This company does not pay workers on time and after they lay you off they take months on end to pay you your last pay check they are very shady and they are also rude and Force you to work even if you have COVID-19

We continue to return to Patterned Concrete for all our paving needs. We first used them over 20 years ago and now they returned to do a resurfacing. It looks brand new. They took the time to match the colour and fill in the few areas that needed some fixing. Great, friendly service by everyone we deal with.

I'm biased simply because I work for the brothers at Tri-Con, that being said Patterned is the original if you want cheap trash go to home depot, if you want high quality materials and workmanship look no further.

From start to end, Connie took care of all details and has never let me down. All in all, the experience was an amazing one; her team transformed the exterior of my home into the House of My Dreams. Not inexpensive - but it is well worth the money at the end of the day. I look forward to not shovelling snow ever again lol!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
We had our full driveway done along with some extra work in our backyard. The end result was spectacular. Our house has taken on a new refreshing look and has added tremendous value to our home. We had our new driveway heated and it’s just amazing that I no longer need my shovel. I look forward now for large snowfalls.
Joe was incredible to work with and he had great ideas for us.
I would definitely recommend Pattern Concrete to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend Connie and Joe along with the entire team at Patterned Concrete. They restored our original install from 2014 to look as good as new! I am very impressed and they have a customer for life.

It is my pleasure to write this review.
The quality of work done was top notch. The workers were conscientious about following the product specifications.
The most impressive element was the preparation. It was amazing of the amount of wooden framework that had to be constructed. Tons of wood. This had to be done before installing the glycol heating system, then pouring of the raw concrete and colouring.
The workmen were always courteous, respectful and professional. Their pride in their work was evident.
It was obvious that Joe’s and Connie’s knowledge and experience in all aspects of the project. They were closely involved from start to finish. Familiarity with building codes and dealing with City Hall facilitated a smooth and hassle free process.
There was a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project.
In closing, I am very pleased with the final product, and after 1 winter there are no cracks in the concrete. This past winter there was no need for any snow clearing activities. It all melted away. What a relief!

We had our porch rebuilt, our driveway, sides of house and backyard done by this company going on our second year now. I have also reviewed them on HomeStars. It is very simple.if you want the very best (oh yes there are so many companies out there these days promising the stars and the moon at a discount price) in pattern concrete work, call Connie! If you want A+ customer service start to finish, call Connie! If you never want to worry about the work done years later, call Connie! Do not count your pennies here, they are a bit costly but they are worth every single dollar spent. I have neighbours who come to stand in front of our home just to admire the amazing work that has been done. Each year, once winter is behind us Connie sends a team over to look at the concrete and ensure its integrity. If I have a question, she is on my speed dial and responds quickly and honestly. The owner, Joe, there are no words. He treated our home as if it were his own and came to do a private visit before a shovel even touched the ground. It was as if we were the only customers he had. Joe, Connie, you have in us customers for life.

Patterned concrete lived to its reputation of professionalism and quality by providing with uniques series to choose from. The origin series is what we got and was impressed by the variety of textures and patterns. We were provided with regular inspections under warranty and always a helpful staff working at pattern concrete.

Connie, Joe and Mathan were professional, honest and always answered our calls. It has been a year and a half since we had our patterned concrete patio and front and side walkways done. They're so beautiful!

My moms driveway, walkway, porch & steps was installed by Patterned Concrete “The Original”. It was installed 17 years ago, and remains in excellent condition.

Extremely rude salesperson when calling for a quote! Did not leave a good impression! Forget it!
