Pawsitively Clean Dogs Inc

My wife booked an appointment for Today at 9am back in April as it was the only available time THEY had free! Imagine my surprise when while waiting at their door and calling a second time that I got a message that they were closed from May 20 to June 7 for maintenance! No sign on the door stating that and of course no phone call from them to rebook! Needless to say I will be calling on June 8 to voice my disappointment. I also will never bring my dog back nor refer anyone to this joke of a firm!

This place charged me $90 for a small dog’s grooming that costs $60 everywhere else. They butchered his cut and made him look like a rat with big uneven paws. They left him filled with cut fur that went all over my newborn baby and my car. On top of all that, they did not wash him. He smells very bad and he has a lot of dirt/mud still stuck on his fur. I went back and asked them to brush or vacuum his cut fur off, they took him in for a few seconds and brought him back the same way. This was the worst dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place at all.

Staff is very friendly and they do such an amazing job! They've taken care of our Yorkie a few times now and are always amazing!

We did the full grooming package for our bernedoodle and they did an amazing job! He has white paws and chest and it gets really dirty and they were able to get it back to full white:)
