For years I have gone to Pearle Vision. They really work with you to find the best fit. And recently, I had an emergency glasses issue and they got me in right away. Huge thanks to Debbie, Ginny and Diane. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Will always be using this place

Stopped in today to pick out new glasses, and the store was very busy. Customer service was still stellar. Lindsay was very helpful and professional throughout the purchasing process. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses in the near future!

I have been going to this Pearle Vision location in Huntsville for 20+ years and, without a shadow of a doubt, I find the staff to be extremely honest & competent. Their discounts, specials & insurance program are second to NONE! Needless to say, I will continue going to this store throughout my future days!

New store location is great and the showroom is very modern. Staff on the other hand were rude. (Aug. 15,2023). We were told that they were busy with other customers but that they would be with us as soon as they were done.perfectly understandable and acceptable.however more customers started filing in as those initial two were finished and were taken care of ahead of us. It's as if we weren't even there. We were never really given the time of day. Customers should be helped on a first come, first served basis, and not by where it says they work on their shirt, or how much money they appear to have. Very disappointed and won't be back.

It is so comforting to visit a store that is so inviting. Thank you to the team in Huntsville who have now relocated into a great location for your continued fun environment.

I found staff very helpful and pleasant. No hard push to spend more just details on different options. I got to make up my own mind and would recommend them to anyone that I know.

My son broke his only pair of glasses just before we went away on vacation. My husband reached out to Deb during her personal time to see if she had any suggestions for us. She got back to him immediately, offering her assistance. She got another colleague involved from the Orillia store, who drove a new pair of glasses up to Huntsville for us. Deb met with us on her OWN time in a public space (store is currently closed, as they changed locations), and brought tools with her to change out our sons lenses!
Deb went above and beyond to help us out! My son would have suffered from a headache all week, had she not have done what she did. We can't thank her enough for helping us out of a jam. Deb is always kind, welcoming, professional, helpful and very easy to deal with. We would 100% recommend this business, based on her alone!

Dr. Cheung was very thorough and explained every result in detail. Thank you for making my visit a comfortable one. I highly recommend!

I was back and forth trying to choose the “right” frames for me. Debbie was just wonderful…. The patience she had was amazing. Honestly, I have never been treated so wonderfully…ever. - I hope Debbie is recognized for her above and beyond work! Can’t wait to pick up my glasses!

Excellent customer service! Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was running out of my contact lenses prior to my eye exam so they supplied me with contacts to get me thru until my appointment! Free! Now that's service! And they made me feel cared about

Arriving from Mississauga, my wife discovered a tiny screw had been lost and she could not use her reading glasses. Very stressful. The lady at Pearle was very pleasant and replaced the screw. Just after we left, my wife decided she needed a pair of sunglasses. Back we went, got them, and everybody is happy.

I am always treated well here. The team knows what they are doing and make helpful suggestions.

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. It has a great hometown feel with a great selection.

When you walk in the store the staff are so welcoming. I told Diane the story. My glasses were run over by a car. How soon could you have a new pair delivered. My new glasses were delivered in 5 days!

As a long time cottager 38 + years, to 2018 full time resident the transition was a dream come true, until C-19 was enforced on us. Our country came to a screeching halt, and have been creating ways and means to continue to serve the community. Arrival phone call, Service was immediate, pleasant clean. A token donation for the small repair.
