The knowledge and expertise of Johnathon was excellent. It gives comfort in being able to receive all the latest information and requirements for the locations that we are travelling. A great one stop shop before your trip

Was disappointed with the clinic. The nurse I spoke with was not knowledgeable, she had memorized the pamphlets and that was all.
When I asked about zika risk in the area I was going she read something off her computer, I asked to have a print out of the information and she said they paid for access to that information so she couldn't print it. Why do you think I am going to a clinic? We were able to jot down the info. Not experts. I went to the riverside clinic for years, they were exceptional. I went to Passport health for a quicker appointment. I've now had an appointment with the nurse who worked at the riverside (you need to wait longer for an appointment and there is a reason for that!) She has given me full confidence. Avoid this place.: (

After my travel doctor retired, I needed to find a new travel clinic and I ended up at Passport Health.
I had excellent service. They were very knowledgeable and had taken all of my specifics into account and everything was carefully explained to me.
I will return for sure.

The nurse, Nicole was great. Very personable and really knew her stuff. Would highly recommend this clinic if you're traveling.

We had an extremely positive experience and felt the team was very knowledgeable and prepared for our visit. We will definitely use them again ahead of our next global adventure!

After the doctor retired at our previous Traveller's clinic we decided to try Passport Health. Everything went smoothly from booking to pre-submission of our itinerary and vaccine history to the consultation itself along with the administration of the vaccinations. The attending nurse was very thorough and pleasant. Everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend the Carling St location of Passport Health. It will be our new go-go when it comes to travel vaccinations and consultations. '

Pleasurable experience right the beginning when I called to book.
Nicky was a blast to talk to! She was able to take all my information over the phone, schedule me in and told me everything I’d need for the appointment
I am planning a big adventure and there are so many questions I haven’t been able answer
At the office Nicole was patient with me, made notes to help me remember and understand the process, she even squeezed me into her busy schedule to help me stay within my timetable
I wish I’d found this company months ago, they are proving to be beyond helpful!
The only suggestion that I have is to make their online form more user friendly by being able to save with blanks for unknown answers so that I could go to the next page and then return to the blanks when I had the answer. This was actually pretty frustrating, I filled out the form 2x and still ended up needing to redo on paper in the office when I arrived

DONT ever go to this place! This is a big rip off place. People work here don’t even know anything. They have the Twinrix vaccine for $170 but you can get the vaccine for $60 in Ontario. What a rip off and when I talk to my insurance they can’t give me the full refund because they are saying the actual price of the vaccine price is $60 so they won’t give me the full. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
