose from. No matter the event, their themed decor is endless, including balloons, arches, centre pieces, piñatas, costumes, cutlery, and so much more! Apart from their limitless stock of amazing items, staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating.

Worst customer service.
Cashiers are very slow and dont like to response for your inquiries, too long wait.there was long line up and cashier was not bothering to move little fast, waiit for to fill 4 balllons was 45 minutes.i went there few times eveerytime its bad experrience they need supervisor or someone can tell them to go home if you are not feeling like working. Both cashiers were so relaxed and not responding to customers

Worst experience ever coz trinity party city staff ruined my daughters 2nd halloween becoz of their mere negligence. I ordered 3T Wonder Woman costume online on Oct 25th and picked up the order on Oct 29th and yesterday for Halloween after work at 6: 30 pm when I was about to dress my daughter as I opened the package to my shock in the packaging of 3T Wonder Woman came out M size super girl dress that was 6 times bigger for my daughter. I got so devastated coz it was last minute and our whole plan and preparation for Halloween got ruined. Last year coz of Covid and this year coz of trinity common party city my daughter’s Halloween is spoiled. It is staff’s responsibility to put correct costume in correct packaging or at least check before giving it to customer coz it was an online order.

Poor customer service
The lady over the counter had no customer service ethics. I was carrying a baby and asked her to grab a few balloons but she told me she couldn’t. The other one just couldn’t understand what I was asking for.

Ordered a pick up for 11am, arrived on time but they made me wait in line which took 40 mins and I had already paid and needed them for 11 cuz the event started at 12. Worst place ever. Understaffed and slow

Brutal experience.

Weeks ago my wife went for a specific item. The store said they had 3 left. They could not find it. The manager checked their system, and told her to go across the city to another store that supposedly had 15. He said to tell them that the manager sent her. She went, and despite saying they had 15 in stock, they couldn't find it. She told them the manager sent them and they just shrugged.

Today I go back to pick up the last couple balloons and of course one of them that supposedly had 8 in stock was actually sold out. On top of that, my wife was told the balloons she bought weeks ago (bagged latex) would be filled for free as long as she returned with the receipt. But tonight, they told me it is $1.99 per balloon regardless.

You cannot trust the website inventory. You cannot trust the employees. You cannot trust Party City.

Extremely poor customer service. Cashier looked like she didn’t wanna be at work. The employees have no clue of any question asked of stock. I asked the cashier if they hae more white balloon as I bought the last few in the bins at the front and she said no without even checking. I walked around the store to find something else and I come to see a wall full of balloons which had packs of white ones. Very poor customer service.

For the most part it's the same cheap stuff every year but you get a few new costumes every year. Kinda pricey for the quality but that's every halloween store I suppose

My favorite place for all party decorations and theme party ballons and customized helium balloons.

I usually find what I need but, recently some of the things are to come across like ballons. There are not enough associates. You have to wait at the cash for sometimes 10 minutes before someone would even acknowledge your presence. If someone has a big order to place.ensure to have enough associates so another can be called to cash and are also trained for cash.

Overall, the store seemed to be ok. We were looking for specific stuff which we weren't able to find. 2 ye old birthday hat for someone who doesn't follow paw patrol, pokemon or PJ masks. We had a hard time finding anything outside of may be what is popular. Will have to look elsewhere.

Visited this location today at around 5: 30pm. Hard to find someone to help us get a costume. At the cash register, the female working there was extremely rude and seemed as if she did not want to be there. She was a dark skinned individual. When i asked her remove something from my purchase she rolled her eyes. Towards the end she did not bag 2 of my items which was a very small fog machine and fog liquid.these 2 items are not large or big in any way and she left them on the counter. I politely asked hey can i get a bag for these things? She replied No they’re too big so i had to carry them. The bags at party city are REGULAR sized there would have been no issue if she bagged them. The items were closer to her side of the counter she did not bother to push items near me or at least hand them to me if she was being so stubborn about the bags. I almost forgot to pick up the fog liquid until my friend noticed it was still right beside the cash register. Neither did this rude lady say thanks or anything. If you don’t like working retail and dealing with customers, DONT WORK RETAIL. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Very poor quality helium filled balloon, never recommended this place for balloon, waist my money.

Went in to look for decorations for a 13th birthday, but they had nothing for this age. For age specific parties, they only had half an aisle worth of supplies (16th, 30th, 40th, 50th, and retirement). Pretty poor selection. The other aisles all had kids birthday party themes. Disappointing.

A lot of items that said in stock online weren't available for curbside pickup, so half my order was missing.

Staff was great at checkout, they had everything I wanted for my daughter 2nd birthday! If there website says it not there call the store or go to the store.

Amazing service! I placed an order online for a helium tank and the associate made sure she followed all proper procedures to verify it was my product and purchase. I believe her name was Karla! Be sure to ask for her when you call and she’ll handle everything. Helium tank worked well too.

Great place to come for any themed party or event you may be having. You could spend hours wandering through the aisles since they have soooo much to choose from for anything you could imagine. The customer service at this location is on and off. I have had good experiences with some staff, and others.not so much. I throw a lot of parties since I have a large family, so I go to party city a lot. Not going to continue at this location though if some of their staff is not spoken to,

I visited today it was pouring rain and cold (felt like -4) and Laura saw me standing in the rain, walked past me TWICE and until I knocked on the foor because I was freezing, she came and opened the door, did not even apologize and asked "what are you here to pick up? ". So theres the service- poor really. Rabia was very nice though she realized it was cold and apologized on Lauras behalf, at least there are some employees who know of customer service. But really letting someone stand out in the rain while you ignored them twice is just plain wrong not just 'customer service'

Had bought some balloons from here and was told when I bought them I can come anytime to blow them up, went back a few weeks later and was told by another employee that I was supposed to make an appointment the day I bought them and if I wanted them that day it was over half hour wait. Conflicting information was received from 2 employees at the same workplace

So bloody over priced, but what are you gonna do.dollar store has no real inventory at the moment.

First time buying balloons here wasn't fun. Cashier tried to explain the deals which had me scrambling to pick a balloon from the ceiling row (which is hard to see when you're standing under it). I wish they had the deals posted up so I can have my choices ready. They had run out of the #3 balloon but had no alternative to choose from other than small anniversary balloons that don't say the number of years. Left feeling confused and disappointed in how expensive it is for a small cluster of standard balloons.

If you have someone inside your store, serve him/her even if it is 6 o clock. You people are really rude.

For the price charged, service was really bad and the product I got balloons are out of gas in a day.that's sad

You get everthing from here related to any event. Specially birthdays and halloween. Just go a month before halloween if you need proper size clothes for your kids. Quality is superb.

Stopped by for some New Years masks for our party last night and this place has it ALL!

Unproffesional, untrained personnel and wrong corporate policies!
Went today dec18 to return an item I purchased a couple of days ago.
I was greeted by un unfriendly cashier asking with a certain tone implying that I should not dare to return the item now before Christmas. I mentioned that I was aware of the fact that any Christmas items must be returned 7 days prior, which today would have been the date. They totaly refused to take the item back or give me store credit, in other words, needed or not, my only option was to go purchase anything else equivalent.
Terrible Policy Party City and definetly not clearly stated on the receipts which can easily confuse any client. Using this method you force people to spend their money in your stores, on your product, satisfied or not, clients get stuck with the money taken.
I will think twice shall I ever decide to return to any of your stores and I advise anyone else to be careful buying your product.

I almost always get what I need, usually go there for helium balloons. The only thing I don’t like is customer service. Some of the staff members are really very rude, especially one of the girls working there today. Dec 15 Morning hours

It has a lot of party props though.but it's not as cheap as I was expecting.they have really nice things though

They have a lot of different products for a party, but I found that the prices were a little high. The friend I was with agreed. But if you need party supplies, and can't locate them anywhere else, then try here, because they have a lot. The employees were really nice, though.

Slightly expensive. Should say you get variety but pay a little extra. Saw halloween 100 cupcake pack expensive than what you get at dollaratore here

Good location, decent selection. No year round costumes, very slow service on weekends and expensive compared to dollarama / Walmart.

There might be a wait time for helium balloon orders especially if you're going there on a weekend.

What a great place for all your party needs. I hope the shortage of Helium will not affect this excellent shop.

Wide variety of items in the store, you can find what you want, little pricey but okay since its not day to day shopping and only occasions such as parties or birthdays.

Ordered 6 star balloons, only was missing one. Therefore 1 star. Also the themed sections are more annoying rather than having all of one item in one place, that may benefit some people though. For me, migraine. Haven't used bathroom there.

The cashier was very very rude. Instead of helping us out she was kind of shouting at us.
She didn’t give us proper service as it should be.
We brought balloons but she didn’t fix it properly by the time we reached home almost all was gone.

It has a massive variety of party supplies for literally any kind of party or dress up party and same goes for their balloon selection! I haven't had any issues yet with a balloon order and have always been able to find what I needed. The only thing is, the cashier is the same person who does the balloon orders, so a lot of the time you're waiting in line for everyone's balloon orders to completed which usually takes about 5-10 minutes plus cashing everyone out. So you often have to wait a long time to pay even if you only bought party supplies and not balloon. They should have a better system for cashing people out. I have to make sure when I go that I'm not in a rush because sometimes it takes like half an hour to finally cash out.

Good store to purchase the things you need. The customer service is not amazing, as the lines can take a lot of time, and the employees are not too helpful when you ask them questions.
