I was charged $1339 for an initial office visit ($79), Prescription fee ($25 - you get charged pre-printed prescriptions.and it's not a dispensing fee covered by insurance.), and $1248 for inflated meds.

Upon calling Passport Health and complaining about the steep charges, I was told that they're - "privately owned.go by manufacturers prices.they could do nothing about the price. " Really.the DIN numbers are the same.

I was told by my insurance to get prescriptions filled at a pharmacy to avoid companies overcharging. I'm still short $500 after all this commotion.

Excellent service. I was given proper explanation and instructions on meds and vaccine need to be taken for current traveling and for further. I am glad I had taken my mom to this clinic, so she can be safe when traveling. I recommend everyone who is travelling out of Canada should go get the recommend vaccination before traveling. Best is yet you book an appointment ahead of time. Not in the last minute. Nurse at the clinic was very helpful. And oon top of things. Loved her service.

Rude service the phone. I called to inquire about booking an appointment for my child, when I asked about the price I said I would call back at a later time she seemed frustrated and hung up abruptly.

Absolutely stunning experience at this location. Every single time - yes, I am a returning customer. Raeyva is exceptional when it comes to her job. I have never met anyone who is as happy, cheerful, easy going, yet extremely competent, and informative! My wife and I love to travel the world, and we ensure that our experiences are not dampened by unexpected illness. Huge thank you to Raeyva and Pass Health Mississauga! After getting the vaccines, my wife and I had done a blood test at a separate clinic (family doctor) to ensure that we have the immunity and didn't spend our money on "placebo vaccine". The results came in showing that Passport Health did their job well! Vaccines work!

Went as a family with 2 toddlers for vaccines. They shouldn’t charge individual consultation fee when they are doing as a whole family. There should be a family charge. Also vaccines are double the cost so insurance won’t cover fully even though I am covered 100%. Insurance will only cover province allowed limit.

My girlfriend and I had an appointment with Raeyva a month prior to our trip to Asia. She was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with / learn from. She was open and honest in her communications and you could tell her detailed information and recommendations came from a her expertise in travel, medicine and geography. I felt that the prices here were fair and comparable. Best of all, she was able to keep my girlfriend (a "worrywart" if you will) at ease. She was easy to talk to and felt extremely trustworthy. I'd come back here 10x over

Reayva was awesome. I think others would benefit going to a passport health clinic in their catchment area prior to travelling. It gives you a chance to really know what communicable diseases you may likely face and how to prevent/ intervene. I know the cost is a deterrent factor, but your health should really have no price.

This was a quick and easy process. Raeyva went through all the required vaccinations with me and was very helpful answering my questions.

Excellent service! Ninad was very helpful and genuine when describing the vaccines/meds I would need and/or not need for my trip.

I find that this company is a rip off. I do not normally review businesses, but this business warrants a negative review. I came in for an appointment at this Mississauga Clinic and did expect the consultation fee charge. Where they rip you off is the charges for the medications. The person who was in charge of my appointment insisted that the meds that they are offering are not available through the local pharmacy which is a lie. Overall, they charged me around $550 dollars for the meds and the vaccines. However, my insurance only reimbursed me half of the amount as the prices that they were charging were marked up by almost several times over. Do yourself a favor and do the consultation here if you must, but get the RX from your family MD, and get it from a local pharmacy. Do not make the same mistake that I did and buy the meds directly from them. Would definitely not be coming back again.

I found the nurse who was at the desk very thorough and experienced. The great thing about Passport Health is that even if you can't come in a certain day during their office hours, you can go to another Passport Health with extended hours to get your immunization/medication. The nurse was very patient while I called the insurance several times to make sure that my medications were covered. Also, she was able to tell me what the risks were in traveling to Central America (high risk country for different diseases) and what to do while I am there.
It was a $70 dollar fee for consultation (I had $10 off because I submitted a medical form online) so it was worth it to me because I have to travel to a high risk country. But if you are traveling to a pretty safe country (i.e. Japan, US), it might not be as worth it for you to go to the clinic. Overall, service was 5/5.

When booking my appointment I was told that the nurse would be able to waive the consultation fee if I knew which shots I wanted. When I got there the nurse told me she would need manager approval and conveniently there was no manager there. The office did not feel like a medical facility. There was drywall falling off the walls. Very bad experience and all the shots are overpriced well beyond what even a good insurance plan will cover.

We've used the services of PassportHealth in Mississauga twice now. Both experiences have been very positive. Raeyva, our Travel Health Nurse, demonstrated sound knowledge of our destinations, was very thorough, very careful to triple check everything was clear and all the while, she was incredibly friendly. Thank you Raeyva!

Raeyva was patient and considerate with me. She answered all my questions no matter how silly they were and she was both professional and friendly making the appointment very comfortable.

Overall, really great experience. No wait time, very polite and informative doctor. I felt like she was giving us great recommendations without trying to force us to spend any extra/unnecessary money. Would highly recommend!

I saw Raeyva, the incredible nurse there. She was absolutely amazing! Very thourough, explained everything to me with options and explained the WHY. She was patient, did not rush and a really great place with amazing energy. I would recommend Raeyva to anyone! I have been to other travel clinics but this will be the only one I will return to or refer Forbes or family to. Worth the $!

Overall I had an amazing experience with Passport Health. From booking an appointment to consultation my experi nice was comfortable, easy and efficient. I feel much more confident going on my trip to India thanks to Raeyva.

My experience at Passport Health was very positive. I went there today to get some travel vaccines. Most pharmacies did not have these vaccines in stock but I was able to get all my shots here at Passport Health and now I feel very safe to travel. Raeyva was lovely and very professional and the office is very clean. I would recommend Passport Health for anyone planning to travel and get vaccinated.

Highly recommended - I was looking for last minute travel vaccinations for yellow fever which nearly every clinic was sold out of; this office was able to see me same day and had everything needed in stock. Good experience, nice clinic

Raeyva, Priyanka and Beatrix are honestly the best travel medical nurses I've ever had the pleasure of receiving services from. They are pleasant individuals who are very knowledgeable in their fields. For someone like myself (worrisome and anxious), they patiently addressed and readdressed all of my concerns/inquiries, provided me w/ all the necessary vaccinations and instructions, and most importantly gave me the peace of mind I needed going into my travel plans. I highly recommend Passport Health Mississauga for everyone's travel vaccination needs.

I had a great experience at Passport Health, I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was recieved and given my consultation ahead of time.

All my questions and concerns were addressed and the vaccination was swift and easy.
