Working with Robert Russell from Paul Davis was a light in a dark and stressful situation. After the condo above us flooded into our unit, Rob made things as easy as possible. He was thorough, communicative and empathetic to our unfortunate situation. He always got back to us in a timely manner and advocated for us so we could move home faster.

Excellent service from start to finish. Some work was not up to par in the first instance, but this was not an issue and everything was put into excellent shape by the time it came to signing off the project. Specifically Rob was outstanding as project manager - explained the whole process at the outset, kept me updated as things went on, actioned any requests/feedback very timely, and was always available to answer any questions I had - he really put me at ease with everything and made all the difference.

We experienced a grease fire early December and my insurance company recommended that we use Paul Davis as our restoration contractor.

Arsalan Motamedi from Paul Davis promptly got in contact with me and has been amazing throughout this entire ordeal. He's prompt in answering any questions, he's always available, and it makes it easier that they deal directly with our insurance company as well! Him and his team have been phenomenal thus far.

The removal/clean up crew has been amazing as well, they do quick work and leave the house cleaner than when they arrived! (see the clean cut drywall photos!)

I am thrilled with the work done so far and really appreciate how easy it's been to communicate with Arsalan. I continue to look forward to working with Arsalan and the Paul Davis team to get my home back to how it was before. 10/10

Dealt with a flood in an apartment unit I manage. Called up the insurance for the unit, Aviva Canada, and ended up using their preferred vendor, Paul Davis Toronto.

I worked with the Project Manager, Huzaifa Abid, throughout the entire repair/restoration project and I couldn't have asked for a more responsive, kind, and honest PM.

He managed to schedule with starting the repair project ASAP, the moment Aviva provided approval to go forward with the project. It took longer for Aviva to review and send their approval (3 weeks) for funding than it took to complete the entire repair/restoration (1 week) of a ~1600 sq ft, 3 bdrm apartment unit where the entire laminate/carpet flooring and partial wall/baseboards were removed and had to be replaced.

I can never speak about the company as a whole because this is my first experience working with Paul Davis Toronto, but the impression Huzaifa left me is nothing short of professional.

When Robert Russell from Paul Davis arrived on my doorstep in October, I was surprised to see such a young Project Manager, but he completely exceeded my expectations. After a complete and thorough examination, he informed me of the terrible water damage. Water had leaked from the third floor bathroom and seeped through the walls down to the ceilings and walls on the two floors below.

In no time at all, he arranged for various work crews to tackle the various problems, including ensuring the walls and ceilings were completely dry before repairs could begin.

I was very impressed with the very professional and efficient way that Robert Russell handled every step of the recovery and restoration. He made many visits to examine and assess the results of whatever action/repair had taken place since his last visit. He has a very engaging personality and is always willing to listen to the homeowner’s queries. I highly recommend him.

PM from Paul Davis is NOT in professional manner. Paul Davis was assigned from my insurance company to repair my condo after a condo water flood. Julio from Paul Davis changed the repair process at tenant's request without giving me prior notice, and insist that he had no choice had to let tenant to move in the content. Actually, before that incident, I had reminded him couple of time that any repair to my unit should first consult with me not be carried out at the tenant's request. I find it really puzzling that despite having plenty of time to communicate with the tenant about her move and missing my alerts about the altered baseboard installation procedure.

I can't say enough good things about the professional crews at Paul Davis. Kelby Miles coordinated the restoration work on my house with kindness, excellent communication and on-time delivery. I had three different crews involved in the work. All were on-time, very courteous, skilled and so thoughtful. The end result of the work is excellent. I am so appreciative.

Excellent job sealing cracks in basement, replacing insulation. Very satisfied, would highly recommend. Thank you Paul Davis!
