Wait times is usually more but if you go at 8.00 early morning the wait time would be 15 mins. I was satisfied with my treatment. Dr Wong is really best doctor I have ever seen in any walk in Clinic. Thanks Dr. Wong

Everything is good there, except when you want to reach them by phone. Rarely will they pick up the phone, and very often their voicemail box is full. It is very frustrating if you try to call them.
They did not fax my Ultrasound doc notes to the the hospital. I tried to call them to fax the note to the hospital. I dialed their number constantly for 1.5 hours. It only went to a full voicemail. In the end, I had to leave without getting my Ultrasound because I could not get a hold of the receptionist or even leave a voicemail.
When you want to book appointments, the same thing happens.so frustrating

Edit and response: I was already at the hospital for my appointment at the time, so I needed patient network fax the notes to the hospital right there and then. The method you provided were invalid to my situation. 1.5 hours with constant calling should be enough time for your clinic to respond. I have been to your clinic many times, you are just as busy as all the other clinics, not more. However, the clinic's ability of answering the phone is the WORST I have ever seen. I left this review in hopes that you can address this issue. 3 years later, looks like this phone issue gotten worse,

I came in with a suspected ear infection. Very clean and quick walk in clinic. The front desk was very efficient in getting me signed in, only waited about 20 minutes and Dr. Wong was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend this place.
10 November 2023 0:35
Nobody answers the phone when you call and you have to keep calling again and again. Not nice.
19 September 2023 10:27
Made me wait for 2.5 hours to get a copy of my MRI. Incompetent doctor was happy to tell me that everything is fine, while my knee was swollen.
20 August 2023 7:13
Dr. Wong was amazing. She listened to my concerns carefully and guided me through the whole process in a professional manner and it was pretty easy to follow. The wait time was also very reasonable. This is one of the best walk in clinic in downtown I’ve been so far.
31 July 2023 20:03
The receptionists have no regard for your time whatsoever.
Very infuriating considering this is health care & you’re supposed to be considerate of your actions on others.
The doctors are great but the receptionists are awful.
10 June 2023 4:44
Very efficient, they don’t keep you waiting long. Staff were all nice, especially Dr. Kumar
03 June 2023 8:17
Great clinic! Staff was so nice and efficient. Very clean. I was in and out in half an hour. Wish they were accepting new patients.
30 May 2023 0:47
I called in to make an appointment - and as none of the times worked for me, declined to make a choice and ended the call. This was in January. We are approaching April.

Cut to a random morning I get a call about missing said appointment - the one I did not make. I tell the receptionist this, she says ok, the call ends there. Shortly after I make a drop in visit to refill my prescriptions - again, was told that I had missed an appointment and owed the fee. Told the receptionist in person about the mixup, and the issue is dropped.

Today I get an e-mail about the missed appointment fee. Again I note that an appointment had been made without my knowledge. I live and work in the area - there would have been no reason to willfully have missed it. I write to the secretary that this has been brought up to me for the third time, and I had been previously told that there was no issue. At this point I'm considering paying the thing, even though 1) I didn't make the appointment and 2) members of staff have told me it was fine both on the phone and in person.

Here's the e-mail I received in response:

"Any appointments booked thru us is a confirmed appointment unless we are contacted and told otherwise and it sounds like you were aware of this appointment yet failed to let us know you were unable to make it, I feel like out of professional courtesy you could have at least maybe emailed or called.

[Doctor] has taken you off her roster however you are still able to use our walk in services and see the first available Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm"

First and foremost - you "feel" like I was aware of the appointment. No. I was not. I cannot call or email to cancel an appointment that does not exist, that I did not make. Secondly - if this was serious enough to be an issue worth being dropped as a client over, why follow up months later? It is entirely condescending to be spoken to this way, especially when there is no text message or email confirmation of said appointment. Nor could there be one, given that I was provided several options and didn't choose any of them.

It's a pity as the doctors here generally are polite and well-mannered, and that the location is right next to a Rexall so prescriptions are easy to manage.
07 May 2023 5:11
It feels like the doctor is trying to push you out of the door the minute you step in. There is no opportunity to ask questions or receive clarifications about your condition.

Lifelabs sent them my test reports on Tuesday, but the admin staff were unable to find it and send it to me even on Friday, and blamed it on the "large number of faxes" they had recently received. This was despite emails everyday.

If you have a serious condition, stay away. This clinic will not be able to help you in time. One positive aspect is that the waiting time is relatively short (~45 mins) when you walk in.
08 March 2023 3:14
Great experience with the doctor, she was professional, approachable, and clear in explaining my diagnosis. The visit however, started off incredibly unpleasant because of the rude and stand-offish behaviour from the receptionists. No one greeted me when I entered the building, so I went to the opening at the side of the reception desk, I only said “Hi” and one of them immediately snapped at me with “I CAN’T HEAR YOU FROM THERE. ” I go in front of her and see the small opening that is the actual window. After filling in my information on the form on the clipboard, I proceeded with giving her the board through the small opening, and am snapped with “JUST GIVE ME THE PAPER, THE BOARD WON’T FIT, ” when the board was already in front of her. If the receptionists find it irritating that new patients do not know the EXACT check-in procedures that they seem very adamant about, please provide proper wayfinding or a self check-in service instead. It will certainly be more efficient and pleasant for patients.

I almost want to write a bad review so that I can keep this gem to myself haha.

Such fast and accurate (I either wait exactly as long as the website says or less) wait times, and amazing doctors (I've seen 2 so far).

I saw Doctor So (so sorry if I misspelled that) and he answered all my questions and follow-up questions descriptively and patiently. He was able to provide me helpful diagnoses for my issues and short and long term steps to alleviate and recover from them. He went above and beyond, thank you.

100/10 best walk in I've been to (I've been to 10?)
29 January 2023 5:21
So glad I found this clinic! The administration is quite smooth and they always reply to emails quickly. The wait times for walk-in can be about an hour but that's expected given the location.
I've met both Dr. Euverman and Dr. So and they have been nothing but patient and informative. Highly recommend them
16 December 2022 6:47
The front desk people have entered my details incorrectly and refused to change it. I didn't get claim for it. Quite unfriendly.
13 November 2022 13:03
Very efficient and professional staff and sometimes the wait times are long but have had an excellent experience and very good doctors.
04 October 2022 20:48
I've debated posting this review for a while, mainly because of the fact that without this clinic I wouldn't have had free access to medical care over the last 6 months. Nevertheless my insurance has kicked in now so I think it's worth voicing the experiences I've had.

Quite Frankly my view on medical care has always been that it's just as social as it is practical, but not once have I walked into this clinic and been treated like a human being. *Maybe* with the exception of a lovely doctor that treated a skin infection I had - but other than that most of the doctors in this facility have barely even looked me in the eye when speaking to me. I understand working as a doctor must be stressful especially as these doctors work in the nearby hospital too but I'd argue that if you fail to acknowledge that the person you're prescribing medications to is a PERSON with concerns and emotions then you're not doing your job properly.

My mother, who also went to this clinic and has trouble with English has been cut off mid sentence multiple times, prescribed $700 sleep studies without the discussion of *why*, been refused a discussion on a separate symptom and we have both shared stories about how dismissive the doctor's are at this facility. It's like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible.

The worst instance I had was with a blonde female doctor. I had gone to get my eyes checked as I was having trouble seeing and after referring me to an optometrist I figured I would ask her if she knew for how much longer this service would remain free. She decided to mention "that she wasn't happy with still having to treat non-OHIP patients for free post COVID" straight to my face (a non-OHIP patient). Yes, because my privilege of being able to access medical care without going into credit card debt is such an inconvenience for her, a doctor that makes hundreds of thousands.

It's really disappointing because quite frankly as someone who aspires to study medicine I could NEVER imagine treating my patients so dismissively and with such a superiority complex. Being a doctor is not just recieving symptoms and diagnosing - it's being supportive to your patients, explaining your theories to them, having some basic empathy to their situations. There's none of that here.

EDIT: Just reiterating this one more time based on the reply to this review. My decision to return to the clinic/to bring my mother was one of quite frankly not having other options as the clinic was free. It was not a resemblance of good medical care. At no point did I critique the administrative decisions of this institution. There is no denying that staying open during COVID was a brave decision but again - that is not what this is about. This is about dismissive doctors, rude staff and a doctor feeling the need to imply to patient that their "visiting the clinic" inconveniences them. Quite frankly I believe that the response to this review skimming past all of those main issues to prove the point that is convenient to them is quite reflective of what the treatment at this place Is actually like‍️ All the best.

Very efficient walk in clinic, excellent service. Really friendly staff and great doctors who are kind and give wonderful care
02 August 2022 3:21
Doc’s at this store are amazing! But the reason I’m posting this review is - this clinic doesn’t pick up their phone calls and the front desk staff is not very friendly as well. I called them 5 times last week and 2 times this week before coming. No one picked up and I came from 50 kilometres away and they returned me by responding that they do not attend walk-ins after 2 PM - I don’t have a problem with that, but at least pick up the phone call so I can have a heads up! The owner / manager please take a look into this. Otherwise this clinic is always my first preference when I need a doc!
25 July 2022 17:16
Reasonable wait time but more importantly, the staff there were very friendly. The process of getting my lab results was smooth and I just want to give a special thanks to Dr. So for being so professional and caring. Thank you Patient Network team!
10 July 2022 20:20
I had been having extreme pain for sometime I went to my regular family dr no help then i went to to another walk in clinic the previous week where I was stigmatized stereotyped and miss diagnosed still in excruciating pain I made the decision to go to patient network because I went there a couple years ago and remember how great they were. I met with Dr A. Little and within 2 minutes of doing a simple examination she knew exactly what my issues was wrote me letter and sent me immediately to the ER because of her letter i was able to go right in to see a doctor and get the help that I needed I am so grateful and can not thank Dr Little enough for her brilliance her tender care and attention. Thank you Dr Little
26 June 2022 15:48
A patient in Dr Racheal Euverman’ s care for the past two years. She has proven to be such a great family physician. She genuinely cares about her patients, gives good and knowledgeable advice and she follows up with you to ensure all is in order.

Many thanks to Dr. Euverman.
07 June 2022 7:58
The most trustworthy walk-in clinic in my opinion! I’ve utilized Patient networks for around a decade, and when I used to work in the area and attend in person, I always enjoyed seeing Dr. So. Now that I’m not in the area anymore, I still regularly trust Patient Networks over any nearby clinic for phone consults, and have referred friends and family as well! I’ve received great advice lately from Dr. Lianne Wong while recovering from a virus and as always, am extremely satisfied with the short wait time for the telephone consults as well as the diagnoses and recommendations.
21 May 2022 5:57
The only walk-in clinic that is actually taking walk in! The service at reception and the physicians are the best. Very professional and efficient.
20 May 2022 16:40
The doctor basically told me "I don't know what's wrong with you, good luck" and that was it. Waste of time.: (
07 May 2022 4:02
I have been this clinic both in person and phone consultation. Dr, nurse, and receptionist are all kindness! I think this walk-in clinic is the best clinic in Toronto.
17 April 2022 6:00
I live nearby & have used the clinic a few times. Very satisfying experience both times. The clinic appears impeccably clean and ran efficiently each time. It was so so nice to actually speak with a dr.in person. I have not laid eyes on my regular dr.in 2 years. The nurse practitioner has been my go to and mostly over the phone.
21 February 2022 13:19
I don’t normally review doctor offices but I am super impressed with this clinic and the doctors they have - always professional, kind, understanding, on the ball, and willing to support patients with what we need. I’ve used their services over 5x now and each time it’s been a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
23 November 2021 22:08
Possibly the only walk-in clinic in Downtown Toronto where you can still see an actual doctor in person during the pandemic. The wait times aren't very long either! Only about 30 minutes. When I did see the doctor, she was very helpful and friendly.

I am taking one star off, though, because they called my name too quietly for me to hear at the other side of the room for me to hear at first and someone almost took my turn for me! Besides that, though, my experience was very positive.
10 November 2021 18:33
My case was handled with care and professionalism by Dr. Boris Se on 15.09. I was in Toronto only for one day with work and it was wonderful to see how well they took care of me. I appreciated that also Dr. Boris Se followed up with me and reassured me. I truly recommend and appreciate all your efforts. Thank you.
31 October 2021 5:41
Why would you say your hours are til 4 pm if you stop accepting patients past 3? The only information listed on their site is to arrive BY 3: 30 to ensure that you’ll be seen.

I arrived at about 3: 15/3: 20

If you’re going to stop accepting people at least update your site so I don’t waste my time!
08 October 2021 11:29
Great walk-in experience at this clinic! Dr. So was kind and efficient and helped me treat an issue that was bothering me for awhile now. I wish I had him as a family doctor. I've only had to wait around 30 minutes or less to get in. Thank you!
22 September 2021 10:05
Awesome walk-in clinic. The wait time for me was around 10-20 minutes. The doctor was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The environment was professional and the clinic is located right next to a Rexall pharmacy for convenience.
16 September 2021 22:58
Great walk in clinic. One of the best I have seen in GTA. My only issue with this place is I can never reach them. I have one question that the receptionist can answer but everytime I call them throughout the week, no one seems to pick up (21 times today from when they opened to afternoon). This is the only ongoing issue I find with this place. Management should definitely look into this.
04 September 2021 11:33
Amazing doctors. It's a relieve to find places like this after being tossed around like a potato from one doctor to another. Caring, helpful and completely different exp from other doctors/clinics
23 August 2021 3:24
5 STARS for all DOCTORS. I’ve been a patient of this clinic for couple of months now and I’ve seen 3 doctors so far including Dr. Kumar and Dr. So. They are all amazing, extremely caring, so kind, so helpful, professional, and they really take their time to listen to my inquiries and concerns which I rarely seen elsewhere! I talk to Dr. Kumar mostly and she is amazing! She removed my hand warts and chest’s skin tags with freezing that I was struggling to remove for YEARS with different methods! (Also, extremely affordable!) She also helped me to get a check up and different tests for my several concerns. It’s so convenient to see my doctor as I just walk-in. The wait time for walk-ins varies from 15 mins to 45 mins. Also, for talking to a doctor on the phone, the wait time is from 1 hour to 2 hours as they don’t have much doctors at the time. The receptionists usually reply to my emails and inquiries within a day and are helpful with my needs but I would say they are a bit not pleasant to talk to.
Overall, I’m so satisfied with the doctors that I travel from Richmond Hill to downtown just to be visited by Dr. Kumar!
01 August 2021 15:36
BEST PLACE EVER! Where I live I usually wait 3 hours to see the doctor and its totally ridiculous. Coming here was 20 minutes in total. I waited 10 minutes to see Dr. Kumar and then we had our consultation. Dr. Kumar was the nicest person and she was really caring and understanding. I recommend this place. Awesome. Thanks!
24 July 2021 16:02
The doctors are okay but the receptionists are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have been avoiding the clinic just because I do not want to deal with them. Others comments mentioned the same issue and I am surprised that management has not been dealing with this issue.
17 July 2021 5:29
I have visited this clinic for years, and always had timely service and thorough care. Even when busiest, the flow is efficient - from check in, reasonable wait times, and doctors who are patient and will listen to what brought you in to see them. Most importantly, when care requires elevation or screening, or further steps, the doctors here help with timely referrals and are great about follow up visits afterwards. During the pandemic, I’ve lived too far in distance to use this clinic, and have come to realize just how much I always appreciated them. Thank yous to all your staff - and highly recommend!
05 July 2021 7:09
I am really happy to see a pleasant change in service at front desk and issues with my log in are resolved promptly. Wish you best all staff and doctors in this hard times, stay safe. Thanks
03 July 2021 4:59
This was by far the best walk-in experience I've ever had. The wait-time was very reasonable and the staff were friendly. The doctor I had was knowledgable, patient, and understanding.
20 June 2021 17:50
All doctors and front desk staff at Patient Networks are AMAZING. I've never been treated with so much professionalism, care and patience at any other walk-in clinic.
19 May 2021 8:53
For sure this won't be my last visit there, the front desk are helpful and the doctors are very attentive and nice, many thanks to Dr Keldon who was very nice and found out about my problem.
03 May 2020 2:12
The doctor I saw was really nice, and the clinic itself is clean. The issue is the front desk. I went in in-person for some test results and was told they were having issues with the system and they would email them to me. It's been over a week and no results, and iv called about 20 times with no answer. The front desk just doesn't pick up the phone.
05 April 2020 11:28
I got doctor Kumar yesterday and she was great. The clinic is very clean and the staff are humble and helpful.

Thank you.
24 March 2020 5:01
My favourite clinic ever - staff are efficient - wait times are reasonable (you can check on the website before heading there) - best of all, Dr. So is an amazing, caring doctor!
22 March 2020 1:59
Unknowedgable female doctor. I went twice yesterday and today she was unable to diagnose chest inflammation as she didn’t see fever; She did not give the right medication and I got worse. I don’t recommend them
04 March 2020 21:34
Very reasonable wait time, friendly staff and Dr Trieman was excellent, sending me for long overdue specialist care that my previous GP of 10 years never bothered to do. Wish they were accepting new patients.
25 January 2020 13:35
Been here multiple times. Usually only great things to say. Had a terrible experience today with Dr. Anjuli Little. Zero empathy and was ready to get me out the door. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
20 January 2020 21:11
I have so far been impressed with the Doctors at this clinic. I have been here twice in the last 2 years and have had good experience overall. The wait times are posted online and are accurate from what I've experienced so far. Doctors are caring and listened. Appreciated Dr. So for his ability to listen to my reasons for a different Dx than on original presentation.
15 January 2020 2:25
So fast today. In and out and 30 minutes just after lunch today. Many diffirent doctors were seeing walk in patients and everyone was friendly. My doctor was very nice and asked me if I had any other questions at the end fo the visit! Doctor's normally never want you to ask any more questions!
08 January 2020 22:05
The admin do not know how to prioritize a patient with chest pains. Over a two hour wait with people going through faster than us after coming in after we did. I'm not happy with the service and feel it's just a conveyer belt for swiping OHIP cards rather than actually helping people who require assistance.
17 December 2019 11:39
I waited for less than 5 minutes and Dr. Caroline Trieman was very knowledgeable and treated me great. Definitely my best experience at a walk-in.
10 December 2019 23:08
Most of the doctors here are nice and will listen to your issues. The front desk people are helpful when you're in the clinic. The major issue is the front desk almost never answers the phone line. It's difficult to ask a question such as about a referral afterwards. They used to pick up the phones if you keep calling. But these days the phone line isn't even answered even if you call at different times of the day and many times even the voicemail is full. They are a busy clinic which I understand but with almost three people working in the front desk, I really don't know why they don't pick up the calls. It is very frustrating when this happens.
09 December 2019 20:24
I've visited as a walk in patient multiple times and the experience has been pleasant every single time. The location is super convenient, the doctors are all really nice and friendly, and they get straight to the point while also being patient if you have additional questions. I go either in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the lunchtime rush, and I'm always in and out within half an hour counting the wait time, which is super reasonable.
09 December 2019 15:08
I have been a patient of Dr. Boris So for almost 3 years now and I have never met a more efficient, understand, empathetic and responsible Doctor. Having two herniated disks, which were eventually operated on, Dr. So recommended a Pain Management clinic that effectively saved my university career, using a holistic, well rounded approach. After years of searching for the perfect physiotherapy centre, Dr. So provided again with Synergy Sports. Always accommodating, especially when time is tight, and very efficient. I cannot recommend Patients Network enough, as a walk-in or for as a family clinic. All the doctors I have dealt with in Dr. So’s (rare) absence have been fantastic. Walk-ins are dealt with the same respect, attentions, and overall service as those registered.

After reading a lot of comments targeting the reception desk, I understand the frustration. Patients, myself included, must consider the stress and worry we’re already feeling as walk into the clinic, keep control for that variable and you’ll see that these ladies work extremely hard to keep up with the INSANE demand; usually two managing hundreds of patients just like you and me, with the same sense of urgency and self-prioritization. Credit where it’s due, the place is running smoothly despite the incredibly high number of patients.

Responsible, respectful, reliable.
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk
03 December 2019 16:17
The clinic suspended my drivers license without even confirming my medical conditions and communicating with me. This is seriously affecting my daily life now. Will never visit again.

Thanks for your reply Doctor Boris So. I did't mention details in my previous comment. I have visited the clinic many times and had no issue at all. Last month I had a minor head injury when i fall so i walked in to the clinic simply to get a checkup on whether there's any concerns. The doctor said i looked fine but expressed concerns on why i fell. She did mention that I should not drive until i get test results back and i acknowledged that. BUT NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL ABOUT THE ACTUAL SUSPENSION OF DRIVERS LICENSE. I did a blood test that day and also came to cardiologist the following week.results all came back normal. No concern at all. What i simply don't understand is why the doctor report me to ministry of transportation without any confirmation of my Medical Conditions (i.e. Test results). I would have no issue about the suspension if i indeed have a cardiac problem. I received the mail from ministry of transportation after i came back from vacation and was told that i need to provide proof that i meet the standards to drive and it will take them 30 days to process it which means i still cant drive for another 30 days. But in the past month the clinic didn't communicate with me at all regarding the matter until i left the comment yesterday, i believe you have all relevant document to prove that i have no problem driving but no actions were taken.

We will discuss about this in details in person.

Thanks,
Jing

Have been a patient for years and generally really like the place and staff. Had to go urgently today, and monitored the waiting times the clinic conveniently posts on the website. At around 330, with the clinic open for another 30, I arrived after it states 8mins wait online. The staff told me they wouldn’t take any more patients. My issue was going to take a second as I just needed a very necessary refill but nobody including the doctor would honour it- despite no one left and a 30 min open window remaining. Hippocratic oath gone wrong and complete disregard to a patient in urgent need. Happy thanksgiving dear doctor that had to rush off!
28 November 2019 0:00
I've been here twice already and I was seen by the doctor with minimal wait time for both times. Not sure if I just went in the right time but in both visits, the doctors took their time to listen and addressed my medical concerns professionally and provided a definite solution.
25 November 2019 12:24
Im seriously disappointed.they have taken a full week to give me rapid test results for an urgent matter, which is dangerous and unethical.the doctor even told me to expect a call within 2 days and that they have been less busy, so there is NO excuse for this to be taking a full week, especially when it is an emergency.im going back to voice this concern, and will refuse to leave without treatment.ridiculous that i have to fight for this.
19 November 2019 2:04
Came by the clinic for a head cold and to get antibiotics. The doctor asked me a some questions, and then really drilled down to ask me more questions. She did a few tests on me and told me she was worried that I had something more serious. She sent me to the hospital with a letter for further tests. Now I'm sitting in the emergency with IV antibiotics and will be admitted to hospital for meningitis. Thank you for taking the extra time and care to take my "cold" seriously - you could have saved my life!
15 November 2019 11:47
True story: I came to this clinic for the first time for a sick note because my manager didn't think that it was enough that I threw up under my desk. The doctor called me in and did 2 unforgettable things. First of all, he apologized for my wait of 25 minutes! Then, he told me that I would have to go to emergency for what looked like appendicitis. I told him that I wasn't go emergency for stomach flu and he arranged an emergency ultrasound at Metro Central ultrasound which was done in another 25 minutes and it confirmed appendicitis. Now I'm scheduled for emergency surgery because they said I may DIE otherwise! I think that this doctor may have saved my life!
13 November 2019 20:37
So fast to be seen, checked in for my lunch break with a million people in the room and was seen 25 min.doctor was very nice.
11 November 2019 15:07
Place is quite busy, but everywhere downtown in the core is like this.
I like that the place is clean and the Doctors are very nice. I always see Dr. Wong when I go here and she is the best.

Only downside is the front desk, the ladies are super rude and dismissive. They speak in their own language to each other and I can tell when they are speaking about a patient.

I stopped by clinic this morning at 8 am to refund my appointment, lady told me she was "too busy" and to come back at 10am. I did and when I got there, she told me I should have called and that they are busy. Ended up taking an 1 hr to process my refund. The ladies were super rude, while I was trying to be nice about the whole situation.
07 November 2019 13:02
Fantastic clinic. Clean and fast. Doctor was kind and there is a lab and pharmacy right there as well. I appreciate not getting a prescription for pills thrown at me the minute that I walked in. The doctor listened to what I had to say and gave me what I actually needed which in my case was a referral to a specialist and some good advice.
