These guys are our neighbours on Harvester Road. We see them working around the clock day and night providing products to their customers. I’ve spoken to the owner many times and delighted to see an owner care so much about their business. Its family ran and they will go above and beyond for their future customers. We highly recommend these guys and we will be using all of their services in the future for events.

Communication was poor when problems occured on day of event. Difficult to reach anyone as phone not answered. Perhaps overextended bookings not good for customer service.

Last weekend we had a wedding at our 165 year old farm house in Westover Ontario. Pat party rentals installed the tent and supplied the tables and chairs. Their employees were helpful and friendly. Great job guys!

Pat's party rentals is providing other programs during this time. They gave a fair quote for pickup of items and took them to the dump. They came quickly and were very professional!

We recently used Pat's Party Rentals for our outdoor wedding. We rented chairs, linens, glassware and a bar. The customer service was amazing - we got quick responses to all inquiries and they were able to manage a lot of last minute changes on our end. We didn't have any issues with delivery or pick up and the delivery staff were great. The quality of the products were also amazing - everything was clean and in new condition. We will definitely use Pat's Party Rentals again if needed and would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I have used Pat’s Party Rentals in the past for wedding tents, chairs etc and the service is always wonderful with competitive pricing and quality items. I just rented one of their fabulous new birthday lawn signs last week for my son’s birthday and was happy with how it looked. I highly recommend Pat’s for all of your party rental needs.

Lots of supplies, the tables (& slip covers) we got looked great. Just perfectly set off the back yard. Staff are nice, and back entrance seemed well set up for phase 3 protocols.

Disappointed with the rental. They refunded me in full but it was still inconvenient in the end.

Rented white chairs from here, they weren’t so white when we got them. Which was a bit disappointing since they were for a wedding.

One of the worst companies that we dealt with for our wedding. Completely unprofessional. Had to call them 27 times (I'm not kidding you) before we got ahold of someone to make a change to our rental order for our wedding. Once we finally got ahold of them, we were told we would be charged for making a change "last minute", which only happened because they are unable to answer their phones like a proper company. Set up crew was very unprofessional. We also received about 40 place settings that were DIRTY that my mother in law had to clean the morning of our wedding. We emailed and called about receiving compensation of this and have not received any call or email back (of course). Took them way to long to come and pick up the things and did not inform us nor the location where we had our wedding that they were coming to pick them up. Overall, do not use this company ever. It'll only add to your stress before your wedding.
