Sara was very well informed, told us exactly what immunizations we needed for our trip and gives a great needle!

For our trip we decided to use Passport Health to navigate what vaccines/medication we should consider taking. The process was excellent. You share your itinerary and they provide a suite of recommended vaccines / medication to consider by country you are visiting. The details were well explained by Sarah as well in the documents she provided us. They carry most of the vaccines / medication on site and you can book future appointments to start the process (dependant on the vaccines required). Additionally, they can provide a prescription for a nominal fee for you to obtain the medication through your local pharmacy. Sarah did a superb job! '

Passport Health Whitby Travel Clinic was amazing. Briana gave my husband and I very clear instruction as to what we needed to prepare for our trip to Ecuador / Galapagos. All follow up appointments were made at that time and immunizations were given by the RN. We both highly recommend this clinic.

Good service and advice, however in addition to the appointment fee the prices of the vaccines are massively inflated. Some over $100 more per dose compared to local competitors. Your benefits will go much further at other clinics. We found the service and advice at other clinics comparable and we weren’t getting anything more from Passport for the price. After our initial consult we decided not to get the vaccines there due to the eye-watering bill. We ate the cost of the consult fee and still ended up saving boatloads going to a local competitor.

Sarah was extremely pleasant and explained everything in detail. She gave us our options for vaccines but didn’t pressure us.

I have used this travel clinic before several trips now and every time they are always extremely helpful, informative and efficient. The staff are lovely. I highly recommend this clinic!

Nurse was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. No waiting, in and out in 15 minutes, good location Green P parking nearby.

Good recommendations for country of travel and general vaccinations. Received necessary vaccines fir travel and given pricing for the others I liked to update like shingles. I would highly recommend.

David was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit, regularly checking in to see if I had questions. This was appreciated as the protocols have changed so much since I last travelled out of North America, and there are a lot of requirements in place for to allow travel to my destination. Everything was well-explained politely and expediently.

Staff are helpful and very informative, but OMG Expensive! Suggested $1,800.00 for immunizations for a 2 week vacation. And with all that there are still no guarantee. Pretty sure I've seen Ironman Suits from China that cost less than that.:)

Good experience, the doctor explained his entire process, what he was evaluating and why, subsequently his recommendations made sense. No extra fluff, just what made sense.

Christina was professional, knowledgable and punctual. Injections were quick and painless. As a physician, I was thoroughly impressed.

Just last weekend I went to Passport Health and I had a great experience. Staff are knowledgeable and truly want to help in giving travelers the right vaccinations/meds. 10/10 would recommend

This clinic offers a very professional and through assessment of your travel immunization review. It is quick and easy visit where you can get all your vaccines on site without having to get them filled at another pharmacy.
One small inconvenience is that if you were to have an insurance, you would still need to pay up first then get it reimbursed by your insurance. However, if this is not your concern, i will definitely recommend you to visit this clinic for your travel immunization!:)

My 15 year old son is traveling to Japan this summer for a English course and I was concerned about his health specifically if he was covered with the correct vaccines for travel overseas. The staff (Briana and Christina) at Passport Health we’re very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the vaccines my son would need to stay safe. The piece of mind the staff offered makes me as a father comfortable with him traveling overseas and staying healthy. The advice offered was not only vaccine related but rather all encompassing. Thank you for your time and suggestions.

They accomodated us quickly which I appreciated, however was not aware that I would be charged a separate $69.00 fee for the consultation! There are travel clinics that DO NOT charge this fee you may want to shop around.

It was such a great experience! I liked that you could book online and then fill out a form online ahead of time so save time on the day of your appointment as well as getting a $10 discount for doing so. From the moment we walked in Briana was ready with information for us on what we needed to do to be prepared for our upcoming trip. The worst experience I've had from a health practitioner in awhile. For someone providing a service, they were pushy, rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. Wow.

$70 consultation fee for them to tell you what they already tell you on their website.

Great service! Highly recommend Brianna! She went through everything the my family needed for our family trip to Rwanda. Very thoughtful regarding our 7 & 3 yo. Only cried a little after the needles ;) Great place, very knowledgeable and reasonable prices
