Paul's was the best solution after many quotes and ideas to address a leaking, wet cold storage room. Their work from the inside meant discovering not only did the (concrete) porch leak from the top but the cinderblocks were retaining water thus seeping into the room. This also meant that no utilities coming into the house; nor landscape or foundation would be dispruted from an outside excavation.
Their timeline and clean up was spot on.

Paul's Basement is a family owned and run business located not far from us. All of our interactions with them were highly professional and very responsive. The person who evaluated our crawlspace and made the estimate was able to describe the address they recommended in detail and fully answer our questions. The team members that came to do the installation were polite, responsive, and seemed to be working happily as a team. The results were excellent, and based on our neighbour's experience from a few years ago, we would expect their measures to perform well over time. Paul's was not the lowest bid we received, but we were very concerned that badly applied or substandard materials would result in problems over time and Paul's performance more than confirmed our decision to go with their company. You pay for what they do, but in return you get a first-class job from people who are clearly invested in their work.

The three workers were amazing. They had to dig through 8 feet of clay. They were professional in their work They were patient as we had an engineer here as well. They cleaned up and fulfilled their work well. Would certainly have them come again if needed.

I've had two different homes that both needed basement waterproofing in the past several years. One in Windsor and one in Essex. These guys are the absolute BEST in customer service, efficiency and quality. Delta membranes, new weeping tiles, sump pumps. They explain everything before and after, and answer emails promptly. They arrive on time, work on time and finish when they say they will. And so friendly - even to my dogs. Our current home in Essex has over 100 year old poured concrete and they handled it like a piece of cake. Thank you to all you guys for another great job. Love the warranty too!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated by Paul's they were on time and finished the work one day head. Andrew and his crew were very polite and friendly. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to other ones we got. We can feel the difference in the house it's not drafty and the floors are warmer and very satisfied customer. I am extremely satisfied with Paul and his crew! I had the entire perimeter of my home waterproofed with putting in a proper sump pump system. They were extremely professional as they put plastic up to prevent dust going into the rest of my home along with covering my belongings in the basement. They also called me with updateds throughout the day as I was at work. They were quick and efficient with a very reasonable price! If anyone is looking for any waterproofing to be done I would and will be highly recommending Paul's Basement Waterproofing!

Paul was great. He gave a reasonable estimate and explained the process. I had a fruit cellar that had issues with mold over time. The smell from this began to perimate my home. We could not use our finished basement. And we had a back corner that leaked when we had a big rain event. All fixed now. No more mold smell or leaks
