The place is cozy, the service is very polite, and the music was great. The DJ, that plays on Saturday is an awesome addition.

On the bad side, unfortunately we were waiting for our fries order for almost an hour (and a couple of complains).

Other than that, our night was amazing.

Had a great time.but they actually need to change their atmosphere and especially the chairs.but overall the service and the shisha was great

But I ordered a piña colada and they gave me a banana milkshake believing that customer are stupid!
My samosa were still frozen and I complained so they changed it.
The shisha was good but they don't change the charcoal regularly even if you ask they are too long so the hookah burn.

Decent prices, smooth shisha, kind and attentive staff. Would be 5 stars if the staff were actively replenishing our coals without needing to be asked. I've been here twice now and would def be back:)

Small, cozy place with a variety of Shisha flavors. The food menu is very limited and is sourced from a different place. There were very few items which we were interested in so wouldn't go there to dine out only. But shisha experience was good. Service was a bit slow.

Love this lounge! I either come chill with my friends or come study here. Shishas are top tier and staff is super friendly. Especially Gozde, very welcoming and helpful. Always ensuring all customers are enjoying their stay

I had a really bad experience there, service was late and i would hear the managers from the back just yelling at employees, no wonder the workers are not helpful as you can tell they all just having a bad time at work

The servers forced us to order drinks even when we didnt wanted to, we still did as we didnt wanted to bother them and we decided to just get done with it and leave. However, they were so busy chirping with each other that they forgot to bring our drinks, they came at the end when we got the bill and we had a reservation ahead but they forced us to pay and the manager started to fight. Disappointed taking my friends there.

Gozde (the server) is amazing. She recommended the baklava and it was great. Shisha was great too. Love the place.

I only go there for two reasons. Number one is Fatos and second is Gozde. They absolutely rock the place.

This place has an AMAZING staff, namely Gozde and Fatos, who provided excellent, caring and speedy customer service. Because of them, I give this place 5 stars and will be returning many more times.

No words to describe this place for the following reasons:

1- one staff member to manage everything and takes him long time to replace the charcoal. Note that there are few customers in the place. See the picture. I also wondering how a big cafe won't have have more servers? ! See the picture

2- the MUSIC IS SOOO LOUD that makes you wanna leave. I can't even hear the person who is sitting next to me. I spoke to the person to reduce the music 2 times but he never cared. I explained to him it's not a club! It's a shisha lounge!?

3- Prices is not worth it for the service & the quality (shisha burns fast and there is no flavour, we ordered several flavours and it's the same thing)

4- the AC noise is unbearable & also it's humid inside

My orders came very quickly. Every time I asked the staff a question, they were smiling. The music playing in the venue is great. But my favorite was Fatoş and Gözde among the employees. Pasha Lounge is very lucky.

Five star for real! In the core of DT aint never a dull moment plus its a nice relaxing chill stop to hang out with friend. Must check it out for yourself!

Asked us to order drinks and we did, then drinks didn’t show up for 15 mins. We asked to leave and soon after they bring the drinks out. When I told’em we don’t need them anymore, one of the guys were like” don’t try to outsmart us”. I told them “them being dumb isn’t my problem”. Bc it’s manager’s responsibility to sort problems but they refused and blamed it on us. FOR EVERYONE THINK BEFORE YOU GO HERE, NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They don’t respect people specially there is a woman upstairs and she is horrible she told me to go down and pick up my shisha and again we wanted to sit somewhere she told us we can’t we have to go somewhere else and talk to us like rubish

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. There's an outside seating area around the corner by the hotel and an upstairs seating area with comfy couches and tables. The music that plays there is mostly hip hop and from what I've been told, features Toronto artists.
The pricing is fair, not overly expensive. About $30 + whatever drinks or food you order. All in all I would definitely recommend this place for a hangout with friends or maybe even a date.
I can't wait to visit again!

Shisha was good, however it is highly priced and they have a policy of a mandatory 1 hookah per 2 people which is ridiculous. The floors, couches, and tables we're dirty, the bathroom was filthy and didn't have paper towels or a hand dryer. There was no food or tea available (seriously.who doesn't serve tea in a Shisha lounge), only canned pop (choice of Coke, Pepsi, or Ginger Ale).

Found this jem while driving downtown and now I found my second home. This place has such a cool vibe and the staff are super friendly and honestly this place has the best shisha and I’m picky with my shisha come check out this place u won’t regret it.

This place is so lit and Jason the girl who works here is so nice and have a beautiful heart and such a friendly social person and trust me if u come here you won’t regret it:)

The super sweet blonde girl who helped me and my girl today made a really good shisha for us (double Apple and Kiwi!) Definitely recommend coming here, they know how to serve their customers well!

It's an ok shisha place, it was a bit busy so service wasn't the finest. They took 40 min to get the shisha prepared. I ordered a chicken sandwich, I asked for napkins and knife, they got it after I finished the sandwich. The table remained uncleared even after we finished eating. Again, the service was fair compared to the level of business, I will try this place again before I take a final stand.

Good upscale place for Hookah. Food is okay. Staff is always on the floor, replacing coal, helping you with your orders. Hookah flavours are also pretty decent. No Paan flavour though.

Pasha shisha lounge is a great place to go with your friends for hookah or sheesha in Toronto. Great location with a good decor. It gets a bit crowded and sometimes there is a wait time to get a couch but the place is good. Service is a little slow but I enjoy going there and am a regular every week

Awesome Shisha lounge. Really friendly staff that were really attentive. Jasmine was amazing and helped make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our time. The atmosphere was great, and the belly dancing and music was really fun.

This shisha lounge is a little piece of heaven. It’s very authentic, down to the food, music and customer service. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. If you’re from Toronto or New to Toronto, I highly recommend this place whether it’s for a little escape, date night or for a good time with friends.

Rude girl at the counter. She would actually roll her eyes and squint at you. They are uncooperative in splitting bills. She actually instructed us to pay one bill and e-transfer each other. Felt like we were at the principals office. Their debit machine has been “not working” since at least 3 months. At least have a sign saying Cash Only so we know. The ATM displays your account balance in the end so make sure to press ‘OK’ when you're done.

Ahh the best service to be honest way better than many shisha places in Toronto AYMAN was one of the nicest and happiest loved it! Thank you for thos experience

Very nice place in the heart of down town toronto. Great customer service and amazing shisha. Amazing music.

Well, I used to go there for long time and on daily basis. The service was good at the beginning and then start to decline. There is no respect nor good service anymore. The guy and the lady who serve us the Shisha took us as regular customers for granted. At the end they respond to our drink requests either very late or not at all! The last time I went, both shisha servers passed by my table and as a result my hot tea spilled all over my legs. Instead of inquiring about what happened to me (either I am okay or not) or at the very least replace that tea with another one, I was asked to move to another table so they could clean up! Extremely rude behaviour. I won’t go there again whatsoever. I feel sorry for all my friends who I recommended this place to them earlier. It’s not a good place anymore. If there is less than one star, I’ll give this place something below zero.

This place is very unique compared to the rest of the shisha spots here downtown Toronto. They have a wide variety of flavors and their prices are reasonable.

I had a blue mist in a pineapple head with an ice hose with coco charcoal (no extra charge for the different types of coals, which is nice)

We were seated right away and thr staff was very attentive. Coals were replaced without having to ask, which isn't always the case at shisha lounges. Good music, chill vibe, quality shisha, and friendly staff (shout out to Jasmine).

Were are here every weekend now. Ayman and the hostesses do a great job in organizing the night so that everyone has fun. We get to dance and sing when the bellydancer is here and even after shes gone.
