The hall was so nice. I like the chandeliers. They are huge and elegant. The hall was so big with many doors and a possibility to separate it with partitions.

Nive place. I went there for Garba night. It was very crowded and there was no AC inside the hall so everyone was suffocating.

Next salon noise was distracting the salon we were in, they need to make it sound proof

Service was so so
I asked lady at the bar for a drink then 2 of my friends asked me to order for them same thing too, I simply asked her 2 more, she gave very bad attitude and said next time say 3

Jury duty selection. Dismissed after covid
test symptoms present. Deferred to a future session. Lousy preparation. 200 people in line outside building. Freezing cold.

Wonderful venue. Definitely a beautiful place to hold conferences or weddings. Clean and organized facility.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to you all for making our event so spectacular.
Silvana is kind, knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable. I could not have asked for a better Sales Manager to be in contact with during a Global Pandemic. I initially reached out to Silvana in early 2019, and after endless emails, phone calls and in person visits, we were finally able to have our dream reception in October 2021.
Finding a wedding date that took into account our religious and auspicious timings, me and my husband's very busy schedules as heath care providers, along with the rapidly changing Covid-19 guidelines; was very difficult to say the least. Throughout the years, we changed our wedding dates and plans more than 10 times. Although this was a frustrating process for everyone, each and every interaction with Silvana was pleasant and comforting. No matter how many times we contacted her, she responded gracefully and respectfully.   She was very organized and with her many years of experience, always guided us to make the best decisions and to take into account many things we would never have anticipated without her expertise.   As healthcare providers, my husband and I were very determined to ensure that we hosted an event where everyone's safety was our main concern. Pearson Convention Centre did an amazing job ensuring that Ministry guidelines were enforced. Staff were diligent in ensuring that all guests were double vaccinated and asymptomatic. Our guests were grouped into families and seated at tables that were spaced 6 feet apart, while being served their sit down dinners. For the midnight sweet table, Pearson had enough staff present to make sure that everyone was served and that no one touched the same utensils. Sanitizer was accessible on every table and almost every corner of the hall and masks were also supplied.  The food tasted amazing and the presentation was exceptional. We customized our menu with the chef to meet all of the varied dietary restrictions of our guests.and each meal even surpassed our already high expectations!
The signature drinks were presented beautifully and exactly as promised. I had so many of our guests call me after the event to inform me how beautifully done the event went and how great the cleanliness and staff were at Pearson.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to plan an exquisite event, without any of the stress. I wish I could relive this event over and over.

Was there at a wedding recently and wasn't impressed. The staff was not professional. Didn't let us finish our main course because they wanted to move on to the desserts.

Got married at Pearson and the price was very fair, service was delightful and the food was delicious. They considered our exact needs and they were able to accommodate what we wanted. Their team was phenomenal and I'll certainly use them again.

We haven't yet held our event, but I wanted to leave a review to note that Fernando has been absolutely fantastic to deal with on our booking given the current COVID-19 situation. He's been incredibly responsive and understanding. We're looking forward to holding our reception here next summer!

We had a conference here. Clean facilities with nice service from the staff. Plenty of parking. The catered meals were also very good

Was part of a wedding party here and they are just wonderful. Attentive staff, and a great catering director who worked with me pertaining to my allergies. And Fernando is just a Gem!

Almost every month I attend a local Real Estate meeting here.
Parking is easy.
Washrooms are plenty and clean and stocked.
The event centre is large with plenty of seating. Water and glasses always on each table. The sound equipment makes the speakers easy to hear!

I recommend this as an event centre!

Good venue for expos, exhibitions, conventions. Was there for a job fair which was well publicized but wrongly targeted.ample parking. Near to airport.

That was celebrated the Christmas party of Magna Plastcoat where my sister Estrella and I currently working.

Very Bad Service specially at the Bar, Food Tastes like Junk. Attended 2 weddings, Bar Tenders were So Rude. Never Seen Bad Service like this Before.

We had our wedding reception here on July 27,2019 and if I had to sum up our experience with Pearson Convention Center into one word it would be AMAZING. Literally amazing in every aspect. My wedding party was one to remember because of the exceptional service we had from beginning to end. HUGE shutout to Sergio who made sure I got everything I dreamed of for my wedding. Every single person at my wedding is still talking about how good the food was- and it truly was amazing food. The waiters and waitresses were ALLL extremely friendly and approachable. The service was so professional and quick. Everything moved sooo smoothly on the day of and that's a huge shoutout to my floor manager George (I am sorry if that is not his name as I have forgotten). I am telling you I have never met this man before and the first thing he says to me on my wedding day is "I want this to be the best day of your life and I want you to continue smiling by the end of the night. I will treat this wedding as if it was my own daughter's wedding". That was the best thing I've ever heard and will never forget him! If you are planning on having your wedding here, please do NOT second think about it. DO IT! The best hall ever. My daughter had her University grad ceremony here. Beautiful venue. Kind of in middle of nowhere. Typical convention center.

I was there for a trade show/conference. Lunch buffet was A1. Staff was courteous, attentive and quick to serve.

I go to this location for regular seminars held by an association. The space is great and has sufficient parking. The location however isn't very convenient as it is located seemingly in the middle of no where and the closest highway is the 407 which has tolls.

Great convention center to host your events or wedding. Great decor and plenty of space for events hosting lots of people.

This Banquet Hall is first class, my hat goes off to the owners and the entire staff.

It was our second time and we were happier this time as the quality of arrangements were great as ever and food, i ate twice the normal quantity i eat.this is an exellent venue for functions

Several friends and I got sick after eating the food here at our friends wedding on 07/26/19. Makes me wonder about the overall heath and safety standards.

Overall it's a good facility, very open good sunlight from Windows, good entrances and exits. Nice decor. My only improvement is perhaps that there shouldn't be female employees cleaning the male's bathroom while men are in there using it.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Fernando to plan our wonderful wedding reception that happened on Saturday, February 16,2019. From the very first email I knew I would be looked after. Fernando's years of experience and expertise was definitely showcased as the big day approached. He definitely delivered on his promises and more. His team during the reception treated us like royalty. Nabil, our head waiter, was amazing along with his fellow waiters. He kept us fed and quenched the whole night making sure we ate and drank when we were sitting. They even set up an exquisite midnight buffet, just thinking about it makes me hungry. I would do it all again, and wouldn't have changed a thing especially if it was with the wonderful team at Pearson Convention Center.

Average service. Parking lot was not up to the standerd for winter outdoor parking. Well kept washrooms

Went there in 2018 for a Lexus brunch.
I've also been here a few other times for weddings and other events.
The food was really good, cooked really well, and served hot. They even had a jazz band playing.

Nice place to host all kinds of events. Adequate parking and a very good hotel beside it. Well maintained facility I must commend the hygiene standard of this place.

We have our annual Xmas party at this hall. It was beautiful, food variety is good. Servers are consistently checking all tables; refilling water, clearing tables during dinner, etc. Washrooms are very clean. Overall a great experience.
