I came to this business to drop off my clothes, it is 10: 30am and no one is here. It says it opens at 10: 00 am. Walked all the way, waited over 20 min and had to return.

Best place to trust your expensive clothing: had a $200 plus hoodie with a bad stain that wouldn’t go out with anything, took it to Pearl and magic happened! I will always recommend this place!

The padding was torn, so I sent it in for repairs, and I'm really grateful that they did it without a trace. They're really kind and I think I'll use them often in the future!

I can't express enough how skillful they are, and I am wearing my jeans that they can revive with patching, and it feels like brand new.

I have a sweater in cream that had a huge wine stain on it. Was going to donated it but cleanser did a great job! Strong recommend it. I believe most of the dry cleanser would do the same job but Pearl provides the best service that I never had before. I also have a shirt designed to be wrinkled and she actually called me and asked the situation!

The lady working here is so nice and made sure my jacket was cleaned to perfection! It's a difficult fabric and I've had a bad experience with it get cleaned before but not here!

Dropped off a shirt for dry cleaning as well as a pair of pants for an alteration. Asked to put a rush on the shirt but take as much time as needed for the pants. When I went to pick up the shirt 2 days later I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my pants were ready as well. Great service.

I was very happy with my alterations and the customer service! I had a pair of wide-legged pants that were too big for me (too long and too wide at the waist). I tried to mend them myself but ended up somewhat butchering one of my favourite pants. I took the pants to Pearl Cleaners, explained my situation, and the owner was able to fix them at a fair price. I knew it would be a tough job but she did an excellent job - the alterations and the fixes to my haphazard sewing were undetectable. Definitely recommend!

My satin tank top was oil-stained pretty bad and when I washed it never goes away, so I brought it to this dry cleaner. The owner is Korean lady, she is very kind and always so nice to me. The price is very reasonable as well. Highly Recommend this place!

I entrusted a black wool coat absolutely SMOTHERED in cat hair that hadn't seen the light in several years, but it came back absolutely spotless! There was no sign of cat hair and the coat looked absolutely pristine. I audibly gasped when the kind lady showed me the coat when I went to pick it up because it looked completely brand new! The service was amazing and the quality of the cleaning was top notch. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a cleaners/alterations place! I can now buy black clothing again without worrying about cat hair build up because I know I have a trustworthy place to entrust them for cleaning after! (' v ') d

Highly recommend Pearl Dry Cleaners. The owner is so friendly and kind! She cleaned my Canada Goose jacket for twice and made it looks a new one! She also helped me sewing my sweater which has a huge whole. I wasn’t expecting to make it repaired but she tried her best to fix it and using the almost same colored thread to match it. Great family run business. I have brought pants and shirts here for alterations and they were well done with a lot of care. The lady is very friendly to the point where she may be a little overly polite. Prices are already more than fair and when I tried to pay cash she rounded down while I tried to insist and paying the full amount!

The elder lady doesn't know much alteration and is very mean. We discussed and agreed about how to perform the alteration on my brand new Monaco wind coat. But when I picked it up, found she did the alteration different way, the reason she gave was: it was too hard to do it the way we discussed earlier, thus she made her own mind to do it different way. When I tried to argue with her, the elder lady physically pushed me outside and said: never come back something like that. Out of respect to her age, I left half amount money. But I was surprised someone like her could stay in business! Of course I never wore that coat any more.

It's a very professional clothing repair shop run by a kind and friendly owner. The finishing of repairing is satisfactory. The cost also reasonable.

I brought my Lulu Lemon jacket (got torn on the back) and my baby's snow suit (had a huge torn) to this store. I had so many alteration services in the past so I did not expect much. I jusy wanted her to fix both clothes. However she did an AMAZING job! My boy's snow suit looked like a brand new one and mine also got fixed well. Hands down, they are top notch alterations and services.

Their store is clean, bright and she has very friendly and professional approach to her customers.

The owner of this shop is amazing and a VERY sweet lady. She went out of her way to do an alteration, initially made a quote that was too low, but still stuck with it! You can tell she is very caring and good at her job. I would definitely recommend coming here! She did a fantastic job on my golf shirt and hemmed 3 jeans for a very reasonable price.

An excellent service! I live an hour away from this cleaner, and as they are able to repair and alter my clothes including frayed Canada Goose sleeves/cuffs, I always go back to them for all kinds of alternations and cleaning services. Their prices are reasonable. Also, the owners are very genuine and amazing!

I've been going to this dry cleaner since it opened up in the Emerald (and even prior, when it was located in the Sheppard Centre).

They always do a great job with cleaning my shirts and pants, and have very reasonable prices and fast turn-around times.

I also use their repair/altering services, and they are are always sure to get the job done right.

There are other dry cleaners closer to my home, but I choose to come here because of the long-time quality work, the reasonable prices, and the very friendly service I always receive there.

I went in on Tuesday with a men's jacket that needed the main zipper replaced. They quoted me $40 plus tax. After shopping the neighbourhood and being quote $50 - $60 at other places, I was pretty content with Pearl's quote and decided to go with it. The lady at Pearl mentioned that since it was a leather jacket, $40 for this service was a great price I was getting. I mention to her it was not really leather (faux leather, made in China). She gave me the slip/receipt for $40 plus tax and said, "See you Saturday! "
I got a text on Friday: "It will be $80 plus taxes because it's leather. " I replied with: "You quoted me $40 plus tax. I can't do $80. " I didn't hear back.
Today Saturday, I pass by to pick up the jacket, and with such disappointment, see that it's still hanging on a rack, which I suppose it's the 'Not Done' rack. The guy working there walks around 'looking for it. ' I see it on the rack and say, "I think it's right here. " He takes it off the rack and looks at it; he tries to unzip it and the zipper comes apart. Then he says, "I don't think it was fixed. Wait for the lady, she'll be back soon. " SERIOUSLY? ! It wasn't even worked on? No reply to text. I was just left with nothing after so many days! So disappointed! So unprofessional! This is not real leather, my god! You think they'd know the difference instead of trying to milk me for money! Will never be back. Thanks for nothing at all, Pearl.

All positive reviews are fake and submitted by family and friends. Im not one to ever write a review, i hate when people are petty because im a business owner myself.

The lady is extremely unethical AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Was making racist remarks to her husband about an africian customer. She also lost my item and blamed it on me? As well starting throwing pins and sewing equipment at the wall and at other peoples items.

HER DEBIT MACHINE is fraud! Please please please DO NOT PAY DEBIT.the machine steals your personal information and then gets frauded!

To neighbours and friends, i have been in the area for about 18 yrs and have never came across should a rude human. THEY WILL RUIN UR EXPENSIVE CLOTHS. Do not support this place!
