Worst hotel ever the service is the worst I call them to reserve a room and they told me it was 140$ and when I went there they try to charge me 210$ just for a couple hours I went there straight from the airport I got lied too and then when it was time to clock out this old man didn’t wanna give me the secured deposit just because his employer made a mistake and treat us really bad screaming at us like if it was our mistake

This was the nastiest hotel we've stayed in. The rooms looked as though they were never cleaned - candy wrappers everywhere, stained sheets, hair in the shower and all the dressers, general odour in the rooms (yes rooms. We had to change rooms 2 different times). When asking for a discount, the manager laughed in our face and told us we were welcome to check out and find another place. Charged us $250 for an extra night, while it was 209$ on the website.

Sink leaked, no fan in the bathroom that had a window you can see in from the bed.

Customer service sucked. The rooms sucked. Save yourself the $ and go anywhere else.the streets are probably cleaner.

Staff are wonderful but rooms need improvement. Broken toilet seat and TV was not working during our stay.
Mostly wheelchair accessible but the breakfast area is not. There are multiple stairs to get up to that area and no elevator to it.

This hotel has the rudest, most aggressive, racist and misogynistic man working at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was rude and didn’t want to help me. Don’t ever visit this place. Rooms have no phones, no toilet paper.

Booked a room a month in advance, turns out they charged the card on file the day before. The card had no money cause it was gonna have money the day we were supposed to check in.

Turns out if you don’t have enough, they wont email or call you; They’ll just cancel your whole reservation and want you to pay an extra amount for a “last minute booking” even though it was already booked ahead of time.

Will never try this location again

Very bad experience interacted with this hotel. I booked from booking but cancelled cause flight changed time, called them 2 days in advance to ask if I can get partial refund. A very rude Indian guy picked up the phone call with super bad attitude, refused and told me no one can help me with it, without any explanation. How come customer service could be as bad as this

I was shocked when I was charged $15/per child (my 2 children, age 13 and 15).
Hotel manager said they were considered adults since they are over the age of 12! Absolutely ridiculous!
He refused to refund me when I, multiple times, showed him that the price is identical for 2 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children.
Her proceeded to call Expedia, they hung up on him. He then told me, "well. I am still not giving you the money back".
I will never use this hotel again.

The general Manager needs remedial courses in hospitality, I saw him dealing with a Customer and he seemed arrogant and unreasonable in his responses.he was confrontational. It made me not want to come here again.

Don't waste your time or money here! I stayed here for one night with my partner and we had to call the front desk and ask them to turn the breaker on for our AC/Heating unit and it was shut off again hours later. We didn't have hot water, and the emergency exit closest to us on our floor was jammed or locked. Additionally, when these issues were brought to the manager on duty, he did not respond professionally and never gave
an apology. He accused us of "Just wanting a discount, " which would have been lovely considering we were provided with less than the bare minimum.

In the booking confirmation email, it said there would be a shuttle available. When we called the hotel from the airport, they bluntly said they have no shuttle which was to our surprise. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and upon arrival, we notice a "No shuttle available sign". The lack of communication was absolutely astounding. The communication was disrespectful and unprofessional and we left never wanting to go back. Put your money elsewhere as this hotel is NOT safe and not worth $200/night.

If i could rate this place a ZERO I would! Dirty rooms, found 3 roaches in the washroom i called staff in to show them but it didnt concern them. They refused to issue a refund when i asked to leave! Customer service is just as terrible as their hotel!

Worst customer service. Sam (Manager) don't even have basic etiquettes about how to talk to a customer or serve them. I called him about my booking atleast 4 times and he was very rude and said I can't deal with you and he cut the call on my face.

Wifi didn’t work past the 1st floor, extremely inconvenient for an international traveler with no cell service. Bed sheets had a stain on them. Shuttle service to airport was not available even though it’s advertised when booking. Will not be staying here again.

My lovely wife Pat and I were astounded at how peaceful our room was. Could not hear any traffic nor any of the many planes flying overhead into Pearson's Airport.
Thoroughly enjoyed our sleep.
The washroom was impeccably clean as was the rest of our room. Curtains kept out the external lights. We both slept like babies.
We stayed here to drop off our daughter at the airport. Her flight around midnight and Pat and I did not want to drive home after.
Asked the front desk attendant what a taxi might cost for the 11km trip to the airport and he let us know it should be around $15-$17. Imagine our surprise when the taxi driver let us know it was $25 for the 3 of us. Neither of us noticed him setting his meter. We both figure this was a madeup number and he could quite possibly ripping off the taxi company. Once we dropped off our daughter we hailed another taxi. Even more incredibly the trip for the 2 of us was $35.00. We informed the gentleman at the front desk of the cost and he was shocked.
Breakfast buffet was included with the room and was decent.
Only thing missing was a bath mat. But we got around that by using the hand towels.

I stayed here August 17th to 18th 2022 one night as my flight in was very late I arrived to the hotel at almost mid night. They charge me 235 cad for the night with 100cad deposit but charge my card over 500cad.a force sale of 235cad and a auth only of 335cad.what rubbish! And the money has not been return to my card and the silly agent (a man) tried to tell me that that how it’s done. I have stayed at 2 other properties on my trip to Canada and they did not do that. I have been a reception manager for over 9years and been traveling to overseas hotels and never had this experience. The agent had no form of patience to explain to me why the transaction was done like that. I am still waiting for my money to return to my card. And oh he told me it would be return in the morning also another scam! Because he didn’t want to explain and wouldn’t be there in the morning. Met an agent named Angela in the morning who explain its not so and gave me a copy of the bill. Overall horrible experience for just a one night stay. Fire that guy that was working on the right counter the night of August 17 2022. Poor customer service

Stayed here for 1 night. Room wasn’t properly cleaned: garbage the floor, old takeout food in the fridge, hair on toilet seat. We asked to get it cleaned and they immediately sent a maid up. The customer service was good. Once the room was cleaned it was very comfortable and it’s probably the best economical deal in Toronto.

We left at exact checkout time and by mistake we just left our personal pillow. Their front desk person called me after 7 hours of my check out and told me that he will not refund me my damage deposit because we left some bags in their room.we did not did anything intentionally it’s just a mistake and very rudely he was talking at phone.that person fo not have any customer service skill. It’s their mistake they clean room after 7 hours and putting blaim on guest

Comfortable beds and welcoming staff. TV turned down so low, we couldn't hear it. Took 3 requests to get extra pillows. Only one wash cloth for 2 people in the room and night staff was a tad abrupt when I asked for change for the vending machine since the ATM was out of service.

I wish I just slept at the airport. This was the only hotel not sold out landing at Pearson at 2am. I did not feel safe here and preferred to sleep in the clothes I traveled in all day. Here are my discoveries as time passed:
Old TVs in the hallway, beds look previously slept in, sheets are dirty - one bed had a red stain on the fitted sheet, hair on the pillow, greasy surfaces, small curley hairs on the bath mat, shampoo bottle previously used, dirt streaks on the wall in the shower, both bath towels dirty - one with some red stains

They cancelled our booking. We rebooked a room with the hotel directly through the phone. When we got there there was no reservation and the confirmation number they gave us over the phone was a confirmation for someone else’s booking. They completely screwed us over for the event we were supposed to go too. Staff was very rude to us and unprofessional.save yourself the headache and book elsewhere… not worth the price.

We really wanted to enjoy our stay but that wasnt the case. We haven't received our deposit yet its been a week. They charged us $200 more than what we had booked it for. When we made our reservation we booked for a king size bed. We got a room with 2 queen size bed. My husband had to sleep in one and myself and our toddler in another (we usually keep him in the middle so he doesn't fall out the bed.) They said that they had to cancel our reservations but we could change the next day but it never happened. They never replaced out toliet paper. (Had to use baby wipes) the hallways carpet where dirty from the remodeling. And Wiffi wasnt reliable at all. Safe your money and go somewhere else.

The front desk guy was rude and not wearing a mask but I had to. The rooms are old and smell that way to. I had a strong smelling deodorizer with an air freshener which is a bad sign. Theres a window with a blind in the shower incase you want to see the rest of the room or your guests while your in there. The shuttle is not free its $15 so false advertising on their part. The sheets were dirty and had a few hairs in it so glad I brought my own pillowcase. The floor needs to be vacuumed crumbs all over. The only plus is it's close to the airport so if you like a dirty place this is it.

The A/C barely works, was much cooler outside. The walls are paper thin. Groupon advertises that they have free airport transportation. The person on duty implied they manage or owned the place insisted he doesn't advertise on Groupon and hasn't had free shuttles since Covid, wanted to charge an additional $15 (refused to accommodate). The staff when we checked in "booked" our shuttle ride and all with no mention of a fee or no service. Could have gotten a much nicer hotel for the same price, wouldn't come back.

I hope this review will serve as a warning to other potential visitors.

My boyfriend was staying here for a work trip and left out his recently new charger and 6ft cord that I purchased for his birthday three months prior. When he realized it was missing he asked the front hostess who returned the cord only which was not the original expensive 6ft cord but a 10ft cheap replacement that failed to work. No compensation or apology was even offered by the hotel for stealing two items from him.

Please keep your electronics safe and hidden away if you plan on spending a night here.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

On the positive side; the shuttle service fairly prompt but the rooms were another story. We asked for towels and light bulbs, to which we received neither. So the service was horrible.

A little modernization needed.helpful front desk staff. Having the ability to leave my car at the hotel for the week and being shuttled to and from the airport was an excellent bonus though you do pay for it. It is worked into the cost of your hotel rental.

I would give them minus ten if I could. This is one of the most shocking places I've stayed in. The shuttle does not run at night from Pearson Airport so we had to take a taxi and pay $28. The reception is a complete joke with only one person doing a really bad job handling the check ins. He even gave me the wrong type of room to prove the point I'm making now. The rooms are below average and not clean at all. I wouldn't even recommend this place for pet. Avoid at all costs!

I would give it zero stars if I could! We arrived to the hotel st 9pm after a 5 hour flight with a 2 year old. I was sent to my first room to find it dirty, the second room I was sent to was dirty as well, the third room looked like the beds may have been made but I wasn't sure so I told them I wanted another room. Finally the 4th room was cleaned. My parent's room had made beds however when covers were turned down there was blood on the sheets. I'm beyond disgusted with this place.

Very expensive place to stay for the halls, rooms and elevators not being vacuumed or cleaned. Should never have to walk on someone else's dirt and pay to do so. Very disappointed to say the least!

The hotel is just ok. Had to wait really long for the check in (25 minutes). The rooms were clean. The breakfast was really minimalistic compared to other hotels. It is however close to the Pearson airport and they offer shuttle services, so I guess it could be a reasonable choice if flying out and looking for a place to sleep the night before.

Excellent place for an overnight stay and leave your vehicle if you are taking a plane the following morning. They will take you to the Airport and pick you back up. The personnel are polite and courteous

Not located in very convenient area if you plan to have something to eat, the closest it's about 20 minutes while crossing busy streets. Hotel is kind of clean, front desk decent enough but made us wait while they were having a conversation on the phone Very tight and old elevator. We stayed here once just because it was a last minute trip and we're needed a hotel close to the airport. Won't be staying again.

Where do I start. 1 hour shuttle spacing compared to other hotels within the same distance having 15-20 minute shuttles, cold showers, disfunctionional and rude front office staff, rooms are outdated. The price is cheaper than other hotels however, I still feel like I have been ripped off. If you are solely focused on price and lack of quality and professionalism, then this is the location for you.

Parking was a nightmare. Only one spot available and we just happened to snag it even though they offer park and fly they dont have the spaces available. Every single one of the vending machines were sold out and when we mentioned it to the staff they simply shrugged. They Didn't care.
The rooms were clean however everything is stained and old. What a rip off. NEVER AGIN!

WARNING. In the case of your flight being cancelled and you need to desperately find a hotel do not choose this one. They will accept your money but overbook their rooms and not give you a room OR your money back.

When I went in they put me at the end of the hotel it had the worst room I've ever seen in my life the bathroom had blood on the toilet still there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet I could see through there was no heat and no hot water probably the worst place I ever seen I asked him to move me I was scared in that hotel it was the worst place I've ever been into. I am going to post pictures of it but it was a zero it was disgusting I took pictures I post

Absolutely horrible service. We parked there for 28 days and it cost $350.
Our flight was to get in late so I booked a room for when got home. Hours later it was clear that our flight was delayed and we got stuck in Chicago for the night. I made a plea to cancel room and they dismissed it rudely, charged me anyway with no apologies or mercy. Poor communication, rude staff and rooms are ho hum. LOOK ELSEWHERE

This is just a heads up for anyone that is thinking about booking this hotel. DON'T STAY HERE

I am an ex employee of this hotel. During my 6 months of employment there. Every other day i would have guest come to the front desk with pictures of bed bugs clawing on the bed sheets or mattress.

I was there when one of the guest was complaining to the owner Sam Chopra about the bed bug and he would act like nothing happened or if it was a young person he would say that they brought the bed bugs there. But would never take fault

I have went to to the rooms myself where i have seen the bedbug's clawing on the sheet.

Also alot of the idem for the breakfast buffet would be exp alot of times. He would tell staff to just look at it and if the bread looks good to still use it.

He doesn't have any real housekeeper working there. Many of the times he would just clean the rooms himself and just use the same sheets and pillow case.

FYI or you will be bringing the bedbug's back to your house

The room was clean and overall was decent for the price. Unfortunately you can tell that basic maintenance was overlooked and lacking when using the bathroom. Parking was somewhat difficult as it was overcrowded. Staff in the evening was pleasant but not shuttle service as it was disorganized between the staff.

Perfectly fine with the exception of no nearby restaurant or pub. It served my purpose of a reasonable priced hotel that was clean and offered a free shuttle to the airport.

What a dump. I've stayed in nicer hostels. All but one light bulb was burnt out and theres a hole in the wall where i assume the exhaust fan was supposed to be. Not to mention they weren't able to offer shuttle service because there buses couldn't run in the cold temps (-17C, not too absurd for Canada) but they didn't tell anybody at the airport and stopped answering the phone at the hotel! Terrible, cheap, and rude service. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, not worth the 130/night.

I would give this hotel a 0 if that was possible. Staff are incompetent and the owner of the hotel is even worse. The shuttle service is ridiculous as they never answer their phones. We waited over an hour for our shuttle even though the hotel is only 5 minutes away and they tried to blame it on the weather, yet when we were driving back it only took 5 minutes. The room we stayed in smelled like urine and the television wasn’t working. Stay away!

That was the let time at the hotel. The bed is good, but that pic was in my bathroom.a huge hole in the wall. The place was dirty like it was being renovated. Only cold food is available for breakfast, there's no restaurant. Parking is only free for first night

Bed was comfortable and clean. Large room. Hotel in general seemed outdated and
Rugs were dirty. So so. Would not stay there again. Continental breakfast was a bonus though.
