Needs a major overhaul on the customer service. If Home Hardware was open on Sundays, I would have gone there first and not set foot in Peavey

Drove all the way to mount forest after confirming they had stock of shavings. Arrived to no stock. Blonde girl at the till was rude.

I used to shop at this particular spot all the time, but lately it has gone to the dumps. This has got to be one of the most unorganized stores I have ever been to, a bunch of workers walking around twiddling their thumbs but don't want to take the time to ask if you need any help, maybe post their phone numbers upon entering so I can use text to communicate as that seems bo be the way now a days. I saw two workers unpacking one small 2 ft by 2 ft box and placing it in the centre row, must have been some kind of a sale, while everything else on all shelves are in complete disarray. I went in a couple of weeks ago for some welding supplies which of course they didn't have and were not organized. I decided I'd check online just today, there was probably 10 to 15 different items I was looking for, none of which we're in store hardly any of them were available even online. Peavey Mart.please take control of your stores, I understand help is hard to come by, but I can tell you this.no customer service is better than bad customer service. This is why the consumer (me) will shop online going forward.

They are only letting a small amount of people in at a time. But you still get to go on and pick out what you want.

Great staff. Would call ahead to confirm if item is in stock, even though their website does say its in stock.

Customer service provided by Brenda at this location was excellent! Both with my phone inquiry and once I arrived at the store.

Pricing is okay, availability lately is hit and miss. The biggest issue I have is with their covid limits. Limits are totally reasonable, but when you install a wait and notify process, you need to have some actually managing it.

The last few times I came by, no one was there to handle the doorbell, so folks just walked in. I waited, and the cashier finally came in and told me to keep waiting.

Inconsistent support, I'll probably go to a different location next time.

Down hill in weeks! I always patronised this store, even often paying higher prices vs other local stores as the service was amazing. I have only come a couple times since the manager is no longer at this location. He was doing so much good for the store and will be missed. Hopefully the new manager will be able to continue his great work. Sorry TSC, I will not be returning until the service has been re-elevated. Sam

There has been a lot of improvements to the store since the new store manager took over. Expanded product selection and stock, friendly customer service, faster online orders. Thank you Eric and staff for always making my day:)

All you need from work and camoe hunting clothes, farm tools, power tools, fencing tools bird, dog and animal feeds. Salt blocks and even silver trinkets from necklaces to bracelets.

Will drive to Listowel from now on. Disorganized and messy store. Was ok for a while but seems manager has changed again. When I went in to pick up eorder it seemed like it was too much work for them to accept the paperwork via my phone where other times it had never been a problem.

I enjoy shopping at this TSC. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Ordering online with in store pick up is very convenient. There is a nice gentleman who is now the manager of the store and it seems to be better, compared to the last. Thanks TSC for being great!

This is the best place to buy outdoor furniture, garden lights and seasonal items. Great prices and helpful staff. I purchase large amounts of soil in the summer and wood pellets in the fall and the staff never hesitate to load it for me. Great work!

No one to ask for help. Cashier was in terrible mood and offered no help. Not like other TSC stores we've been to.

They never have what the flyer claims they have on sale, not just in this location but others as well. Staff seem to struggle to find things.

Over packed with little space to maneuver around with small children. Hard to get someone to help you when needed

Store is a disaster. Cramped. Last time I bought feed it was all moldy. Had a hard time returning it.

Wide variety of outdoor equipment great selection. While shopping I did not have a hard time finding what I need but feel as if some parts of the store were rather cramped. During my visit it was fairly busy which could definitely affect your experience differently. The staff is very helpful and is willing to help you find what you are looking for as quickly and as close to your needs as possible.

Staff have zero idea of what is going on. You ask them for rabbit food they bring you a bag of road salt. Asked for an item on that was on sale, store says 2 online but none in store so then they place an order online.order was suppose to be here Friday and we call to see if it arrived and the same guy that helped us had no idea where the order was. This store use to be one of the best but it has gone down hill significantly in the last month and a half. Very unsatisfying we will be going to a different tsc if we decide to continue shopping at tsc

Staff not very friendly or helpful unfortunately making a weird environment. Most items are not priced and Kinda high priced when they are marked with price. Very sorry to say.

I recommend this store to all my family and friends. The staff are very helpful and informative.
