Absolutely phenomenal! Had an issue with liquid damage on my PC causing graphics card to fail; called 3 other places who all told me it would be 3-4 business days for them to look at it + a $50 diagnostic fee plus whatever else was needed. Called here and they saw me same-day with a free diagnostic, then also managed to repair my issue with only a small cleaning fee rather than me needing to buy a new GPU as I had expected.

Will definitely use PC Werx for all my future PC needs.

I had a problem where my power would not charge. Ryan discovered a short in my power cord and quickly got me a new one. Plus he checked out my laptop, cleaned it of "half a cat". Lol. He repasted some loose parts as well. This was all done very quickly. Great service, great timing Would recommend PCWerx for all your computer needs.

The tech was very helpful and professional. My tower was picked up, I got free diagnostics, it was repaired quickly & efficiently then dropped off. The cost was good and going through my files I found wonderful, irreplaceable family photos. I highly recommend PC WERX and will use them again.

Outstanding customer service and excellent results. Canada Computers offers 7 days and 50 bucks for diagnosis. At PC werks, the turn over for my PC diagnosed, totally repaired and back in my home was 3 days. Kudos to Ryan and Logan.
