Food is good but I wish they would pay attention to cleanliness as well. The whole place is dirty, including the prayer area downstairs.

Mostly delicious Desi food. Sometimes some dishes can be stale or inconsistent in flavour. Hopefully they change that for better. Overall reasonable and flavourful food.

Main hall is renovated. Looks good. Quality of food is much better than before. Really enjoyed it.
Bathroom are in bad shape which is a common character of desi businesses because spending money on bathrooms is thought to be useless.

If you were looking for some authentic Haleem, Patna is the place. Although the Kababs and other dishes are great too, but Haleem is really a winner. Keep it up

Great taste for biryani and chicken korma. Never imagined it would be that delicious for the price. Would definitely come back for takeout.

I bought bhari kabob on Monday. It was rotten extremely bad. I would never ever go there again.

Whenever I have ordered Chicken Boti from this place, it always turn out to be raw from the inside, even despite of me informing them from time to time to fix this issue. The quality has declined drastically over the last few years. Karahi Boys is a much better option!

I have been their customer for the past ten years. My favourite item is Chana Daal. Items are fresh. Customer service is professional.

Today had family dinner at the Lawrence branch.
No drinks because machine was out of order
No Raita. No chutney. The front staff was himself complaining about owner not taking interest.
Don’t go dine in at this branch. They take business for granted.

Wasn't a cool experience because restaurant was filled with flies and made my dining experience terrible. Waste of money and hour.

Best Bihari kebab in the GTA. 1st time sitting in there, always been takeout before. 3 stars because place really needs some character. Bare minimum in terms of what's required in a restaurant and flies everywhere

I already ordered 1 hour before the closing, 2 beef nehari, 2 naan and 1 regular biryani.
Instead of 2 beef Nehari, They give me beef beryani. I really shamed in front of my guests.
Worst service.

Patna kabab house offers the best nihari and gola kababs in town. They never disappoint. If you are looking for an authentic Pakistani taste. Patna kabab house is the place to go. Staff is courteous and respectful.
Unfortunately sitting area isn't great. They lack in hygiene as well. Bathrooms are Eewe. They can definitely do with some renovation and good cleanup. There were flies in the area.

I only eat chicken, I have tried chicken karahi and kebabs and some vegetarian dishes as well, they are all delicious!

Tried the place again after a long time as I once felt the nihari and kebabs are decent. Unfortunately the food was cold as I was planning to eat it in the car. It was as if they took the nihari out of the fridge and put it in the container. And it didn't taste that good. Disappointed.

My parents are obsessed with their lahori chana, so we are regulars here. If you’re looking for authentic Paksitani / Indian cuisine, this is the spot. And everything is super inexpensive. Definitely worth it.

Honestly I am not happy with taste of the food. I have advice for the people not to ever go to this restaurant. First of all there service is really bad. Second of all the food taste is not good they have ruined the taste of there food. For the rice there using for there biryani is not biryani rice. Looks like there using cheap ingredients. I wasted my money and no one in household ate the food.

Delicious kabobs, nihari, fish, cholay, and of course the buttery nans. You don't come here for ambience, you come here for mouth watering food, period.

Tried it after quite some time and was very disappointed. Will not be going back! Food was cold and round bread was full of thick uncooked flour chunks all over. Worst naans in the city!

We ordered takeout yesterday with bihari kababs naans and biryani. 4/5 of our family members got upset stomach and stomach aches after this. Their bihari kabab wasnt cooked properly. Was very disappointed

Nice food but very inconsistent. Sometime you get amazing food and sometimes disappointment with same dish. They have to work on it.

Terrible customer service and poor unhygienic facility, so make sure you do TAKEOUT ONLY. I promise you the food makes up for everything else - it is so tasty and flavourful! Make sure you have a lot of patience when dealing with them. Also, call and order in advance because they usually take about 45 mins to prepare the food.

Just went in to order and first thing I placed an order was for Chicken Baryani and then 2 silky Kabab with 4 naans, came home to found out the guy didn't even put baryani order, called and he then he says that he did not even hear me ask for chicken baryani. Asked if h3 could compensate becuz it was an error from his side and he rudely says that id have to come back and pay for it. Drove 20 kms home and was left to eat only naan and Kabab. Extremely unprofessional customers service. I would rather go to Karahi Boys and pay more to have my order placed right and not get into any issues.

Guy said his name was Ali so make sure you say it with loud and clear so that even the Chief hears your order.

The kabab place has very good quality food and therefore you do get your money's worth. However, the location's decor is the complete opposite of the food. In the end, whether you are looking to dine-in or get takeout, Patna kabab house is definitely worth a visit.

Dirty, sticky tables, washroom are after toooo many stairs in basement amd not clean.only nihari and paya are good. Even for water they charge.

The food is great, BUT, if you visit the bathrooms once you will never eat or step foot in this place again. It is beyond the worst bathroom you will ever see or smell- if it could get any worse, the prayer area is next to the bathroom and reeks as well.

THEY SERVE OLD FOOD. We ordered a Biryani for take out, when we were home I immediately noticed a bad smell after opening the box. Noticed the rice was clumping and hard at some parts.

I'm not good at most things but when it comes to rice you better believe I'm an expert, and I know 3 day old Biryani when I see/smell it.

My mom ate some on the way home (She has a terrible sense of smell and didn't notice) and, what a surprise, she has terrible stomach problems today!

It's Ramadan so they might have had a shortage, but I literally can't fathom serving food with such a noticeable smell and not expect anyone to notice. If they're fine with doing this who knows what other practices go on in the kitchen.

Just ate, these guys serve really less quantity the food wasn't tasty. Very pricey and do not recommend might as well go to Pariwar to get BETTER Food for BETTER Price.

STAY AWAY!

This place used to be good. I have been coming here for years. My last visit was a while back. I was in the area so decided to have a meal, bad bad decision. The food/grill was charred and tasteless the thing they called nan was more similar to a pita bread. To make things worse I have stomach cramps ever since eating here. Very disappointed.

How hard is it to maintain good hygiene and food quality? Apparently very difficult for them. I would have given them zero star.

Highly disappointed. Place was smelly and the food was okay. Order Nihari and Bihari kabab, but maybe because of smelly environment it was not tasting good. If you are true nihari lover, try somewhere else.

Been here many times. Have ordered almost every single item on their menu at one time or another. Mind you not everything on the menu is availble at each visit either.overall for desi meal it is one of the better flavoured meals in Scarborough. It does use alot of oil.but what desi restaurant doesnt. All time favourite recomendations will be Nihari. Behari Kebabs. Chicken Biryani. Shahjahani kebab curry. Would highly recommend. Sitting area is extremly casual nothing fancy. Dined in once.not the best experience. Now i stick to take out! Service is fast for a busy place.

All I can say the people who goes to Patna has no where else to go

I’ve heard a few people tell me its really good, I’ve tried it 3 times and i’ve always found it very poor food. Most recently, i ordered take out and received atleast 2-3 days old Biryani and raw meat in my shahjani kabab curry. Only good item was bihari kabab and not good nor bad was the nihari thats the only reason i gave them 2 stars.

We placed a catering order last minute (one day prior) and were accommodated despite the short notice. The food was great and any concerns that we had over quantity or food items were addressed promptly. Everybody loved the food and we had enough quantity that nothing besides the mango delight dessert (highly recommended, unfortunately it was for some reason in a smaller tray) ran out. Would definitely recommend.

Authentic Pakistani food. Ambience is far from a dine in prospective but food quality & taste is what takes you back repeatedly.

But a run down place. You have to go get. Your own food from the counter. Was somewhat of a turn off for me but the prices are reasonable and portion size are great.

We usually order kababs from this place and they taste really good. However, we ordered a biryani today and found a cockroach in it. I called the restaurant to complain and he wasn’t apologetic at front instead he sounded astonished and didn’t believe it. I clicked a picture to show him. Anyways, finally after all the conversation he asked to replace the food. It was embarrassing moment for us since we raved about his food and took it to friends house for a small get together. Unfortunately, food was wasted since no one ate. Finally, we asked for the refund and told him that we will complain to food inspection. So he apologized and agreed to refund. It’s not about the money instead customer satisfaction is the key for any successful restaurant. He could have said sorry initially which would have given me a sort of statisfaction and wouldn’t have asked for refund. Please improve your services and ensure to have a pest control.

Got catering done for 26 people. We ordered the Patna Package #1. The food (chicken karhai, chana masala, chicken biryani, nehari, seekh kebabs, behari chicken) was good and quantity was plentiful. Still have leftovers. The only disappointment were the dahi bhalle. Next time I’ll definitely opt for the papri chaat. Kheer was okay and fruit trifle was good also. Overall good experience. Would definitely recommend.

The food is great! Amazing kebabs and nihari. However the location is not very clean, especially the restrooms which are in terrible condition.

Take away a party pack of Chicken biryani and Kababs. Food was OK regular Silver spoon type food. Not a very pleasant place to eat. Quite Dirty. I wonder how the kitchen is?
