I went to the Victoria street clinic for my African Safari vaccinations. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. She answered all my questions and even had a bowl of lollipops. I’d go back there for any travel vaccines.

I had a great experience today. My nurse, Ms Tosanwumi was patient, clear and very informative. I got everything I needed. Excellent service!

It's overpriced, all of their vaccines are at least 40% higher than the actual cost. $80 consultant fee when other places is $45. Don't go here.

The person on the phone was fairly short and rude. They only provide covid testing on certain days and have no recommendations on anywhere else to go. Which is all fair and fine, but you don't have to make me feel like a jerk for asking if you could recommend somewhere that's open today.

I was helped by David Taiwo, RN, and he was amazing! So personable and kind, patient with my questions, fun and easy to talk to, and gave useful recommendations and advice - read my file beforehand and was prepared for my visit.

Service was decent enough but they seriously overcharge for all their vaccines and medications, like I'm talking more than 50% of the cost at a regular pharmacy. I agreed to take all their meds and vaccines rather than get a prescription (which they charge for btw) since I had insurance through work but the prices are so high that the insurance company would not cover more than what a generic version costs which is a significant fraction of the cost they charge. We ended up having to pay a LOT out of pocket. This place is insane, avoid at all costs.

Nurse Naomi was extremely professional, kind and friendly. The place is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Nurse Naomi was very kind, accommodating and listened to me carefully. She had taken someone else in before me, and she explained why after to make sure I understood. I hadn't even noticed! After, I had asked her about getting my husband his vaccines, and she pulled up her schedule and told me the best time to get everything done in time for our trip. Really great service. Thank you!

Unethical clinic for sure. They jack up the drug prices by almost four times. Better go to a family doctor and go to other pharmacies or else you will be ripped off. You are warned.

The Passport Health staff at 44 Victoria were fantastic! The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. The service was very quick and organized.
It is very close to a Shoppers Pharmacy and the King Subway station.
I definitely would go back for future appointments.

Just something to note is that the building is locked on weekends and so I had to call to be let in.

Experience was great and quick. You come into consultations for one trip and can get all the info you need for that one trip. Additionally you get prescribed all your shots there. There is extra costs for consultation and shots that ohip doesn’t cover its recommended for long travels!

Very informed and knowledgable about the vaccines you will need for each country you'll be visiting! I never felt pressured to purchase more than needed and Kinza was awesome at explaining everything so I understood what each vaccine was for. She also was patient and kind when it came to administering the needles since I have a fear of them. Definitely will recommend to friends and family in the future!

Great experience — clear, concise and reasonable. Sarah took great care to explain everything to us and map our trip. We expected to get told we need 20 different things but we’re pleasantly surprised by the fairness and advice. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back as well as recommending this location to our friends and family.

Great experience. Efficient booking process with online forms sent in advance. The nurse Naomi took all the time we needed to work through complexities of travel medical requirements to two continents. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Clinic! This the second time I've used passport health (in this case it was a preparatory clinic for a trip to Costa Rica) and I could not recommend them more!
Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and I felt very comfortable discussing my medical history with my nurse.
I also want to stress how skilled the nurses are at administering vaccinations - I was very comfortable during both visits and the nurses were efficient at getting the needles in and out!

I will definitely be using passport health for any future travel needs:)

Fantastic experience with Lorraine - our appointment was right on time and took little over an hour including time waiting to see if we were okay following our shots. We were given lots of information and options. Caring friendly staff and so easy to book online - including filling out forms and reminders about the appointment.

Great friendly advise and service. Easy to make an appointment online. I was seen really quickly when I arrived. I felt confident that the information I was getting was accurate and detailed. It allowed me make an informed decision as to what vaccinations I needed for my trip. This is the second time I have used Passport Health and will definitely use them again!

Great clinic. I booked a trip to Thailand and needed to get some shots before I went. The staff/doctor gave me a list of shots that I could take prior going on my trip. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful if you had any questions.

Great service! Staff were professional and provided us with all the information we needed for our upcoming trip to Tanzania. We appreciated how the staff laid out all our options, and provided quick and friendly service. Appointments were easy to make using their online system.

While service was excellent - pricing for vaccinations or drugs are extremely inflated (in some cases 70%+) beyond the point where insurance will pay for coverage - it's gone OVER the insurance company's established rates that have ALREADY accounted for a retail markup - BE PREPARED TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET EVEN IF INSURED.

My visit was very pleasant. The nurse was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of my questions. She took time to explain pros and cons of certain vaccinations, and considerations of alternatives.

Excellent service without a doubt. Convenient location to financial district. Booked online and appt was on time. Did travel consultation and my vaccines same day. Albeit i could researched it out myself and go through my doctor but i really didn’t have much time. I definitely recommend this location, service was great!

Very efficient and comfortable process overall. Naomi was very thorough in explaining what was needed - including options and risks. Appointment was easy to book online; straight forward survey to fill out. When you arrive, the appointment was on time, and you leave feeling pretty prepared for travels. The offices are also very open and spacious.

Like some have said in previous reviews do your research before attending this clinic. They seriously JACK UP their prices over other travel clinics. They claim this is due to their "superior service" which is truly a lie. I've attended another clinic in the past which offered great service at a fraction of the cost.

I seriously regret attending this clinic.
They are all about making as much money out of you as possible. I was flat out lied to by their nurse when I asked if it was better to get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. She told me they could dispense everything to me at the clinic. I went with it trusting what she said. What they don't tell you is they charge between double to four times the cost for prescriptions as your local pharmacy. DO NOT get medications from them. They are ripping you off.

Even if you have medical and prescription benefits at work they will not reimburse you due to the fact that this clinics prices are way above the customery price of the vaccines and medications.

Wish someone had told me before I was hundreds of dollars out of pocket.

Passport Health has clean offices, is located close to transit and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to receive vaccines before traveling abroad. Lorraine was very thorough in explaining all of my options and pricing, side effects etc.before administering my vaccinations.

With an upcoming trip to South America, it was great to get 45 minutes with a travel health expert. Our clinician was knowledgable, had great web resources, and was practical about what is and isn't necessary based on our specific agenda. I would recommend passport health to anyone traveling to new destinations.

I visited the dt office in May. The price of the vaccine is crazily overpriced. The doctor asked me to pay directly after consulting without letting me know I can easily get these vaccines in a local drug store is a clinic. Especially when the price is 3 times higher, there is a reason to suspect. And their customer service didn't response to my complaint at all. Don't get any medicine or vaccine from them! And I have forwarded my complaint to the Ministry

Best customer service ever! My husband, myself and my two adolescents visited, for the first time, PassportHealth in preparation for our trip to Tanzania. Even though extremely knowledgeable, we felt that the nurse who helped us was talking rapidly, recommended various vaccines without telling us the cost of each one, only then once we agreed upon her recommendations at the end showed us the total cost of each vaccine. At this point, we should have told her that we needed more time to think about it, instead, we paid for the whole series of vaccinations and started the process on the same day. IT WAS OUR MISTAKE!

This is how Passport Health exceeded my expectations; A few days later I wrote the nurse an e-mail explaining our discontentment from the appointment. After a couple of hours, on a long weekend holiday, I received an e-mail from her manager, also a nurse, wanting to discuss the matter over the phone at my availability, we did talk the day after.

Ms. Beatrix was super nice, listened carefully to the reasons of my dissatisfaction, carefully explained each recommended vaccine, agreed that the cost of each vaccine and dose should have been mentioned when recommended, assured me that it is within the office policies, apologized on behalf of her employee. I did ask her to be reimbursed for some of the vaccines (would have been useful, however without insurance it is way too costly) and without hesitation agreed.
As a client/customer, it was the first time that I really felt heard and respected when dealing with a company customer service.

Jana was super sweet and got me all set up for my trip to Mexico without any trouble! Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and was very up front about everything that I would need to keep an eye out for. I couldn't have asked for better:)

I brought my daughter to the clinic to get her second dose of the MMR vaccine before traveling (OHIP won’t cover a vaccine if it’s done out of sequence, so doctors won’t do it before 4 years old). When I called to book the appointment, the woman I was speaking with was very helpful and she was able to get me an appointment very quickly. When I arrived at the appointment, I was a bit early but Catherine was ready to see me. She was very nice and helpful and we were in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Passport Health.

Very Friendly and Approachable Staff. Jana (Nurse at Surrey Clinic, BC) was professional and answered all our questions thoroughly. Our anxiety was a bit high due to the fact this was our first experience as such. Jana made us feel very comfortable and secure. She was very informative, and acknowledged our concerns. Please make sure to list ALL, medications, vitamins.etc. They are very detailed and did find that I had one medication interaction with a suggested antibiotic for diarrhea.
We found that they do charge a bit more for the vaccines & consultations, as compared to other places, but the service and knowing that all our health/vaccinations are properly assessed makes it worth it.
We also found that the scheduling of appointments is better than most places.
They also provided the yellow fever vaccine (fractional dose) where most other travel clinics are currently out of supply (worldwide shortage)
Overall we would recommend Passport Health for all your Vaccination needs.

Lorraine was very helpful and knowledgeable with what she does. She did great giving injection, it did not hurt. I did not feel rushed during my appointment even though I was few minutes late. She was able to work around my needs without completely breaking my bank. I rated this place 4 stars because the vaccines and the consultation fee are more expensive compared to other places. Otherwise, the service provided was excellent!

I'm moving to Australia for school so I wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed for my journey. I met with Angela and she went over all of the vaccines that I needed and those that I didn't. She even went over the vaccines that would be recommended for my layover in Taiwan. I left feeling very confident in my decision to get the vaccines and I would 100% consider them again for any further travel.

The nurse that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. She went over in full details of what to expect for side effects, what would be covered by the vaccinations I am getting. Nothing to complain.

Service was good. But the price of the vaccine is crazily overpriced. Insurance covered only 30-40% of the actual cost of the vaccine because that's how much it should cost (my insurance covers 100% in my plan). Passport health charging more than double for their vaccines. This is not including admin fees as well.which is another ~50$. You're paying potentially 100s of dollars out of pocket just to go here. Would not recommend. Save your cash for your travel and go elsewhere.

Did I get the vaccines I needed to go to Mexico? Sure. Did it cost me way more than necessary? You bet! My benefits would only cover 25% of the costs (normally 100%) because their costs were "unreasonably high". They also take a very precautionary approach (can't tell if this is truly for my health benefit, or for if they're trying to get more out of my wallet). I, a healthy 28 year old, was warned about getting a blood clot on a 3hr flight and should get compression socks? I highly advise to shop around before coming here.

My overall experience at Passport Health was great! I loved talking to Catherine about my travels and got so much more information than I was expecting. The thing that stood out to me most was how efficiently and pain free she did the shots. She did it so quickly and cleanly that I barely felt anything. One of my pet peeves is when people keep giving warnings and counting down, it makes the pain so much worse. This was a great experience and I will be back for all my travels!

I've been to Passport Health a few times, and every time they were excellent. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. They will always be part of my travel plans.

My wife and I went to downtown Toronto passport health and we had a very good experience. The information and customer service that we received were great. We plan on using them for consultation on vaccines for all future trips.

My experience at the clinic was great! There were a lot of options for appointment times. The nurse was ready to go when we arrived with information specific to our trip. They informed us of what we would need to go to Sri Lanka, and did not pressure us at all if there were things we didn't want. I will definitely go back.

I found the staff very friendly and my nurse was fantastic in explaining everything and recommending the needed vaccinations for my trip. Passport Health Travel Clinic was very efficient, friendly and informative. Before arriving they created a personalized information packet including info on where I am travelling and different vaccinations along with a breakdown of each one attached. The nurse helping me walked me through each options and how they may benefit me. She was very friendly and was focussed on my best interest. Although it was a thorough consultation and vaccination, it was fast and to the point. I would definitely recommend this place and their staff.

Some good information and friendly staff at the clinic. Other than that, drug and vaccine prices are significantly higher than in pharmacies! Also interaction with the support on the phone has been confusing and frustrating (total lack of competency in whatever visit scheduling system they're using). Try avoiding if possible!

Excellent experience at this clinic. The nurse was informative and fair. She was focused on providing me with important information rather than selling me. She also advised me of the fact that I needed a standard booster (unrelated to travel) - thank you! The office was easy to find, clean and welcoming. I was seen early and did not have to wait. I was out within 45 minutes as promised.

If anyone is wondering, they also have travel essentials like water filtration tablets and travel mosquito nets (etc) so it’s a great place to ask all your questions!

Very easy to make /change an appointment. Received a reminder text a days beforehand. I received a very thorough breakdown of all the vaccines that I might need for my trip. I was not pressured into getting any of them. It was all very easy and straight-forward. This was my first time going to a travel clinic but I would recommend it!
