My mom enlisted the services of Parul for a divorce settlement. Albeit her reviews being predominantly for real estate issues, she was the worst decision for us to take on as a family matter lawyer. She was EXTREMELY condescending - whether that be towards my mom or towards me (her daughter). As a daughter for an immigrant parent, I would be constantly helping edit my mom's emails (with my mom's permission) to Parul in order to adequately articulate what she wanted to say. Parul did NOT like this and she made it very clear. She would be extremely condescending and even went as far as saying that I was manipulating my mom's decisions. My mom is an immigrant - not dumb or unable to make her own decisions. But this is what Parul made us feel. She would call my mom to come to her office for no reason at all other than to repeat the same things again and again and to bill those hours. Never did we feel that she kept our best interests in mind, but rather we felt that she was trying to reach a quota by using us. She would constantly speak about what she would've done were she the opposing lawyer (in no way that would benefit our case). Not only was this frustrating, but this felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She dragged out the case for 4 years, and never during those years did we feel like she was able to help us get to a solution. Might I add, she told my mom that she had a language barrier FOUR YEARS AFTER taking on the case. Never did she mention this before. Additionally, my mom asked if she should get an interpreter upon first meeting Parul, and she said that she could understand her clearly and had no need for one. She took more than $10k for absolutely NOTHING. She would always raise her voice and become argumentative when things went wrong on her end and put the blame on my mom. The silver lining here was that she was unable to continue my mom's case. We ended up getting a lawyer who wrapped up the case in less than a year. The bottom line is that Parul is not empathetic nor is she knowledgable on this matter and I would never recommend her for any services at all. Taking her on as a lawyer will result in her making money and you losing your money for no beneficial cause. If we could give less than 1 star we would.

Parul and her team are proactive, knowledgeable and have a keen eye for ironing all the details and at the same time explaining all the legalities and answering the questions we had during our closing. The process was smooth and easy for us as everything was explained to us about the process, requirements and things to do while her team took care of the legal formalities. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

Parul Suthar is an amazing lawyer and a thorough professional. We used her/her team's services for closing of a property deal.

Transaction went very smoothly. Her approach is both effective and efficient. She asked for all the required information. Once provided her team went on with handling of all the closing activities in the background.

There were some issues with other interfacing teams. She dealt with them very efficiently without ruffling any feathers.

On closing day all activities were completed by early afternoon and we had our keys.

Her keen observation to micro level was observed during status certificate review and recommendations based on that. Parul is smart, realistic, efficient, pleasant and trustworthy all qualities that you want in an attorney who is helping your buy or sell your property.

Parul did our home closing for both sales and purchased in 2019. We just had two meetings with her. She thoroughly explained to us about the documents, we were signing. That’s important for me as I am not going to read each & every document. No lawyer will do that for you. Before Parul, I had my other 2 home closing done with different lawyer and none of them explained to me about any documents. Their assistant just asked me to sign at “X” mark. The lawyer came and sign the final document in 2 mins without knowing about my profile. If I call them again today, they won't know who am I & what they did for me. But that's not the case with Parul. She is very truthful and well-informed with her duties. She helped us after our closing too where we had an issue left by our previous owner saving $$$ from our pocket.
