We just buried our younger brother a couple weeks ago. As younger siblings with a very tight bond handling this type of thing is the most difficult and painful event we’ve encountered to date in our life time, and I wish it upon no one. In such a devastating time, we were blessed to have been given Nancy as our funeral director. She was sent to this world with the purpose to assist families parting with their loved ones in the most beautiful and dignified approach. Her incredible personality, kind and empathetic nature was a true blessing to us. We truly felt blessed. She was not pushy, and was incredibly knowledgeable and organized and did it all in a calm and nurturing voice and manner. We found during this process that death is not treated the same throughout the industry. It’s a true profit making event which most take advantage of and quite honestly was very disappointing to experience. Paul O’Connor at no time made us feel this way. Aside from Nancy who is an angel sent from god, the entire staff was incredible, kind, understanding, warm and helpful. I would hands down recommend this funeral hall if you are looking to lay your loved one to rest and send your loved one to god in the most dignified way.

We used Paul O’Connor Funeral Home for our father 30 years ago.
When our mum died this month we repeated and were again very pleased with everything.
They worked hard to make sure the day went smoothly and effortlessly for the whole family and guests.
Excellent service was provided by all.
We were treated like VIPs!

My husbands family have used their services twice in the past and this third service was not well done. I have arranged funerals for family at other places and this seemed so less professional. From asking for the final payment during the day of the funeral to not following through with my requests which were extremely simple (please removed the artificial arrangements in the room). They don’t have the same professionalism I have experienced at other funeral services.

The staff and helpfulness of the Paul O'Connor staff was top notch.

The only downside of the experience was they didn't allow outside food or drinks (exclusive 3rd party vendor). We ended up having to contend with inflated catering costs, limited menu options, and fulfillment of contractual obligations by the catering company. We were partially compensated by the Paul O'Connor team however so we appreciate their willingness to help resolve the issue.

The home is tastefully decorated, all the staff are friendly and inviting and treat you with dignity and respect. Steve went over and above our expectations and provided exceptional service as did the rest of the staff. Thank you for helping our family through this difficult time in our lives.
