Great customer service and very accommodating to customer needs.
We are building our home through a builder and in the process of selecting brick. We already picked the brick few weeks ago after couple of visits at Patene building in Sarnia. We saw the same brick we already chose for our home installed on another house in same neighborhood and my wife did not like much and decided to change it.
I contacted Patene through email and had prompt response from Gary Wray. Gary is very helpful to further look into whatever option we want to pursue. Thanks Gary much appreciated.
