I feel they think they have a monopoly on products and stating misinformation to meat tomes I mostly disregard it but now I feel genuinely peeved

The staff at Patene's are great! We spoke Dan & Tammy who assisted us with what we needed for our front garden! Kevin & Ken are great guys who work in the yard who went out of there way to help us and load our car with the bricks in a way that made it easy to remove upon unloading. Big thanks to Kevin & Ken! We used your stone for the front part of the garden under the window and the Stoneman did a wonderful job for us putting it all together! The staff at Patene's gave us 10 star customer service! Thanks so much you all made our Garden Dream a reality!

I arrived to a conversation between the "receptionist" and a local big builder, 50% their conversation was just social. She never even acknowledged me yet alone saying "can I help you? ". We waited and looked around for 8 minutes.not even an acknowledgement. I left. As a contractor I took my $14k order elsewhere. The only reason I gave 2 stars was their selection. I may not compare with the big builder but they lost out on my measly 30-40k per yr. Time is money
