I came into pearlevision to get my glasses (which i purchased online) fitted since they were too loose for my face. Yusuf approached me right away in a very friendly manner and proceeded to help me fit the ear and nose pieces even though I did not purchase the glasses from the store. I was turned away from other stores because i did not purchase the glasses from then and was willing to pay for the service but Yusuf did not charge me for his time. What great customer service at this location! Will definitely return when I need a new pair of glasses!

I went to Pearle vision for my yearly prescription glasses. They have a good variety of brands and offers available and they directly bill multiple insurance providers. I also did my eye exam and it was done on a short notice. A special shout out to Navjot for being patient and super helpful while I searched for a perfect frame.

I had a great experience there. I went in a random day to have an eye exam and had a great conversation with Dr. Shekari, to understand everything I needed to take care. After the exam, I had a superb experience with Yan to choose my new frames and measurements for the perfect new glasses. Thank you for this great experience.

I went to Pearle vision and Yusuf assisted my elderly Mom in choosing the right eyeglass frame. Yusuf was friendly and patient in assisting my Mom. He made the process easy and she settled on one that she liked. Yusuf further explained the different lense tints, transition lenses etc. I would definitely recommend going to this location, which has a good selection of higher and lower price points. Yusuf is excellent and I highly recommend!

The eye exam was very good, probably the most thorough and well explained I have ever had. My frames fit very well but had an odd difference in the color with one eye being very dark and the other side very light (manufacturer's defect). Thank you to Yusuf for arranging to correct this & Raman for her help with adjusting the new frames. Now my glasses look as good as they make my eyes feel. Thank you!

Poor experience. Lack of explanation from the provider. Prescribed a medication without proper explanation of the benefits. Did not even write a prescription. Only photos of the expensive eyedrops they want me to purchase from their clinic. Can’t stress this enough but patient education and teaching is very important.

I had an amazing experience on my visit, the staff was very friendly and professional. My advisor Yusuf was very patient with me when selecting my glasses and helped me to select the best frames that was suitable for me.

The location is perfect! Dr. Zhang helped me with my eye exam and she is very professional. Yan helped me to choose the lenses and frame. She is very acknowledgeable of the different selections of lenses and frames, telling me what kind of frame will better suit my daily situation. I am really happy about my glasses! 100% recommended.

I received the BEST quality of care from this Pearle Vision location. There were two people who helped me on three different visits. Their names are Sara and Qudama.they did not rush me or pressure me. They were gentle and thorough and very very kind. I will definitely go back to Pearle Vision for my next pair of glasses.

Excellent choice for purchasing prescription eyeglasses!

My wife and I were shopping for new frames and lenses in Square One. After visiting a few other shops, we noticed Pearle Vision and decided to take a look.

From the moment we walked in, we were given a warm greeting and invited to search there wide selection of frames. At all times, we were given time and space to explore, yet could always find a sales person to assist with any questions.

After trying too many frames to list, we narrowed our selection to a few pieces each. Again, the sales people were so helpful in guiding us to the advantages and disadvantages of all the frames we were interested in. One sales person in particular, Simmi, was just superb. Always patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made the entire process a pleasure. From choosing our frames, then the best lenses for our needs, to placing our orders, everything went smoothly.
And to top it all off, we each received a second complete pair of frames and lenses absolutely free.
I highly recommend this particular store. They have a great selection of frames, highly knowledgeable and attentive staff in an easy to get to location.

I had been to this store earlier for my daughter and this time, for myself. They have a good collection of frames and various lens options to choose from. Both the time Maryam took care of us and she is exceptional. She patiently waited while we were going through the frames and helped us find the perfect fit for us. The optometrist was excellent too, very patient as I repeatedly tried to figure out if one or two was better. Other staff was also friendly and helpful, didn't make me feel rushed or pressurized to buy any mask or eye-drops. Will surely recommend this store to everyone.

Got my new glasses from Yan 2 weeks ago and the experience was amazing. Yan was super patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to pick a good frame for me and explained everything clearly. I like my new glasses and will recommend Yan to my friends ️
