When we decided to sell our home, we wanted things to move rather quickly as we have two young kids and not a lot of free time to do constant showings and open houses. Paul worked with us every step of the way to get our home sold within 2 weeks of it hitting the market and at the price we wanted. Right from the start, he was honest about what to expect in terms of sale price for our home and the entire selling process. He set up a time to meet us in person and gave us an in-depth overview of the current housing market, statistics, what he can do for us and so much more. He was always there to answer any questions we had, give us feedback and just be a voice of comfort during the stressful time of selling.

When it came to finding us our new home, Paul listened, took time to show us homes, gave us his honest opinion and feedback and made it very evident that he cared for our needs and wants, and not just making a sale.

Je n'ai rien à reprocher au client qui a désisté. Il l'a fait selon les conditions convenues. Ce que je reproche est le travail de votre agent qui a mis beaucoup de temps à m'envoyer par écrit la décision de son client et ce malgré mon insistance. Il a quasiment refusé de me l'envoyer disant que rendu à l'heure convenue l’offre était tombée! Et nous savons que légalement il est obligé de m'envoyer l'avis de termination signé par son client. En tout cas, malgré que je ne suis pas courtier ni représentant de vente, j'ai été plus professionnel que lui tout au long de la transaction. Ceci donne déjà un aperçu sur sa façon de travailler et de communiquer, ce qui rend mon avis utile pour quiconque qui serait tenté de travailler avec lui.
