Shelves are bare with signage in place explaining "They're putting Halloween out earlier" Which is great, we love Halloween however the rest of the store could be stocked. A disappointing visit.

This place has all of your party needs. From balloons, decor, matching plates and napkins etc. It's definitely a fun place to shop. Got a Halloween costume which was well priced compared to other places. The staff is usually nice to deal with and they always have a decent clearance selection

Not a happy place, one bad apple sets the mood. My CSR was amazing but a coworker was in a horrible mood working the front desk.

Great place for party supplies, for all occasions. Pretty good prices, but unfortunately the website prices are not the same as in store and the product descriptions on the website are not necessarily accurate either, so you never really know what you are going to get.

I purchase balloons for EVERY event from Party City. Which let me tell you, is NOT CHEAP.
I have been COMPLETELY satisfied and happy up until Mother's Day, I went in, purchased two bouquets of balloons, they blew them up and told me I would have to separate them myself, and gave them to me in a bunch. The dozens of times I have purchase balloons, I was given them separated and in bags so you could place the bag in your car for transportation. They didn't place them in a bag so I had eight balloons blowing everywhere rather than staying in place in a bag. The moment the balloon touched my car window, "POP". EVERYONE IN THE PARKING LOT FELT SORRY FOR THE FACT IT WAS LIKE THAT AS IM WRESTLING EACH INDIVIDUAL BALLOON INTO MY CAR. $60 ON BALLOONS FOR NOTHING.

Polite staff, fair pricing, however there tends to be a wait for checking out. I ordered a balloon arrangement, and the balloons filled with helium lasted for a week, without the high float spray.

They're dealing with Halloween rush really well and both getting a costume that fit and the proceeding exchange was very easy and koodos to the party city team for keeping smiles high!

Jessica and Bree are amazing! At the last minute today I called up to the ladies at Party City needing 14 Balloons filled for my daughter's Birthday! They were so helpful. They directed me to the website and informed me of the steps needed to expedite the order. Within less than an hour they had filled my order and sent me notification that it was ready. What fantastic service. These ladies helped make my daughters birthday wonderful. Thanks Party City for the excellent service!

Great store, lots of variety, bought a santa suit for my 17 year old son, he loved it, well made suit!

Love the selection, I shop for things on clearance as I do find some items quite pricey but you can find some great bargains.

They have party necessities for any party idea you can think of.some decorations are overpriced for the quality in my opinion though

So much fun at Halloween, plus they have anything you could possibly want for anything at any type of event

I bought an inflatable t- rex for Halloween and the fan is loose so it won't inflate. Terrible waste of money.

I realize the people who work here are probably quite young, but they should learn some proper phone etiquette. I was not impressed with the attitude from the woman who answered the phone. I hope for a better customer service experience in the future.

I got 10 helium balloons for my sons birthday cost me 21$ and they were filled to much and 6 of them popped very unimpressed

Long lines, poor help. Plus the helium balloons lasted 2 days and were expensive. Very disappointed.

Went in July 18,2019 to try and get some supplies for an engagement party. Only 2 workers in the store, 1 woman, 1 man. The woman was blowing up balloons when I asked for help. She directed me to aisle 8. I went there and could find nothing really, a couple of things that could be twigged but that's all. Came back and woman at cash and man blowing up balloons. Waited for him to finish, asked for help, he directed me to aisle 8. Said I was already there, he said check again. Came back, woman gone, man at cash. Waited at counter. Man came back up and told me that I needed to look harder. I wanted balloons at counter for $2, he directed me back to aisle 8. I came back with balloons, he was helping someone else. While she was trying to figure out a selection, he informed that the balloons chosen were $2.25 + cost of balloons. I then tried to get his attention to help me with the $2.00 balloons but he went back to other person. Blowing up balloons so she could see the color. She was looking again, tried to get his attention, he was gone again. In desperation I asked the woman who was shopping for help. He came back, she informed him I needed help, he said I had to go to cash. She decided to go to dollar store and then come back. I was last person in store, he HAD to help me. He said I had to go to cash first. I said I needed stuff behind the counter, he said cash first. I went to cash, he asked "Is this all? ". Incredibly, I said no, I need stuff from behind the counter. Back we go, and he informed after 45 minutes of trying to get a little help in this store that they were out of those balloons. Unreal! I will NEVER step foot in that store again, and I will ask everyone I know not to either. Unreal!

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and each isle was marked clearly. I will return to this store instead of shopping online.

Called to cancel a balloon order and was happily greeted by Conor who was very personable and made the process as smooth as butter! 10/10 would call again! (They also have a great selection of party supplies)

Visit on Sunday, June 23,2019, with several visits before. Great selection and reasonable prices for pretty much everything one may need to entertain or for a party including themed parties. Good selection of costumes as well as candy, etc.for party favour bags.

Great selection of party stuff and grad stuff and some costume theme stuffe for parties staff is very friendly. Very helpful staff.

Came in to see if they had old-style popcorn bowls and striped paper popcorn bags. Guess what? ! They did! Probably the only place in Barrie that carries this kind of stuff short of robbing the local cinema. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Directed me to the right spot immediately. Good experience. Will come back should I need something else along these lines.
