Payless Toronto Airport Parking

Was my first time using Payless and I was really impressed! I parked for 10 days and the price was exactly as they quoted me. After I parked my vehicle, the shuttle driver pulled up next to us and waited to take us to the airport.

Upon our return, I called the pick up line and was given amazing service. The shuttle van arrived within minutes to pick us up and promptly drove us right to my car. My car was covered in snow and the amazing driver said "if your car doesn't start, please give us a call and we have a booster to help you. "

For 10 days of parking, courteous shuttle service and going the extra mile for my mom and I, the $80 I paid was the best value! I will use Payless from now on.

Used them for the first time. Great pricing. Friendly staff in the pay area and driver. Took almost half hour for pickup. I would recommend calling for pickup when you pass custom. Parking lot has potholes that will swallow any lowered vehicles. Drive slow through the lot. Its muddy lot, so make sure you get your luggage straight to your vehicle instead of onto the ground.

Great prices and friendly staff. We arrived at Toronto Pearson soon after midnight and called the shuttle. The shuttle arrived a few minutes later and the driver was super nice and friendly. I will use them again.

The most convenient way to get to airport and back home especially for vacation. Weekly rate is great. They just need to pave the lot!

Only have 1 driver so we gotta wait 30+ minutes just for a shuttle. What kind of company only has 1 driver!? ! Next time I’ll use Park n Fly

When I called more than half hr later to ask for status of airport pickup the guy says - its payless you get less.

Upon arriving at parking lot l realized this was a mistake
Man eating pot holes in the entire parking lot
Van that drove me to airport was filthy
Upon my return l watched many other companies picking up clients as l waited for 15 mins
I had to flag driver down as he flew past me at the designated post
Unaware he was to pick me up even though l spoke to him earlier
When we got to lot he could not find my vehicle
It took 20 mins and he was complaining the whole time
When we finally found the car he took my luggage out and placed it in a muddy lot and did not place in my trunk
My luggage and carry on were covered in mud
Never again!

We have used many times their service. Unfortunately recently it looks like there is only one person in charge for everything. You have to wait almost 30 min to be picked at the airport. On the way back the driver has to answer the phone calls promising for pick up everywhere and rushing to pick up customers from their parking to the airport. Not only long waiting times to be picked up but unsafe that any accident might happen because they are in super rush all the time. Not happy at all with this company. They want to make more money by not having at least 2 drivers in one shift.

Very disapointed while waiting the driver for 30 minutes. I called them once I got the luggage, and no body pick up the call, I kept calling for around 2-3 times and the driver finally answered my call. As I waited at No. 15 as he told me around 15 minutes, he never showed up.called again and I asked how long I shall wait and he said 20 minutes, before I asked why this took so long while I already wait 15 minutes, he just end my call, very rude and did not even wait until I finish my question. I am very surprised and disappointed for waiting a shuttle bus like this.definitely not recommend this company.

It is ok value but this place has some bad staff. I will Give you guys a hint; have someone answer the phone that has some level of customer service. After a 6 hour flight and frustrating airport nonsense the last thing people want is to speak with someone rude when calling for a pickup to reach your vehicle.

Used other provider many times, this time decided to try PayLessAirportParking.
On the way back called them first time no answer, second call 10min later the driver answered the call saying on the way to pick us up. Overall over 25 min waiting outside with 3 little kids coming from the Caribbean, likely only -4. While waiting 6 buses of a major competitive passed, 2 buses of another competitor, and 1 more 3rd provider. All went except PayLess.
At the arrival my kids could barely go to the back seats, very narrow passage. And now the driver decided to take a major hwy on the way back to the parking lot, normal route is under 3km distance. No car seats, no boosters, one thing is driving within the area taking local roads vs hwy, it had seat belts thankfully.it might saved I minute but not worth it.
The parking lot has lots of potholes, so if you’re driving an expensive car it’s not the place to go.
Same driver was very helpful with paying at the machine and letting us out of the property.
Next morning I’ve got a surprise in my tire, see picture attached, now need to buy a new tire since it is irreparable. Damage is $450 plus tax.
Next time we’ll use other major provider in the area again.

I’ve used Payless parking twice, once in April and just recently a few days ago. I had great experiences both times. Great prices, very convenient, nice employees.
We left our car at the lot for 8 days in November when we got back the car didn’t start. A woman employee (I didn’t get her name) came to the car right away with a device to try and jump our car. After many tries she called another employee (Dave) over to help. They worked on our car for 20mins while we sat in their warm van. After nothing worked they didn’t give up Dave called someone from AAA and they came and got our car to start! We didn’t have to pay anything! Never experienced such great customer service!

This was my first time using this Parking service, my sister, mom and I were headed to Cuba for 6 days. Our flight was leaving at 6am so we needed a hotel and a place to park.
We arrived at the parking lot around 6: 15pm. We were greeted by a friendly woman shuttle driver who assisted us in getting in and locating a spot. She even drove the shuttle right to the parking spot so I wouldn't miss it.
She then assisted us in transferring our bags to the shuttle bus. We weren't sure if she'd drop us off at our Hotel or not but she did no questions asked. We made it to the hotel and she helped us again and then she wrote on a card our parking location and the number to call when we got back plus which pillars at the airport to be at when they picked us up.
Our return went smoothly, our driver was there very promptly within 10mins. He drove us right to our car and assisted with unloading our luggage. Payment was easy as they have a machine to take care of it. One of the other employees gave me a hand with it.
I'm very pleased with the staff there, job well done! It came to $63.

I been traveling for many years and have tested and tried the different parking services at the airport and each one of them have some issue whether pricing or the efficiency of the shuttle service. I once almost missed my flight when the Fly & Park shuttle just wouldn't show up at 5AM and I decided to leave for another location, but only after paying for couple of hours parking to have the gate open, after which I vowed never to use them again. The Skypark parking is expensive and their shuttle service is also moody, one day is efficient and another day it is lousy. I once had to wait for 20 minutes sitting in my car idling in the cold winter to finally see the driver emerge out of the portable office. I kept switching from one parking to another hoping to find a good one, until I stumbled over Payless parking by accident since I was not aware that they took over the previous Skyway Parking lot, and thank God for that. By far this is the best parking service at the airport, hands down. The price and the prompt efficient driver service is just incredible and unmatched by any other parking. I tried them twice so far and they have been great. They are my number 1 parking service at the moment.

I used this parking lot a few times before and was in general satisfied with their services except one episode of very rude staff, which I never reported (but that’s a different story).
This time I have purchased a Groupon for 5 days stay and was only supposed to pay any applicable taxes upon checking out. Instead, I ended up paying for one additional day. In reality, my car was parked less than 5 days and I have all the receipt with time and date of check in and out, which I emailed to the customer service of the parking lot. They never gave me a clear answer of how that happened, nor refunded me. Instead, they said that the policy is that “rates can change without notice. ” But what is the point of paying for Groupon if rates can change anytime?
However, I was also told by their customer service that I overstayed by 4 hours, and my overall stay was 5 days and 4 hours, which isn't true. They also told me that if they were charging me full price, I would have ended up paying even more. So it sounded like they were doing me a favour.
I am very disappointed with this company and will never use their services again.

Waited over an hour for pick up at airport. As we waited we counted 7 Parknfly shuttles go by as we waited for our one shuttle. The the scanner was not functioning at exit gate and would not open and there was no one at the office to help. Finally a driver came and let us exit through bus gate. Completely under staffed. This is the last thing you want after a long international flight. Will never use them again.

We just picked up our car now June 24th at 10: 45pm. We called for our pickup from terminal 1 post E3 and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. After half an hour we called back and they said 3 more minutes.we ended up waiting over 40 minutes to be brought back to our car! Another couple had waited 45 minutes! We complained at the office and they basically blew us off, charged us full price and sent us on our way. We have been parking here since last year and we will never park here again. We got to watch 6 park n fly busses, 3 skypark and 1 ez park shuttle pick up people at the post so we know where to park from now on!

Great experience! Shuttle drivers very courteous and friendly. No wait time and car was safe. Will definitely use Payless again! Amazing service.

The other companies have shuttle buses available every 10-15 minutes, this one will make you wait for at least 45 minutes as you have to call them when you arrive at the airport. "Payless and wait more"!

This was a terrible experience for me. I was quoted $121 at time of booking but ended up paying $164! At the time of return! I was charged about $35 for Fuel Charges! I certainly will not use their service. Sounds more like a scam.

Let me start off with great prices, friendly staffs, and great service.

I ended up parking here for 3 days, Payless Parking offers a shuttle bus straight to the airport and picking up was also easy as well. Before you departure you get a paper with the number to call and which exit doors to meet, when you pick up the baggage is when you should call. I believe it’s the cheapest company so far.

I had no issues and it made my transportation a lot easier for me.

Not worth it! They charge you $62 dollars. No attendant at the parking lot. On the website says weekly special $40 but you still pay $62 and can't change it.

I left for vacation on march 1st and fortunately found one of the last parking spots available, and drop off to the airport was quick. On return on March 10th we called for pikup at 5: 30pm and van was onsite within 5 mins. There as even someone waiting at kiosk to assist with payment.
Only reason i did not give 5 stars was the parking lot very bumpy with potholes everywhere, and some very deep that could damage your tires

Great service. Use this parking facility 4 times a year & have never had a problem. Never a wait & very polite.

Had a great experience. We used parknfly last year and were very disappointed with the wait time for a shuttle (over 1 hour) when we arrived home. This year we tried Payless - the lot was easy to maneuvre and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle on either end. Would recommend and will use again.

The place is gated so your vehicle is protected, but the service is not as good as it could be. When you leave the airport you need to call in and then wait about 20 minutes for them to arrive. They do not have continuing shuttles. Other locations do, but I think their prices are higher. Also the pay to leave machine did not work and I needed to wait for assistance, about 5 minutes.

Use this service is you are flying out of Toronto and you need to park. I have used park n fly plenty of times and it's terrible compared to Payless. It cost me about 30$ for three days with no discount which is amazing. As soon as I arrived in the lot a shuttle picked me up. The shuttles are large vans and they're very comfortable. The drivers are incredibly friendly and help you load your luggage and even help you step off the bus. When I arrived at Toronto after my trip I called the number they gave me and a van was there in less then ten minutes. In the way back to the lot the driver let us know the status of our vehicles (i.e. Not snow covered but some ice on the ground so be careful). The employees of this lot seem to truly care. Overall by far the most painless experience I have had at an airport lot. The one thing I would note is that the lot has quite a few pot holes but the positives far outweigh this one small negative.
