A seamless and pleasant buying experience. The salesman was outstanding. He was professional and knew his product inside and out. New vehicles are expensive however I walked out of there feeling I got a great deal and was treated respectfully. Everything they said they would do was done within the specified time frame. Should anyone be interested in purchasing a new vehicle I highly recommend this dealership.

The service advisor was helpful. Our concern is the number of issues we are having with our 2021 GMC Acadia purchased at Paul Sadlon. Our shark fin became detached which seems odd for a new car and was an expensive fix, info centre electronic doesn’t work and needs replaced, and we already need a new muffler. Previously we had a part of the grill replaced as it rusted. These seem like far too many issues for a 2021 model. We are spending thousands to fix we won’t purchase from this location again or a GMC. When purchasing the sale agent agreed to a hitch but then after purchase we were told one from the agent that a GMC
Part was not available so they could get us an aftermarket hitch which we settled for as we were going on a trip the following week and it was needed. Again way to many issues for a 2021 model. Service advisor is friendly but more issues with car.

Over 3 hours to program a new fob for my truck when anywhere on the internet says less than an hour. Not good communication here when they originally told me 1.5 hours.

Consistent First Class service at Paul Sadlon motors - that is what I always get, even with a simple thing like an Oil Change.

No sales pressure from the salesperson. Very informative about the vehicle and very friendly.

Such friendly people got me back on the road so fast Kyla Milne is so lovely and knows her stuff!

I told the salesman the importance of having my snow tires back, (they were on the truck I traded in). In multiple attempts to get them back I was brushed under the rug. It was the salesman’s fault and he wouldn’t take responsibility. Absolute coward.

The people were friendly but got no answer or solution to my radio problem other to be patient and hope an update fixes it…. So now I got an annoying issue with no effort to even fix it … I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

Service was good but slow. 2 1/2 hrs for a tire change over already on rims. Still waiting on emission sensor so therefore check engine light is on, so automatic start doesn't work. This is a problem that cold weather is upon us. Otherwise the service was good, polite and curtios. Thank you Paul Sadlons staff!

I find the service at Paul Sadlon Motors the best experience for car work I have ever had. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to use there services.

My SA was very very nice and also I was impressed i was out within 2 hours instead of 2 and a half. My only complaint waiting room is very cold. Had to wear a coat and gloves.

Extremely expensive oil change, customers should be warned prior, oil is marked up 250%. Also oil finger prints on my window, steering wheel and windshield. Staff was friendly.

Great service, Matt Stone was excellent in delivering on all our asks. Fair prices and great service. Exceeded our expectations
