Great customer service here! Greeted warmly and professionally and was well taken care of by Ryan today! I have been coming to this location for almost 30 years (since I was a teen!) and never have I been disappointed.

It was wonderful meeting Carole today. She was very helpful, accommodating and honest with her recommendation. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I'm newly back in Peterborough and now feel that I am back in my community.

Eye exam went smoothly, will definitely return for future checkups. After the exam, Jeff was wonderful while helping me order new glasses, helping me take full advantage of their 2 for 1 sale! Highly recommend.

Dr. Rawana and his team were very friendly and explained every test step by step so I felt comfortable and understood what was happening. I was nervous going in due to family health issues and the whole team consistently reassured me and walked through each step telling me the positives.

After my exam I met Theresa who gave me many options for lenses and went over what we thought were best and decided to go with the first frames picked. As this was a first time getting glasses she went over the frame types, different lenses, and the deals available.

I went in nervous and anxious about the health of my eyes and left happy knowing I was taken care of.

Selection of frames and brands is large and pretty fairly priced to what you find other places for same brands.
They stand behind what they sell and are helpful if something goes wrong with your frames.
I also find the extended coverage worth it for the price if something happens (it has for me).
