Great place for your outdoor activity needs. We needed a large container of oil for a turkey deep fry, and they had it!

I am vowing never to darken the door of this dump again. Less than 20% of the time I find what I'm looking for. Today, no hose clamps. TSC stood for Tractor Supply Company, but over the years it has devolved into a glorified urbanite pet store. If you live on a farm and need anything, Try Somewhere Else.

Good but never able to get the bone and joint dog food bag so always have to order it online

Absolutely terrible customer service.asked 3 people if i could get a trail camera from the cabinet but they all refused. They make it almost impossible to spend money in this store.

Very nicd and clean, a lot of products. I have been searching for a new replacement bird feeder.
They had what i was looking for.

It was always a great experience shopping here with the sales and the variety of tools and parts.

Garbage service. I was looking for a heater vent and the employee that was in the area had no idea what to look for, I asked if there was someone who would be able to help and was told yes just to be left standing in the isle for several minutes without anyone coming to assist. Definitely don't recommend this location

Horrible customer service, completely unknowledge and unwilling to help - love the products they sell but their employees don't know jack! Waited on hold for 5 minutes only to be told its in stock and when asked the price I was told "I dunno, I can go check if you want". YES I WANT TO KNOW! ARE YOU SIMPLE?

It was first and last time I go. Staff was hard to find, they would say one second then pick up a phone then help the next customer while I’m still standing there. Rude and unprofessional cashier

Peavey Mart for me is a good store where you can shop for a big variety of products, there prices are a little bit higher then other stores. The employees are there to help the customers a good store

Staff were pleasant enough, but after waiting 40 minutes for the only person who apparently could use the bolt cutters to cut a chain. I gave up and went across the street to Lowes.

Terrible. I placed an order On June 26th.they took my money.still no order, tried to contact customer services to cancel the order 3 times.no response, always dealt when was TSC and no issues.will never shop there again.

Somewhat cluttered. Sales staff ranged from extremely helpful on the floor, to indifferent at the cash register.

Loved this place. Great variety of product and staff very nice and respectful. Will definitely go again.

Curbside pickup wasn't ready. I has to go in and get it myself. Price was goo, so I bought 100 of them.

I really like the store, staff is helpfull and will do what they can to help a disabled customer.

Here is a good idea maybe you should probably train your staff who will let through the doors instead of talking down to your customers

I always love shopping at TSC. They carry alot of different stuff that other similar stores don't carry. This trip I bought jerky spice and cheese balls. The cheese balls are worth every penny

They DO NOT send an email when your online order is ready for pick up. If you call to inquire about order status, they are rude and tell you to wait for the email.which never comes.

A great place to get hard to find hardware, they even let me bring the dog in, but that was before covid19 days.

This location has a good inventory of dog/cat food with many different brands available. Leashes, collars and toys as well.

They are operating smoothly. They had a stock supply of bar and chain oil on sale. They honoured scanning code practice. The line ups are swift with a 5 minute rule in the store

Great store for all kinds of things. You have to register yourself on your first visit before you buy anything. There is no fee for that, then anytime you go for shopping, they ask for your phone number which you gave them at time of registration.
They have large selection of bird feeders and all kind of seeds. Corn is around $12.00 for 25kg, good for feeding ducks or geese. They have lots of hardware, winter jackets, gloves and pets need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You have to go once to see all different kinds of things you can buy.

Was asked by a lady named rose who works in the store if i needed any help, told her no 3 different times, then when i go to by my pet food she interrupts the sale and calls the manager making the lineup bigger, so i decided to just leave the food at the til and will buy my dog food else where, every time i go into this store rose is always in my face acting as if im doin something wrong, she argues with customers, she wasnt pleasant to deal with and was very short with me and my brother, wont be back, will go to other stores that dont treat customers like criminals. Im a carpenter that uses milwaukee tools and bought these from tsc but now will be buying online from ebay to not deal with childish store employees, shocking how this harassment is acceptable by tsc.

My brother and i both went here to get dog food and when we went there a women by the name (rose) ask us if we needed help three times each time we both said no each time as we were about to pay for the she stop us and gave us a hard time she was very unprofessional and i dont recommend u going here

I visit TSC because they carry products the competing retail stores don't. Sure enough, the product I couldn't find at Home Depot, Lowe's or Rona was here. Thumbs up to TSC.

Ample parking. The parking lot was clean.no litter. The store was organized and tidy. I went in for pill pockets for my dog, but they did not stock the ones I needed.

Great staff very helpful but the website is not accurate as it said they had 3 of what I was looking for however they had none.

Great if you need a new knife or work jeans and socks lots deals usually as stock gets pushed in and out quick.

The store at Wonderland has much better and helpful staff than at Dundas. So much more professional and helpful.

This was our first stop of the day, found several of our purchases at other stores for less$ drives me nuts. Don't you make more money from repeat customers?

EDIT: Received a rather quick response from the manager was very nice and tried to help, unfortunately I missed him in my visit to the store the assistant manager tried to help, but despite this after everything I not even 5% off of a 500 plus dollar purchase while appreciated doesn't really make me want to continue giving my business here.
Call to get info on a flyer item guy said he'd go and look at it to get me the info. Been on hold for 28 minutes now. Seriously? Definitely leaving a complaint.

Love this store great for craft, DIY, farming, animal housing and care. Always courteous and helpful.

Pretty standard. Neither a good nor bad experience. Got some trowels on sale. Location can be a little annoying to get to, and with Lowe's up the street it would be hard for me to warrant going in here, unless there was some big sale I knew of.

Decently organized, great customer service. Some things are a little overpriced I find, but on the other hand they have great prices on certain things.

Visited this store today had a young guy (on duty manager he claims) help me with garbage bags that were in flyer. 1 product he mentions in flyer they no longer carry he say for the longest time. This product in flyer was bought by myself many times at other TSC locations throughout southern Ontario recently. So yes i as a contractors spend 10 s of thousands of dollars every year on sump pumps.weeping tile, work wear and much more. I travels servicing customer. So today i ask Johnathan if he can offer case of bags at yesterdays sale price ($23.79) on his substitute item as same price as similar product in todays flyer, He goes on to state he can never match a price from the day before flyer. I state many TSC stores have done this in the past even a week later. I state i guess this store has plenty of customer and yes he does not care what people think of his attitude. Wow 3 other store employees looking on and over hearing his response as i depart the store. This manager with this skill set is managing a store and other fellow employees, wow. WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. PS LOVE ALL OTHER TSC STORES EVERY WHERE>>
