The grocery store is large, clean and always stocked with great fresh produce. The staff were very friendly and always helping customers out. When visiting Niagara, we stopped by for some groceries and I had their bhel, which was amazing and tasty!

I had an argument with a girl working at chat corner and I posted a bad review after that… but I’m happy she realised her mistake and she apologised to me on my next visit. I would really recommend you to try their pani puri and chole kulche. It has an authentic taste of India.

The worst grocery store in Niagara Falls. I loved going there first few times because I let them rob me with whatever prices. Now they trick you and lie about prices and embarrass you. My mom took one small transparent bag to divide the chillies and the younger guy with glasses start charging 20 cents for each vegetable bad. Com on its not even a grocery bag. It's the one bag from the big roll. I already found an alternative to go freshco, very cheap and better quality, raja grocers or there is another one who is good. If you like to go them, please go ahead until you will face their rubbish behavior.

New expanded location, fresh snacks, pujabi samosa, spring rolls, and Great selection of groceries and Indian spices. In our survey, found prices here to be cheaper than other stores in town.

I bought an IP tv from this store, when i bought the tv i was told that this tv works well with ethernet cable rather than wifi. I was convinced with it. I got the ethernet cable and installed the IP tv. After using for 4 months what promises were given by the owner and people working is way opposite then what i am feeling rightnow. I am with bell and internet works extremely well with the laptop and mobile phone but if you talk about this IP tv i would say its worst then ever I encountered in any part of canada. I have been to numerous provice but didn’t get as worse service of IP tv as i got with this store. Please stop making fool of people, the guy who actually suggested me for your store is now stoped coming to you because of your poor and worst customer service. Please improve yourself.

Newly remodeled, has a greater selection of groceries and best of all, a terrific chaat stand, with fresh squeezed sugarcane juice!

I found it better than most stores in Greater Toronto Area. Their prices are much better and they have more varieties.

Good selection of everything desi! Haven’t had Limca in a while and was happy to know they have cases upon availability! Also amazingly cheap paani puri options that can be hard to find in a foreign country!

Updating last year's review. Patel's has expanded its square footage to bring us even more South Indian grocery selections. I find the vegetables fresher (if small variety). Perfect drumsticks, good amla, excellent variety of Indian breads in frozen foods. Young curry plants available. Still the same friendly and courteous staff.

Compared to other competitors in the market, this place tends to be a bit pricier. Additionally, the cost of fresh produce here is quite high. Furthermore, I found the cleanliness of aisles 1 and 2 to be subpar.

However, amidst these shortcomings, there was one standout aspect that I genuinely enjoyed—the puff and samosa. They were delightful. On a final note, I strongly advise against trying the the chai, even if it happens to be complimentary.

It’s a bit expensive store compared to other stores but they have a large variety of indian snacks. They also have fresh appetizers like chaat, samosa, kachori, vada pav, papdi lot, etc.

Chaat papdi is extremely bad. It didn't feel fresh at all. What a waste of $5 plus taxes. Please don't waste your money on that garbage they are selling. Overall store is good and you will find good variety. Staff is helpful but the food stall has really disappointed me. 0 stars for the street food they are selling.

Has lots of offerings, needs cleaning and maintenance taken up seriously. Found costly with arrogant attitude of take it or leave it probably due to unusual advantage of less competition.

Best place for Indian groceries but WORST place to Get IPTV BOX
Their iptv box has nothing to watch as compared to other IPTV’s but the price is same as compared to others.
Plus the Remote has very low quality that it can’t catch command more often (giving hard time). Hope this help to improve the quality
