Worst business owner ever, they would yell at you if you’re just browsing, I would choose any other shop over this one! Not recommended!

One of the best dog food stores in Toronto. The staff are great. The products are excellent and the prices are better than any pet store I have been to. Now my go to for all of my giant breed pup!

THE STAFF JUST AGREE WITH EVERYTHING JUST TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU.

IF U NEED TO USE THE STORE DO IT BUT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL PRIORITIZE TAKING YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU OR YOUR PET.

For November 2023 I stopped going to the store. I told cashier I was short on money and I was going to use my card to check because was not so sure of the amount I had. The card was short and the machine took the money.

As they are a little family store they have old and bad equipment and the machine only sends the money back to the bank every week.

So my dog is with no food because of 20 cents, I need to way a week for the money BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PREPARE TO DEAL WITH NORMAL CUSTOMER and a cashier or owner that doesn't listen and just want to take your money and get you out of the store.

I used to bring me dog there for grooming but I stopped due to terrible customer service, as you can see from the owner's responses to the customer's reviews. The store is nice, full of great products and variety, but the owner's rudeness is too much for me.

I always come here for dog food and to pick out a treat for my dog. Today he really wanted to go inside even though it was closed. I find the prices reasonable and I like the loyalty program for bags of kibble.

Nice store, good selection of high quality foods and products. Friendly staff, if you enter an establishment with respect for its staff the respect will be returned I found many of the reviews here bewildering. Great local shopping destination for your pet needs.

Today I attended the store and saw a note on door saying "Orijen can food buy one and get one free". I proceeded to the cash but was told the promotion only applied to certain types. After charging me for all 4 cans, they claimed the machine was broken and won't do a refund only store credit.
To avoid unnecessary waiting for other customers, I agreed for store credit but only to realize that one can was actually EXPIRED!

I take my dog here for grooming. I don't go elsewhere. I'm satisfied with their service and they don't charge too much.

The customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality of dog grooming is decent to be fair, but the way they talk to people and their customer service is unacceptable. I called to ask (2 weeks earlier) to come half an hour earlier but the Lorain on the phone was extremely rude and cancelled my appointment. I could not believe and called again another person pick up the phone and was in the same level of unprofessionalism. So I do not recommend their services since they are very unprofessional and rude.

Great store to find anything you need for your pets. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

The gentle man at the desk was friendly. Waited patiently as I took a tour of the store. Thank you.

Staff is very friendly, prices are good. Always have my dogs raw food & kibble. Close to my house. Love family owned businesses.
