I did a lot of research and decided to buy the 2024 KTM 390 Duke. I contacted a few dealerships and asked them to notify me when the new model would be available. I purchased the Duke a few weeks ago from Peak Powersports and took it home yesterday. I have not heard a word from the other dealerships? Right from the start the experience at PP was great. Kyle returned my initial call immediately and gave me an approximate price. I gave them a deposit and Kyle promised me I would get the first bike they got in the spring. To my surprise, Kyle called me two days before the Christmas holiday and told me my bike was in! When I arrived to see it the staff were incredibly friendly. I was given coffee right away, and being Christmas, also got to share in the sweets on offer. When Kyle brought me out back to see the bike there was no rush and the mechanic came over and went over the bike with me. I was interested in looking at the blue model but the blue one was still in the crate. With no problem at all a few of the staff removed enough of the packing material for me to look at the other colour. When I picked the bike up yesterday, it was the same deal. Everyone seemed as excited as I was. The accessories I ordered were on the bike. Before loading the bike into my van, I was given a complete run down on the bike with not a hint of a rush. I left the dealership feeling good about the whole experience. I already knew the bike would be great but I now knew the dealership, and Kyle in particular, were great as well!

Hello everyone. Right away I'm going to say I am absolutely thrilled with the service I was provided at Peak Powersports. Employee named Cam took care of everything for me, tracking down the parts I had requested as well as finding comparable parts in the same price range. I was told my parts would arrive with 2 to 3 weeks. 4 days go by and I get a call from Cam. All my products are in the invoice is ready and everything will be waiting for me at the counter. Absolutely fantastic. I can say with all honesty that I will be using them as my only go-too for my parts. Thanks again guys. Cam. God Bless.

I brought my slingshot there on a Friday morning to fix a serious problem with shifting and other maintenance. Got a call that it was ready for pickup the next day. As I was ready to leave, the same problem was back under a different code. They took the bike in immediately and fix it. After paying for the maintenance, the same thing happened but this time a 2 hours fix. I don't know how many people they put on it, but 45 minutes later it was fix and running good. I left the next day for my trip east. 4500 kms later not a itch. You want good customer service and dedication to a job well done, you will find it here, garantie.

I bought a used bike here and they said all oils are FRESHLY CHANGED. However, this (Pic1) is the engine oil condition after 800km riding since they “changed” oil.
Just for comparison, Pic2 is my other bike’s oil colour after 800km with new changed oil. (Did oil change elsewhere)

Just be careful.

Taylor was great when I bought my new bike and Anthony followed up and did everything he said he would do when we were trying to track down a part I needed

People are very warm and welcoming here. Front desk lady offerred us coffee and water. We were helped by Taylor for bike purchase. He is very knowledgeable and easygoing. He answered all our questions and made our decision easy. Very impressed with Taylor and highly recommend him and peak powersports if you are looking for a wonderful purchase experience.

Very welcoming environment at Peak Powersports Oakville. The staff are knowledgeable, very kind, and have remarkable communication. Also, it was a pleasure walking the showroom as it was very clean and organized. Huge shoutout to Taylor and Luc for being super patient with walking me through the process of buying my first bike! Zero regrets buying my bike from Peak Powersports. I highly recommend them!

Best place to goto for your motorcycle parts. The level is service given here is unbeatable. Everyone there is always helpful and inviting.

I can't say enough about Peak Powersports. After entering we were offered coffee or tea, the receptionist was courteous, but not overbearing and allowed us time to check things out. She said if we needed assistance to let her know and left us to browse. I had a number of questions which were answered to my satisfaction so overall a very positive experience.

We just had our two Polaris Sportsman Trail ATV in fir their first service. All I can say is if your looking to buy a recreational machine look no further than Peak Performance. There staff treat you like family. Best service and advice anywhere. Great service, salesmen and overall great place to deal with. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Fantastic experience from every member of staff, I recently bought a KTM 890 Adventure. Blair from sales was great, had a answer for any questions I had.

Service department is fast and efficient and the price is on par with industry average. Rode my bike to Nova Scotia and back and it didn't skip a beat, when it's time to get another KTM I'll be coming back.

Very friendly staff. Small accident with my bike. Fixed it up, looks like new, even detailed. Thanks to Steve for fighting with the darn insurance company and the guys in the shop for their work! Will always bring my bike here even though I’m from Essex! 5 stars from me

I would like to thank service department and specially Ryan for a help. My bike broke down in the beginning of a 4 day trip to US in the group of 15 bikes (me only on Indian). Despite been crazy busy they found time to take the bike in and fixed it in a no time so I managed to catch up with the group and enjoy the shores of Lake Huron.

I am sorry to say that I was let down by the service department. The sales staff were on point and I purchased a new challenger. I had also purchased a victory years earlier.
I brought the bike back after 200km complaining of a miss fire. Nothing was done was told it may be bad gas or a computer glitch. I called ahead at the 500km service to say that I was taking the bike to central America that week and I needed to have the miss fixed. They charged me for the oil change and did nothing to address the missfire issue.
They sent me off with a very unsafe ride.
Had bad issues on the highway unable to merge because of engine failure.

Called Shreveport (texas) indian they rushed me in went through the bike to see what was wrong.broken spark plug and loose battery terminals. They fixed the bike in less than an hour. They were disgusted that a tech would let a brand new bike go out like that.
It pays to find good service. I will be getting my service in kitchener now.

I was looking for a specific accessory back rest for my new Indian Super Chief Limited. It is only available through dealers and has very limited stock in North America. I found one in-stock at Peak when dealing with their parts expert, Rick. I’m located about 240 miles from their shop so he was able to confirm it was available, took my payment over the phone, arrange reasonably priced shipping and have it in my hand in under 24 hours! Rick and Peak both deserve accolades for that kind of service. Made me feel like a valued customer so I’ll call them first for future needs. Highly recommend them.

I bought my first bike at peak, Gary and Teresa and the team made it really easy, they even delivered my bike to my shop, it was spotless and the deliver driver gave me an orientation on the bike on the spot.

I've used them for service and purchased all of my gear there. They stand behind their product and when I had a small issue with my helmet they corrected it in the same visit to get me back on the road and took care of the warranty after the fact.

I was fully expecting to have to wait for parts and warranty from the manufacturer but I was in and out in under an hour. They know my name, they know their product and they text you for service and parts updates.

They get it, they ride.that makes a difference.

Every time I pop in is an amazing experience in customer service, they really could not do any more to satisfy customers. From Sales to service my every experience has been 5 stars across the board.

I've ordered parts here on 5 different occasions.ever time they messed up and ordered the wrong part. Broke my primary clutch because they ordered the wrong puller, now I'm out $700. I Do not recommend ordering anything from this place unless you want to waste your time and money.

These guys are fantastic. Had to get some service on my atv and from the first phone call they were on the ball. Ryan in service took great care of things, lots of communication and so on. When I visited the showroom to settle up - wow, if you are a power sports enthusiast go check them out, tons of merchandise, clean (covid ready) environment and friendly people who know their stuff. I know where I am going for my next purchase!

Everytime i go there just to buy a few parts for my Polaris Ranger its great customer service. When i am ready to make a vehicle purchase to replace this unit i will be dropping in.

I purchased my very first motorbike at this location and couldn’t be happier, Mike Magee and service team were patient enough with me and all my first-time buyer questions and answered them all to my satisfaction (even after the purchase). Bike was a second hand however, it was inspected properly, cleaned and delivered in a great shape. Great store and customer service, highly recommend.

We went to this dealership since during the pandemic they had some inventory of atvs still left, we went to other dealerships but their service was not as good as peak power sports, the people here are friendly and welcoming, Teresa was very helpful and we ended up buying a 2020 sportsman 850 touring

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I was hoping to close a deal with Gary but his attitude is unacceptable for me. Poor knowledge on the bike.
I asked simple question: why this bike is $1000 more.answer was:
we are here to make money.are you shopping around? A salesman in a reputable dealership shouldn't answer like that. I tough that he will give me technical details why the bike is $1000 more expensive then the other dealers. Management should address this.
We want to spend money not to deal with arrogant people.

My first stop for service on my tour of the USA. I always wanted to check out the falls, so coming here was just convenient for me.

Coming back to get work done from the midwest states won't be convenient, but I'll do it whenever I can. They were great getting me in while on the road and their sales, parts and tech staff were tremendous. The owner and tech even heard about my trip and made a point to come out, meet me and shake my hand.

Kudos on the complimentary wash. No places in the states offers that service where I have been.

I had been doing my research and looking for a Polaris Slingshot SLR for a few weeks. “Supply and Demand” really became evident with this model. Not only could I NOT seem to find one in my own “backyard”, I was having difficulty locating one in Ontario. Though the dealer closest to me seemed to try…it just didn’t pan out. I began chatting and having e-mail discussions with Gary (owner…I found this out later) from Peak Powersports in Oakville. Unlike others, Gary kept the line of communication flowing and kept me up-to-date with his search results…on my behalf. My wife suggested we go for a drive on a Saturday morning and ended up in Barrie. We figured we would visit Peak Powersport’s Barrie location as my wife had not seen or sat in a Polaris Slingshot yet. As soon as we walked in the door and we were greeted by Nathan (President…I found this out later) and struct up a conversation. I was ABSOLUTELY amazed that Nathan not only knew who I was but knew exactly what I was looking for within a minute of talking. He said “Gary has been looking all over for a Slingshot for you” and he went on to list off my wants and needs as communicated to him by Gary. It was just by fluke that my wife suggested we go for a drive and that Barrie’s Peak Powersports location was having a “Ride Day” so Gary was there. Nathan introduced us to Gary and only then did we learn that Gary and Nathan were the owners of Peak Powersports’ two locations. AND…the way it was brought into the conversation was that, they, as owners, were focused on customer service rather than their position within the company…incredibly noble on their part. The guys had a 2018 Polaris Slingshot SLR demo on sight that was mint. Through negotiations between us, Gary, and Nathan, we were able to strike a deal that was favourable to all.
Not only did Gary and Nathan make us feel welcome…so did the Service Manager George. While we were working our way through the process, I was introduced to George. During my conversation with George it was reinforced that this is a “Top-Notch” outfit and we came to the right place. Note to Nathan and Gary…keep this Guy…George is not only a true professional…he represents your company with pride. “High-Five” to you George.
Four days later we had our Polaris Slingshot SLR delivered to our “garage door” by Nathan. Nathan went over the machine and then went over all the paperwork/documentations at our kitchen table with a very friendly and non-business demeanour. It was like we were dealing “with a friend”.
Enter two others from “Peak Powersports” who deserve mention…Lawrie (General Manager) …I believe the spelling is correct.my apologies if not. However, her intuition and “sense of knowing” is unmatched. She was soooo welcoming AND must have known somehow that this deal was bound to happen as she wanted to take pictures of my wife and I in the Slingshot from the get-go. Once the deal was done…those pictures did happen…thank you!

Unfortunately, most do not know or understand the “behind the scenes” administrative work that has to ensue pre, while, and after a sale has been completed. I, for one do…. In closing, Peak Powersports (Oakville or Barrie) are THE places to do business. Every level of customer service was exceeded. They ABSOLUTELY “ROCK”!

Professional, friendly.if you call ahead, they will hold your product for you to pick up. It will be the right product. Very clean showroom and bikes.

Bought a victory judge bike, really nice staff recommend to all u they got great bike and the best staff what more can I say go check it out

Bought a 2018 chieftain dark horse. Had a great experience. Everyone is extremely friendly really make you feel like family. They go over and above to help you out at the dealership. My bike purchase was very smooth. Getting bike serviced there is nice as well. Sales people still come over and chat when they are not with a customer makes u feel good to know they are not just friendly to get you to purchase a bike and then dump you after the sale is done.

If I had to make one complaint it would have to be the dealership is a little bit of a drive/ride for me to get to.
