Service is disgraceful.
One cashier, one clerk outside.
Merchandising is horrible.
You're on your own.

The peaveys we have in our town makes every attempt. They seem to just have a real problem with staffing. I always call to ensure the have what the website says is in stock. Even then I will arrive and the clerk was incorrect.

I ask for some item to buy but i was obviously disturbing the assossiate

Great store with a nice variety, but the staff at customer service showed little interest in helping me find something their website said was in stock.

Went there this morning getting a birthday gift for my knowing that they had the product but only 2 Starr members working one at the cash register and the only running trying to help other customers so no one was able to assist me.not blaming the staff but ending up going to Canadian tire across from. Them to get what I needed so very disappointing

I miss when it was called TSC but basicly the same thing still. Its like the best yard sale you've ever been too. It has a distinct smell that you can't put your finger on but is familar. They have so much stuff that they don't even know what they got. If you don't find what you're looking for. You havn't rummaged enough. 10/10 would rummage again.

Found lots of stuff I never thought they'd have: Equipment for DIY candles and lip balm, spices and equipment to prepare the meat, mason jars and products for making jams and pickles. It's like a treasure hunt everytime I go to this store

My last visit wasn't great. I always have trouble finding help from employees here. On this last visit, no one at the cash to customer service. Waited about 3-4 minutes, then went across the street to Canadian Tire instead.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. One lady in particular argues with customers, is and very rude. The last time we were in we waited over 10 minutes at the cash with no one in sight. We left. Not going back.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in for sprinklers, website stated 12 in stock. First time in this store, I politely asked 2 staff who were chatting, where the sprinklers were. One lady gave me a death stare and said “right in the next aisle” with so much eye rolling attitude it was unreal and promptly returned to chatting. After searching for 10 mins for the sprinkler I came in for, I asked another staff for assistance finding the items including showing him an online picture from this store. I ended up finding something similar myself and asked for a price check to see if this was in fact the item or just something similar. After waiting another 10 mins for him to come back, went to the cash to check the price myself. Triple the price. I asked again for the sprinkler on their page, cashier then asked original unhelpful hate stare lady who replied, with just as much professionalism as you’d expect by now, “if they’re not on the shelf, we don’t have them” and walks away. No checking, just walks away. I mentioned the online inventory and got no where.

All this to say, don’t trust the online inventory and do yourself a favour and stay far away from the unbelievably rude customer service you get as a paying customer. I will go out of my way to not spend another dollar here going forward. Truly an awful experience, for sprinklers.

Absolutely terrible store. The staff there are horrible and clearly hate their jobs (you can tell they way they take it out on customers) The store looks like a dumping ground and is never clean or organized. Zero customer service. Save yourself the aggravation and shop literally anywhere else.

Absolutely the WORST store, ever. Terrible customer service, rude & aggressive sales associates, store is a disaster (stock everywhere) and items never scan as advertised. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
