Went in for bird feed. Found exactly what we were looking for, for less. We seem to be attracting more bird with this feed so we will definitely be returning.

Not much people to help you got to go to the cash most of the time barely no one on the floors to help you to fine anything

Was looking for either a Milwaukee or Dewalt battery powered grass trimmer. Ended up going with the Dewalt since i already had the batteries from previously purchasing Dewalt drill and impact driver. Very happy with the product and service was great at TSC, as usual. Glad they have remained opened during these difficult times!

Right When I walked into the store they just hit me over the head with a metal bat and set me on fire

This time they did not have any 4 Liter of chainsaw oil.
The person at the cash was not very helpful did not check in the back or in the computer.

Complete disaster of a store. Mice in the feed, completely empty aisles - gotta go find your own stuff in the back.

If you’re lucky you’ll find something they ran over with the forklift and get it for half off.

So happy the ofa robs me for $300 a year to get a discount card to this shot hole.

We love coming here. It's a fun little store that has farming needs to just fun things for the family.

I like the store but lately they haven't been well stocked with inventory. That being said it could be because they are in between seasons. Staff are helpful and the store layout is nice.

Recently on a Sunday TSC had a sale on snow fence. I went to the store to buy some. There was nothing on display of the snow fence anywhere outside the store or inside. I found two different styles of it in the warehouse. I had to back to customer service to find out which style was on sale. Myself and an employee walked back to the warehouse and with his scanner showed which style was on sale. Since I only saw two rolls there I asked them if they could order me some more. The employee checked with the stores in Brockville and in Kemptville. He said he might be able to have them to his store. He said he would need to get approval from his manager to do that. He said he will call me the next day - Monday. He did not phone me. The next Saturday I phoned this store and asked if my order had arrived. A lady told me that the manager was unloading a truck at the time and will call me later. The manager never called. This store is the worst for service that I have ever had.

In my opinion, the garage sale atmosphere of TSC is in contradiction to the high retail prices.

Nothing is every priced, or priced properly. A lot of items aren't put out, today when asking about a product 33 were in store not one on the shelf. We were told a manager would come see us to get them, we waited half an hour before approaching the clerk again, turns out they brought one up while she was on break and without telling us, and we needed three so we had to wait again. Not the first time going there and having things missing and under stocked. 2 stars only for the clerk being patient and helpful on trying to help us.

Also over heard her asking team team members to assist in helping us check out.
She was awesome and I would work for her any time.

Really going down hill fast. I expect it to close before long.
There is so much junk stacked in the isles it is difficult to get a cart around for shopping.

I just don't understand their merchandising strategy. It was difficult to find what I was looking for, and when I did, it was not priced.

I wonder if any one from TSC ever reads these reviews.
Just came back from TSC in Cornwall and I can only repeat what others have said.
A lot of items have no price shown at all.
Among other things I bought a kid's Gardening set shown on sale at $10.95 on a paper with the item's name on it next to to the item on the table.
I was charged $14.47; when I went back to customer service to inquire about it, I was told the $10.95 was their cost.
Yeah, right.
But even if that is true, which store shows their cost as a "Sale Price" - the biggest issue was the extremely rude TSC employee at the customer service desk. This was at pretty much exactly 3: 00pm on July 5,2019. That employee should be fired - but as others have noted - rude employees seem to be the norm there.
I was heading home to measure my deck to make sure the gazebo from TSC at $400. - would fit, but with staff like that - forget it.
I'm spending my dollars elsewhere.

Not the best retail experience. The shelves are often cluttered and the appropriate pricing is also often missing. Staff is usually friendly buy any help other than checking out may take a while.

Very similar to the coop store and a bit like princess auto I find. Prices were reasonable I found and the shelves were full.
