In 2015 I lost all my hair within a matter of months due to an autoimmune disorder. I was 24 years old. I had lost all of my self confidence. I never thought that I would need to wear wigs especially at such a young age. I came across Paula’s Wig Boutique after searching on Google. I made my consultation and have not looked back. Since then I have purchased 4 wigs from the Boutique. Believe me when I say you will not find another place that makes wigs quite like they do. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable; Danielle (the manager) is probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I would happily recommend Paula’s to anyone suffering from hair loss or who simply wants to enter the world of wig wearing. I will be going here for years to come. So thankful I’ve found this place and grateful for there outstanding products and service.

Paula's Wig Boutique made my first-time wig purchase far less embarrassing than I anticipated. The staff was incredibly sensitive to privacy concerns, creating a comfortable and discreet shopping environment. I recently bought a hairpiece at Paula’s. I was nervous about the whole experience but the staff were very helpful and patient in helping me pick out the right hairpiece for me. Roya the colourist and Ginta the hair stylist are great at what they do! They guide you along, so that you achieve the look you want. Very thankful that I made the decision to shop here. Throughout the whole process I was guided by Danielle who was patient and understanding of how overwhelming the decision to buy a hairpiece can be. Thanks again to all the staff!

Lovely experience from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Daniella who was very helpful in helping me to choose a wig and explaining the process. Roya, the colourist, did such a fantastic job - the colour is excellent, just as I’d hoped. And finally, upon pickup, Genta cut and styled it for me exactly as I wanted. Daniella once again patiently helped me learn how to wear it. My friends and family can’t believe it’s a wig! I can’t say enough how amazing everyone was, including the owner Paula. They are scammers. I ordered a wig in February and was told I would receive it in one to two weeks and it’s now August and I still don’t have the wig I ordered. I ordered a curly wig in blonde. I was wearing a blonde wig and she insisted the color was standard and I would have no problem getting the curly wig in that color. I paid 5000.00 usd. I did not buy a cheap wig. I get the first wig. Omg it was not the same wig I saw in the showroom. It was too small and the color was a orangey blonde. Leah (owner) explains there was a problem but no worries- return the wig and we will take care of the problem. Second wig, another disaster- this one was shorter in the back and long in front. The front was wavey but not curly like the back and the color again was not what I ordered. I sent her pictures to compare the two wigs, so she can clearly see it’s not even close to the color of my wig. I don’t even remember her excuses but she insisted that I would get my wig for my niece’s shower. The third wig delivered is awful. It’s over processed. The color is not even all over. The root is dark and the blonde has red undertones. Not what I ordered. What does Leah do next? She leaves the chat and refuses to call me back. She’s let’s Daniella answer and she offers me a repair? I paid 5000 for a curly wig and you are not offering me anything to fix my problem. It’s hard enough having to deal with hair loss but to deal with people who don’t care enough to call me back or come to some agreement. I really can’t afford to lose 5000.00. I brought the wig to several places to see if they could fix the color and not one person thinks they can fix it. I begged them to give me another wig and I would find someone to dye it or give me a straight wig and some money back because a straight wig is not 5000.00. They refuse to talk to me. I should have checked their reviews. Please do not pay unless you see the wig. Leah was so kind and never expected her to screw me over. I actually thought because we were both Canadian and she had three locations that they would never do something like this. I’m dealing with health issues and I didn’t need this too. I have cried, begged and pleaded with them and I get dead silence on the other end. So now I will seek legal help and will try my best to warn everyone about them. I’m hoping ctv news or global gets back to me soon. If they can do it to someone with health issues they can do it to anyone.

I had the pleasure of visiting Paula’s wig boutique this week as a return customer! I didn’t even think of going anywhere else because they’re literally the greatest! …What you’re buying is the best on the market! I don’t have hair loss I just have fine hair that’s thinned out as I’ve gotten older so love the option to wear beautiful thicker hair! The staff are very professional, friendly and above all are the best in their craft! From the initial appointment with super sweet manager Danielle to the ready product I felt heard and understood in what I was looking for. Roya’s an amazing master colourist she created perfection! Genta has decades of experience as a professional stylist and did the most beautiful job cutting and styling along with Enkelejola!
Paula herself is lovely and runs a fabulous boutique with a few additional locations in the US! I learned very quickly you get what you pay for and I’m just so happy I found this place! I definitely will look forward to adding more to my collection!

This is a very special place. I recently started Chemo and everyone here made me feel so empowered and excited about the wig process that it turned it into an experience of joy. Roya took time to perfect the colour - and provided me with such an incredibly natural look. So realistic and nuanced. A lovely warm lady! Gentjana expertly cut and styled my own hair, as well as the wig. She was superbly kind and supportive. My family and friends are totally blown away by the results that are both so true to me as well as impossible to spot. Trust the process - they are truly exceptional in their field.
