Although service was nice, vaccine prices are a lot higher here than other clinics. I would recommend instead going to the Union & Weber Clinic. Insurance likely won't cover up to the cost provided at Passport Health. For example JE vaccine was 387 per dose vs 275 at Union & Weber.

Hidden fees for every visit. Watch out make sure you ask and ask again what they are charging for. Or better yet don’t go to this clinic. This should be rated 0 stars.

The visit to the clinic was very pleasant and professional from the first to last minute. Yulia was very helpful in tailoring to my travel itinerary and figuring out what options were best for me. I had a great experience here and would recommend.

My experience at this clinic was very pleasant. The young representative, whom I'm assuming is a nurse, is extremely friendly, courteous and engaging as well as quite knowledgeable and informative. I fully recommend this institution to all prospective travellers!

In-office service from the nurse was fine. This review does not concern that. In two long phone calls with two different people to setup the vaccine appointment I needed, I was never told that physician documentation was required. Having booked the appointment 5 days out, I had time to obtain the necessary documents. Was told upon *entering the office* I was not able to obtain the vaccines I had requested. The issue is not that physician documentation was required, it's that I was given no lead time to obtain it, wasting everyone's time and further delaying the treatment that needed these vaccines to be completed. Very very frustrated.

Great clinic! Saved us from inoculations not needed (from the Internet travel advisory) but others that were: a HINT: Do not eat lettuce in South America. SAFE TRAVELS!

From the minute that I entered the clinic I felt welcomed, respected and in very competent hands. My nurse was Sandra. I never felt pressured by her for inoculations.rather she took time to explain, discuss and accept my decisions. She was a joy to be with and I left feeling well prepared for my travels. Thank you Passport Health Travel Clinic … for my next trip I will be coming back to you.

So unorganized! Call to book a second booster for the kids, get to the appt for the staff to inform us it was booked to soon.
Called again get another appt for the booster had to tell the lady to look at our medical records as she should kno all the questions she was asking us as we didnt have our copy with us, then to be told that we would have to pay yet it was covered, we paid the bill in full at our 1st visit!

Prices are inflated! So watch out when trying to claim on benefits.

An absolute scam, the $70 consult fee and they add everything they say you "need". I had done my research before I came in and asked for a certain vaccine. The nurse added a bunch of other things on to my bill and became upset when I said I was leaving.

Everything went smoothly, being able to make an appointment is very convenient. I was in and out within 1 hour, everything was explained clearly and in a way for me to understand.

I would come back here again.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere. It's amazing to me how unreasonable some businesses can be, especially when someone is travelling from another city for an appointment that is of quite high priority. So unbelievably unprofessional. I will say, I was late, mostly due to traffic and my GPS in my vehicle not working and coming from Brantford in acclimate weather. However, for my 8: 15am appointment I was treated so poorly when I came in 7 minutes late. I was told that I was 15 minutes late which I corrected the lady and said, no I'm not at all and I showed her the time and she said "it's still not on time", "I'll have to book you for another time". I tried to explain that I drove from Brantford and am leaving on vacation on Monday so that's the only time I could come in and she proceeded to tell me it says it on the website that anything over 10 minutes is late and needs to be cancelled. My email says that if you are running late, they will continue the appointment, however, it may be shortened. And I told her what the email said from what I could recall and she said, no that's wrong, it doesn't say that and that I'm still late. She said she needs a minimum of 45 minutes, even though my boyfriend was in the night before and it took him 25-30 minutes. If they think that I'm paying for a cancellation fee, I will not be. The amount of time I wasted today to have to make other arrangements and drive back to Brantford is appalling. No wonder it was EMPTY when I came in. Luckily, the KW travel clinic could squeeze me in, as it literally only took them 15 minutes to complete everything (NOT 45 MINUTES). My theory for the treatment I received is that the nurse likely got a call from a family and would do anything to get rid of me (even though I had an appointment) to get them in at their convenient time to make four times as much money off of them. And this is why I would never recommend this travel clinic to anyone. How utterly unprofessional and a total waste of time. When my boyfriend and I compared bills afterwards, his bill was 5X more expensive and we received the exact same shots. However, the nurse that did his consultation recommended that he receive a Typhoid shot that would not allow immunity until 7 days into the trip (we are going on a 7 day trip) and this information was explained to me at the KW travel clinic and he was appalled. He will not be returning either. GOOD JOB to this company for pissing two people off within 24 hours. I AM NOT PAYING YOUR CANCELLATION FEE FOR CANCELLING ON ME 2 days before my vacation. BTW, if you cannot allow 15 minutes and not even 7 minutes for lateness due to acclimate weather and trying to find your stupid building because there is no adequate signage anywhere, you need to shut your business down because you are obviously not competent enough to do your job in a timely fashion and you should not own a business that relies on health care that people may need at the last minute. A normal doctor's office allows 15 god damn minutes. Therefore, I suggest you shove your rigid time restrictions up your butt.

Super convenient hours and booking ability. The office is a bit hard to find, but the nurse, Sandra, was very friendly and super helpful and ensured we understood all the options available to us. Everything was in stock, and we left both vaccinated or work a plan going forward.

The office was closed during my scheduled appointment time. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Edit: I booked at this location. The address in the confirmation email is for this location. Which was closed during the appointed time. Do not put this on me! This is a failure of you and your staff.

The service offered by Pamela at this clinic was outstanding. She was amazing and took time explaining in detail the vaccinations required. She also administered the vaccination carefully and put me at ease during the process.

I come here every time I travel (which is a lot). I’m always impressed with the service I receive. Very informative and helpful when traveling. It’s quick to get an appointment and everyone is very friendly and kind. Sandra was amazing. I appreciated having her to help me prepare for my trip health wise. Thanks for everything!

My fiancé and I stopped by this morning for our South America travel vaccines and we were very impressed by the service we received. Our doctor was very courteous and informative. She really took the time time to explain all of our options and vaccine recommendations. They also provided a very detailed travel information packet with tailored health and safety guidelines for all of the places we are visiting which we found very helpful. We’re extremely happy and pleased with the service. We tried other travel clinics in the past (Toronto and London) yet this is by far our favourite one. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Pamela was amazing I didn't feel a thing when she gave me my shot. I have a very bad phobia of needles and I always end up in tears, I didn't shed a tear with Pamela and that's HUGE for me. Also she took the time explain everything I should be aware of, what would be best for my trip and what to look out for and avoid. I also received extra literature on my trip destination which was unexpected and an added bonus.

Pamela was really nice and friendly. She gave me a list of all the vaccines I might need along with the cost. I messed up and left my travel shots with the last few weeks before my trip and she gave me all the options she could, no matter how limited. Great place to go for anyone who is traveling and needs their vaccines before they go.

I was made to feel very comfortable right away. Everything was clearly explained to me. A very "painless" experience!
