I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Pearle Vision at the Seaway Mall. Constance, Gillian and Simran were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They helped me choose the glasses that looked and fit me the best. I will definitely go back next time I need glasses, and I will recommend this location and these amazing ladies to friends and family!

As someone with 40 plus years of glasses who still manages to loathe the new glasses experience, I ended up here as the only place open on a Saturday - in the moment that I just couldn't keep my scratched up lenses for one minute longer. Constance greeted me warmly, despite my warning that I would be polite and friendly, but I hated it all Iol She was patient, honest, and most of all understanding. I left in a far better mood than I came in. Today I picked up my glasses and experienced an equally lovely human, Simran, still in good spirits even as the day drew to the end. Her attention to detail and kind words meant a lot - I didn't feel rushed and was encouraged to reach out with any issue. Overall a wonderful experience.

This was our first experience with Pearle Vision (Welland) and it was honestly the BEST customer service anyone could ask for!

We dealt strictly with Constance who went above and beyond from the minute my husband and I stepped foot in the door.

Constance listened and answered our questions and advised all options I had for my new prescription glasses. She explained in detail the GREAT offers and promotions Pearle Vision had so that I could decide what was best for my purchase. Constance helped pick out frames to try on and was honest at advising how each set of frames looked on me specifically, so that I could find the perfect ones! (and I tried on quite a variety!)
She made it the most pleasurable visit!

Constance then gave us her availability the next few days so that my son could visit her for his purchase as well. His visit was just as positive and he also felt like Constance went above and beyond.

Helpful friendly staff. First time purchasing prescription Eyewear. Large selection. Prices as quoted and 30 day trial period was great as I did change my mind. 'Exchange' process was easy and quick. Overall a great experience. I mainly dealt with Gillian, bit all staff were great.

Best experience ever, it’s not the first time we had glasses made. We know the drill and it can get quite stressful especially in covid times with all the new rules and regulations. The sales representatives at pearl vision made our experience the best one yet. I have found glasses every time I have ever visited Pearle Vision. They have a huge selection. The staff are amazing. So helpful and they make you feel so comfortable. Purchasing glasses can be very stressful but they really help to ease that stress.

This was the best experience I have ever had after many years of wearing glasses. The store had more than enough choices of frames. Gillian helped me narrow down the selection and was so patient when I tried lots of options. She helped with suggestions about what would suit my face and what colours would look best. The prices were much better than what I have paid in the past, so I am extremely pleased. Just wish I had gone there before. Will be from now on. I will definitely book my eye appointments with this Pearle vision very professional and pleasant. Went there today because I was getting headaches from my glasses being way too tight. I did not buy the glasses there, I told the woman I will give her whatever to fix the glasses please just fix them. The woman fix them and at no charge, they feel great️Thanks very much Shelley.

I had a pair of ray bans that had lost a len's that had fallen out. So I went in here to ask for them how much it would be to fix them. The staff fixed the shape of my shades and put the len's in at no cost! I never even bought them here. That is out standing service. I will be over in the next few weeks to get a new pairs since I have broke them, since they helped me out. 10 stars for outstanding customer service! Hope those ray ban's i have been eyeing for the last year are still there! ROCK ON FROM THE ROCK ONS!

I used to be very happy with this company for many years. But at my last order, I was waiting for my glasses for too long. I decided, that I will not recommend them to my friends. It was my wrong decision. The delay appears to be not so dramatic. I have my glasses and I like them. The Pearle Vision have a good choice of the stylish frames and high quality lenses at a very competitive price. Their staff are the high professional specialists. I believe, that not too many local companies can compete with them on the market.

I had not purchased a new set of glasses in about twelve years but needed a new set and happened by the Welland Pearle Vision store in the local mall and wandered in.

The first employee I ran into took one look at my glasses and asked if I would mind his examining them after which he replaced a couple of parts, cleaned them and handed them back.no charge. Fantastic.

Then I asked him if he could help me get a new set of glasses.service before sales.and I like that when I am looking for something.

I was impressed with him, his fellow employees and his approaches business.

He facilitated an eye exam and then provided me with the best set of glasses I have ever owned after carefully listening to what I wanted is the way of frame weight, look etc.

Watching hi def movies and enjoying them, as well and my ability to read books etc.best in years.

When I need a new set of glasses I will go back. No question. A customer for life.
