I happened to come in the store when John the Regional Director was down for the week.
John, was absolutely Wonderful to converse with. He addressed my needs like they were his own, and helped me find what I needed in the store.

What can I say. The birds love Peavey's Suet, the squirrels love their nuts, lol, and me, well I take my cue from the cows and stock up on udder cream. Yep. Oh yeah.

This store has become absolutely horrendous, they lost all their best employees that use to be the reason people like me continued to shop here. The "store manager" is the dumbest and most useless employee they have and is down right rude to customers when she obviously doesn’t know the answer to a question. The staff seem to have a very outward negative opinion of her as well from what I can tell. That goes along with the fact they never have any product, the store is disgustingly messy and disorganized into the aisles, they don't answer the phone, all the new staff members don't know anything and aren't willing to help anyways. A Stan told me they are out of the product I asked for that was on the shelf in front of him and walked away when I said isn’t that it, which is just lazy and rude. They have maybe a handful of good employees left and they are so beaten down from picking up the slack they can't even help as well anymore either. With no product and unreasonable pricing for the slim pickings they have, this store can not afford to be run with such horrible customer service and expect to remain open. There is nothing here you can’t find online or at another store for cheaper, or at the very least with way better customer service. The “store manager” and the majority of the staff being incompetent has officially become my last straw, I will not return to this store and will highly recommend others do not.

Absolutely the rudest phone skills! Don't have a phone line if you don't want people to call! Check a product? It feels like you're wasting their time.get a raincheck? No need, they won't call you when it's in.and then they just get even more rude when finishing the call.just a hang up! Lovely customer skills.different when you're physically there.

Nicole, the assistant sore manager dealt with me for a phone order error. She provided great service and fixed the error. Big shout out! You are now my official farm store! I truly appreciated the great service.

The associate helping me at the St Thomas store was knowledgeable and insightful. He searched everywhere in the store to try and find the item I was looking for.

Great selection of DIY materials and solid clothing. RV section has parts I've not been able to find at other stores.

I have shopped at many Peavey Mart (TSC Stores) across SW Ontario and this one is the most disorganized, cluttered one I have ever been in. Won’t be back.

They have changed the name. But they didn't change much inside. It always seems to be disorganized. Staff is friendly, and knowledgable.

Store seemed to be in a bit of a mess and the staff were to busy talking to each other instead of helping the customers.

One of the few places in St. Thomas I've always had a positive experience. Great staff - friendly, helpful - Christine really goes out of her way to help.

This is a typical Peavy Mart, clean and friendly staff. I enjoy taking my time and looking at all the unique products for your home and farm.

Friendly place! Cody helped me get bbq propane in under 5 minutes. No line ups, no drama. Excellent.

They did not have clover seed which I was looking for but said they would be ordering it young man was very helpful and friendly.

I stopped in today to pick up a couple items i needed, discovered there was so much to look at.ended up doing a lot of my Christmas shopping there! The staff were friendly and very helpful.everyone should check out this store. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised at their selection.something for everybody!

The store was neat and tidy, but when asked an associate for assistance she stated she wasn't knowledgable in the items we were looking at; she waa going to find someone to assist us. No one ever came. We gave up waiting after 30 mins and went to Canadian Tire.

It is a unique store. They carry things you can't find in regular hardware stores. My only complaint is it seems disorganized and messy at times and difficult to find things. But, in other ways, that kind of has it's own charm. Sort of a "general store" vibe. I like TSC.

TSC is a fantastic place to shop, whether it is for pet food or work clothing. The staff is friendly and always seems to know their product. St Thomas location is easily accessible from just outside of town or inside.

No customer service, store a mess no priced on half the stuff. Cashier too busy on her phone to tell me where something was accurately, and it was right next to her.

Large selection of winter clothes like coats & boots for men and women in normal colours or camouflage. There's also lots of extras like hats, gloves and socks. Good selection on dog food as well.

I like TSC. They have so many neat things that you'd never image the store to have. The pricing is some times a little high however for the most part, is very reasonable. I purchase a lot of cracked corn from this location and have always been offered help with carrying my items out to my vehicle. The issue that I do have, is that sometimes they lack having product in stock and they often lack help at the front end of the store and redirect me to use the customer service desk instead of the cash line. This is frustrating as it is hard enough to direct their big red carts (but I do like the new carts for bringing my little one in the store).

I buy dog food here and they have a program where you buy 9 and get you 10th bag for free! We save about $150 a year (2 bags) by doing this

Very helpful employees. I picked up a new product to me. Apparently horse bedded is great as kitty litter at half the price. Wood pellets.

Same old store with the same flawed inventory system. It is great for odds and ends or when they have stuff on sale. For the most part you can find anything they sell on amazon for a lot less. It is just convenient when you need something right away. Looks like they are upgradeing the lights now, hopefully they are going to give the store a make over.

Has what you need but always at a price. Not usually the cheapest place to find things. But one of the only stores you can find farm stuff in town. Would still recommend.

Never thought this store could get worse. Stuff is piled everywhere. No idea how much any of it costs. Everything covered in dust and dirt. Floors have never seen a mop. There was one cart the had 2 working wheels. Staff was pleasant but other wise nothing good about this store

Like any other store. Lots of product. Some prices are good, others are much less else ware. Home Hardwood is better on quality and pricing.

Love this place.fantastic staff, all very helpful and polite. If the first person you find can't answer your question, they find someone who can.

The staff and manager at this location are absolutely wonderful. They remember customers and make them feel valued and appreciated. Have run into a couple of instances where they were sold out of an item in the flier and have been happy to provide rain checks or order the order online for you. It’s nice to see a store that cares about their customers, doesn’t seem to happen much these days!

Don't trust their stock. I just drove 25 minutes to pick up two items (both which show as in-stock). When i got to the store, neither was available. I asked one of the staff to help me find them. He knew off the top of his head that they were not in stock (I obviously wasn't the first person to come in looking for this), and said they were probably stolen, but they haven't bother updating their inventory. Thanks for wasting my time and gas!

Regular prices felt high, but sale prices were competitive. Staff were nice to engage with. Good selection for Schleich, John Deere and other toys not available at Walmart etc.
