We stopped in here on a Thursday, at about 3: 00 p.m. -ish on the way home from a Trade Show in Toronto. At some places, that would be a service death knell, not so here. Raquel was perfectly attentive. Every single aspect of our visit felt truly special! Thank you for a beautiful time!

It’s a very good experience, good food, services and everything. Just not too many options for Halal food, only two or three options to be specific, everything else in the menu is not Halal, so that was disappointing a bit.

One of the most disappointing experience in service I have ever seen. Hosted some friends over for a nice get together only to be disappointed by the most inadequate service at a proper dine in restaurant. We all ordered pizzas, we were all craving Brick oven pizzas, which were mediocre at best. The place is very nice, ambiance is nice and quiet and seating is comfortable and nicely separated. The service.was just way below average, there was an individual in a suit and hat, who either was not supposed to be there or didn't mean to be. His attendance on our table was just simply rude and short. As soon as we sat down, he barged at the table and asked if we were ready to order, he started rushing everyone to place the order, as soon as one person relayed what they wanted, he snatched the menus and moved on to the next. Did not give us time to make proper meal selections, made no recommendations, did not explain anything on the menu, didn't ask anyone if we had any questions about the menu, didn't ask for any appetizers prior to ordering main course, overall it was a rushed experience which felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Will not be recommending or returning.

I had to wait for 40 mins just for the pizza. I have been to this restaurant twice and this week it was the last time.
The customer service is very poor.

Right from the start on entering this beautiful restaurant, the service was excellent! Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing and the food was delicious! Upon leaving we had our picture taken on the beautiful swing that is set up outside by a lovely staff member! A beautiful romantic night.we’ll definitely be back!

Wow! What a beautiful restaurant. We celebrated a surprise graduation party and everything was perfect. The service, the food, the ambience … I ordered the steak with a side of gnocchi which was delicious. We celebrated the event in their lowered level wine cellar which was a beautiful setting for an intimate celebration. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for anyone celebrating a special occasion.

The owner kept taking my menu away. We hadn’t decided on what to eat but knew our drink order. As soon as we order drinks she took our menu away. We had to ask a waiter for a menu. When she came back with our drinks, she again took our menu. Whatever you do, just know your order before comes for the menu. Other then that, the food was amazing and drinks were nice.

We had a large group reservation. The food was phenomenal! Quality ingredients, prepared with care and talent. From pizzas to charcuterie to duck and veal.all food was fantastic

A few menu items (bar), were not available which was a little disappointing.

Our (main) server was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the servers that helped to deliver food and drinks appeared less than enthusiastic, and irritated if we asked for anything. Got the impression that the attitude was "I'm just here to drop off your food"

Overall, happy and will go again.

Our go to place for special occasions! Never disappoints. Their menu changes consistently which we love making things seasonal and fresh! The staff are lovely and the ambiance warm and inviting!

I mean.where is their Michelin Star? The food is AMBROSIA. It's incredible! The ambience is relaxed and upscale. Anything you choose to eat will be perfection and authentically Italian. You must try the lamb! And the duck! And the seafood linguine! And the calamari! And the mussels! EVERYTHING! $400 bill for two people - totally worth it!

Shared a patio lunch here and was very pleased with the food and service. My steak was done perfectly, and while my mum enjoyed her pasta, it was a little bland for the price—we'll try something else on the menu next time!

The vibe outside reminded me of my vacation in Italy and eating out on the streets of Rome and the food was just as delectable so you should def give it a try #halaleats #italianfinedining

I’m vegan and they were so accommodating! Their gluten free pasta is vegan and they made me a custom dish with all my favourite veggies and seasonings. The atmosphere was incredible and our server Tara was lovely!

Traditional Italian fare at what I consider good value for what you are getting. It really is a family operated fine dining Italian restaurant I'm the heart of milton.

The restaurant itself seemed nice and clean, however the staff should be trained better with customer service. I went into this establishment for lunch today and had mentioned to my waitress that I am pressed with time which at that point she said that it shouldn’t take longer then 10 minutes for the food; which was satisfying time, however I am siting there with a colleague for the past 30 min and no sign of the food or the waitress. At this point I was left without any choice but get up and leave.

I was looking to book a function for 40-50 ppl. Contacted the restaurant through their contact page with all my info. Received a call back from the manager that evening saying that they had availability. He told me to come in the next day to leave my deposit to insure that my function would be booked. I went there the next day with my deposit as discussed only to be told by the manager (whom I spoke with) that he had nothing available and never even knew who I was. He never even looked at me once. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I drove 50 min to get there and never even received an apology. Very disappointing!

Another poor experience at this establishment… why do I better giving it another shot. There is one man, tall, slender, horrible manners, likely the manager because there’s no way a waiter would slide with the attitude. I’ve had him as my server each time I have come here, hoping that the next time will be a good day with a good attitude. Each time I leave unhappy.
This is a restaurant in Milton treating customers like they have walked in the most prestigious world renown restaurant in Italy. This review is mostly about this individual and how the establishment can be comfortable having him work for them when multiple other reviews here has the same comments about the same individual. I came here for a wonderful birthday dinner and left feeling so under appreciated and honestly like a burden to the waiter.

Best restaurant in Milton, IMO. You'll pay for it. It's not cheap. But it's well worth every penny.

I went on a summer day for lunch and sat on their patio. It was a nice, Good experience. Delicious food. A bit pricey but worth it. They pizza and the salmon were unforgettable.

I truly believe feedback on is the best thing a customer can provide a business - especially a local small business. We recently had a very bad experience here. We’ve always been loyal customers even though we’ve always thought the service could be improved. The food quality has always made up for it. This time we had an issue with value and being way over charged. We provided the restaurant with our feedback on the form of an email - which they have not responded to. This tells us that they really do not value feedback. It’s really too bad.

Decent place to dine but I feel like there are better Italian options in the area considering price point and taste. Very nice interior and great customer service!

Terrible service and way overpriced. The food and ambiance are decent but hands down not worth the prices they charge! I went for lunch and 3 things cost me $80. My kids ate there recently as well and were charged for tap water? , $3.50 each for holding a bday cake and another $3.50 each for cutting it. There are so many better restaurants that are more of a bang for your buck and that actually appreciate your business.

Gorgeous decor and ambience. We didn't love the food, but it was good.
Calamari was great.
Lemon Veal entry was good, but very thin veal and a little too much lemon flavour.
Agro Dolce Wood Fired pizza was delicious, little bit too heavy on the Caramelized Onions (overload)

Very first time dining at this restaurant. Three women of colour. The waiter did not greet us, he just asked for our order. No small talk. Towards the end of the evening, he didn’t ask us if we were ready for the bill, he drops it on the table and walks away without confirmation that we were done dining. We wanted separate bills, my friend asked the waiter politely to separate the bills and with attitude and a loud tone he told my friend to write a number from 1-3 on bill so he could separate it. Then calls another waiter to the table and yells she is 1, she 2, and she is 3. Drawing attention to our table as if we were asking for something unreasonable. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, the waiter didn’t like us for no reason. You could feel his energy. We were professional women trying to have a good night and this experience was ICE cold and the waiter had no class. I felt different in this restaurant and truly wonder if race is an issue.

A bit of a drive from Toronto but the service and quality of food was off the charts. We had a set menu as we were a party of 16 celebrating as special occasion. I order the steak which was melt in mouth tender, if there was one common comment was that those who order the steaks medium to rare were that they were over cooked. But you could easily overlook that as the quality as mention was melt in your mouth tender. Others who had pasta or the salmon raved about their portions and goodness.
Would definitely recommend this establishment. Everything was on point.

Came here for the first time and sat in the patio with girlfriends. Cute spot. The food is good, sadly the dish i got was over run with salt and had me drinking water like a fish for the next hour or two: (but the rest of the girls were happy with their food. Decent service.

Hosted an engagement dinner which was a success. The staff was very accommodating to my requests. Reserved the wine cellar to host my event. I was able to bring in my own decor. The team worked with me every step of the way. The day of the event the server was amazing. He was communicative with me and attentive throughout the event. Would definitely recommend. The food was amazing. All my guest were thrilled with the menu options, food and service. Their set menu begins at $55 and goes to over $100 per person. They also have a great holiday setup outside if you want to capture a special holiday moment to share on social.

One of the worst italian food I ever had. Over priced as we were in downtown manahattan, not downtown milton. Giving only 2 stars for the service.

Absolutely my favourite Italian place to eat in Oakville. A lot of places have come and gone in this area and especially Italian restaurants, but this place is here to stay! The staff is outstanding, some of the best services I’ve ever had. They really treat their customers like family. It is very authentic, and well-done Italian dishes. This has become my regular place spot for a nice night out in Oakville.

Can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing food! Everyone is so welcoming, kind and professional. Quality service and real traditional food.

Food are good but service is REALLY slow. It took 40 minutes for food to be ready and there were not many customers. Also the server we had was kinda cold to us. He would come and serve us food or drink and just walked away without saying anything. Horrible experience especially from such an expensive fine dinning restaurant.

Visited this establishment last night for my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend & they nailed it.

Being Italian myself & my girlfriend being Guyanese I love taking her to exquisite places that are of great quality for her to experience our food & what Italian cuisine has to offer.

The service itself is enough for a 5 star review as we were met with superb care all night long. The lamb was the holy grail of the night as it was cooked & seasoned fo perfection.

It's always a beautiful thing seeing local small businesses like this rather than chain restaurants in the heart of cities.

Highly recommend coming here for special or causal occasions.

Bad experience. I heard this place was good so I decided to go for a little road trip - drove all the way from Toronto to eat at this restaurant. I experienced horrible customer service and our salad appetizer portions were tiny. Main course was good though, but still does not make up for the unaccommodating, slow, and rude waiter.

Excellent food. I was impressed and thats hard to do for with me at Italian restaurants due 5o to growing up eating homemade Italian food by my Italian family members.

I keep going back despite my previous disappointments doubting myself about this place, HOWEVER last night was bad. I ordered a cesar salad and found a long black hair in the middle. Called our waiter, he just said “oh sorry about that” would you like another one? Really? Of course I do…I didn’t eat it with the same excitement and confidence and was constantly checking it. Then my friend orders pizza…it was so soggy!? Didn’t look appetizing at all. My pasta was good but again, after the hair I found, I wasn’t eating with the same excitement. Also a restaurant that cares about good customer would have taken the salad off the bill. They didn’t. So live and learn. Not going back.

Food was good! We got the Capriccio Pizza and the Gnocchi. Not sure if pizza supposed to be soggy but the flavor was on point Gnocchi was not super chewy which was good plus they were soft.
Service sucked for us. We only saw our server once he took our order and when we asked for the bill. During our stay we could see him attending other tables very frequently and barely even looked our way. We waved him down, didn't work, asked another server to bring our waiter and still never showed up. We were there for an hour and half maybe longer. The patio wasn't overly packed either.

Very disappointed tonight in all aspects. The music was so loud I could not hear a word my friends were saying. I do not go out for fine Italian dining to have a DJ blaring the music. I asked the waiter several times to lower it and they would then turn it up again. I had the veal and it was on the cool side so there was a lot of coagulation happening on my plate.
The waiters were not wearing proper masks. At one point I did not have a menu so I watched my waiter take the paper menu from another seated table and give it to me. There was no COVID screening or collecting of data.
We have just reopened and need to be carful or we will all be shut down again.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the GTA. Highly recommended! The perfect place for a fancy date night and great food. You won't be disappointed!

I heard about Pasqualino on social media and was super excited about the restaurant. My experience with the service from the beginning to the end was below average.

I called to book a reservation and the gentleman didn’t bother to ask how many people it was for, didn’t ask for my number.

So we show up (a group of 6, one of which was an infant) and they mention that they don’t think they have room for us. After a few mins, they decide to seat us a table in the sun (25 degrees feels like 32) with no shade. We were the only guests seated at a table without shade.

It wasn’t until I asked for an umbrella that it was brought to us.

Now the food was amazing, we had calamari, pizza, cheeseboard, all of which was amazing along with the wine.

The mains, we’re not that great.

Overall the experience was 3/5.

Would come back hoping the service was much better.

Authentic italian food, so so good.the service was delightful and inviting. Everything is very clean, they have a large menu with lots of variety for food and drinks. Great place to have a birthday dinner, work dinner, or any special occasion to enjoy yourself with friends and family:)

I ordered takeout for our family of 6. I personally had the truffled casarecce w/ Caesar salad. I loved it! Good serving size had leftovers the following day. Very friendly owner also hadme try the cocktail they were mixing that day and I loved it too! I wish I knew the name:)

Visited this place yesterday and I have to say I am supper impressed! The food was amazing and the patio they made outside was gorgeous! Happy i found this restaurant and hope you guys succeeded in the aftermath of this terrible pandemic.

Gorgeous decor, and delicious food. Several vegetarian options available. My second time here and I enjoyed both times.

Food is good! Our waiter was moody, slow.
At some point of time he disappeared and we were waiting for our food.the manager was sitting at the bar not acknowledging us, he was on his phone.

What great service, a beautiful restaurant, so many amazing food choices. Squid appetizer, with white balsamic aioli, squid cooked to perfection. Probably some of the best squid I have ever had. Caesar salad, lightly dressed, with a Parmesan crisp. Nicely done. Oh the pizzas, wood burning oven, amazing crust, so many to choose from. The fig prosciutto with arugula pizza, Insanely good. A delicious fish special with a tomato black olive salsa, with squash purée, mini potatoes, asparagus, theee colour carrots, delightful. I understand the chef also leads food trips to Italy. This place is special and deserves top marks! Thank you again for a delightful meal!

Second time eating at this restaurant. One time for lunch, one for dinner. Excellent service and delicious food, cocktails and wine. The lavender lemonade cocktail is perfect

Beautiful presentation. Quality food. Customer service was a little over the top but I'd rather that than the alternative. Typical pricing for a mid-high end restaurant.

We went there for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter could not describe the specials well at all. Cocktails were good. While having a pizza somehow seared scallops arrived. We felt like we needed to rush eating so asked nicely to slow down. The waiter just said " I know I know" and walked away. Raw beef and seared scallops were executed but rague pasta was way too salty and the sauce came with salmon was too sweet. The rapini was drenched in butter. Our waiter never asked how the foods were but another server asked about the salmon so we gave our feedback but he laughed and walked away. We were very disappointed with the foods and services.

My fiancé and I had our engagement dinner at Pasqualino’s private room (downstairs) and it was truly the most beautiful and most elegant dinner gathering. La Signora Maria is so accommodating and so welcoming. It’s like stepping into “little Italy” and savouring every aspect of it! Thank you for always delivering top notch of everything!

Very good Italian food restaurant; would have given five stars but music is too loud. I was there at lunch but the serving sizes were perfect not huge but fair and very good food. Music should be in the background not so loud it is noticeable.

Had dinner delivered on Sunday evening. Amazing. The best gnocchi I have ever eaten. Veal parmigiana was excellent. Margherita pizza was perfect. Can't say enough about the food. Just fantastic

Great food, love their gnocchi, is delicious. I had a sandwich for lunch last time I was there and found the bread too hard. One of my favourite pasta dishes is gone from their menu, I'm hoping that they will bring it back. Service is excellent. Very nice atmosphere and lots of natural light.

We went there a week ago on Friday night. I definitely recommend and go there again, the price is higher but it’s very worth with the quality and service, dining establishment is excellent with fresh flowers on each table, thanks Gash for serving us, it’s the first time dining there but not the last time for sure, we loved this restaurant and enjoyed over there!

A+ first time experience. Very nice ambience complete with fresh cut flowers, attentive and knowledgeable servers, comfortable seating, fantastic calamari and the best mimosa I've ever had. The manager or owner, Kash (? Sp) ensured we were well taken care of. Highly recommend for an upscale yet casual dining experience!

Excellent meal, attentive customer service in a fine dining but casual atmosphere. We arrived early and the dinning room filled around us, clearly a great intimate, group and family dinning experience.

Worth the drive from missisuga, probably the best restaurant in Ontario. Nice staff, good looking bartenders you cant go wrong!
