Im very disappointed in your service today, you did my nails and they were very bumpy and had lots of air pockets. I spoke to gently and you started yelling and embarrassing me for telling you I didn’t like the way the nail polish looked. I’ve been coming to you for years and never once have I complained. This is my first time and the way you treated me tells me that you don’t care about your clients it’s all about next client. You’re very unprofessional Sophia

I don’t usually give reviews but I must say the service I got from this one nail tech in particular was really surprising (Table 3 but I have no idea what her name is although I did hear another customer talking to her and she said Trish). I went as a walk in (I called prior to my arrival to ensure that someone would be available to do my nails) when I got there the they called for a woman who was in the back and she came out eating and asked for 5 minutes which I had no problem with as we are humans that need food to function so more than 5 minutes passed and she came and started my nails I noticed while she was using the drill that she cut me under my thumb I know from prior nail techs I’ve experienced they offer you rubbing alcohol to disinfect the area but she did nothing of the sort so fast forward to her in the middle of doing my nails and she gets a call (FaceTime) without a word she gets up and goes to the back to get her AirPods so she can be on this FaceTime call while doing my nails she’s laughing and talking in her language and barely paying attention to the photo that I placed in front of her (how I know this is Because instead of putting the natural pink coat on the 3 fingers in the picture she puts it on all 5) so I didn’t say anything because it shows how busy she is with the FaceTime call rather than actually taking a GOOD look at the picture every time she put a single coat of something on I would ask for a second one and I saw that she was catching a little bit of attitude so I started to feel some kind of way about the service because why is it a problem to but a second coat? ! Isn’t that a must in order to see the true colour of the polish? She seemed irritated because of this which made me a little bit uncomfortable for the rest of the time she was doing my nails then it came down to the design part which she was still on FaceTime with her phone propped up to one side and my phone laying flat on the next side of her with the design on the screen so it came down to the last 4 fingers that only had the freehand white on it oh yeah! Even when she had to do the freehand she was irritated because I asked for a second coat which if anyone has done freehand before knows that one coat of the airbrush white is so light and can barely be seen so once again that is a MUST anyways back to the last nails that looked so plain I simply asked her if I could get a LINE on the 4 nails and it’s like she didn’t understand me so she got ignorant and decided to add the gold to the bottom half of my nails which covered the clear coat…. Then she proceeded to ask me why I made her spend so much time doing a second coat if I was going to cover it…now remember i said I asked for a single line on the 4 fingers but she was ignorant and started to do something else then got mad at me because of it I stayed quiet and apologized because I was already uncomfortable with the situation itself and I did not want to cause a scene remember how I said she cut me while using the drill earlier? Well when it came down to her filing the nails again after they were complete and the polish was dry she was so rough that I even said “ow” out loud and she ignored it moral of the story my nails look good but the customer service was trash and I will not be going back here again also if you don’t like your job lady then you should quit because you don’t know how to give good customer service

I like the place overall. Has been going there around a year already.
There is a lady though, whose service should be corrected. I don’t remember her name, but she sits at the last table. She is very rough with the client while working, always (at least with me) end up leaving small cuts. She always corrects the way one sits or moves, that makes you feel you do something wrong, never had an issue with other service providers there.
I do also want to know how are the tools being cleaned between the clients, I haven’t noticed any steps being taken.

Have been going here for sometime now. All good nail artist have left so had to book an appointment with Dori for the first time and she did a terrible job. She left my nails corners completely, made me bleed and hurt on 4 of my nails with the machine they use. She did such a rush job no attention to the corners or being considerate of the fact that the machine is to be used slowly or it can give cuts? Even after a warning?

I've been to Pedi N Nails 3 times now and I've been pleased with the manicures and pedicures I've received. If you bring in a design they will do their best to give you what you want. I would highly recommend this spot and look forward to returning in the near future.

The service was absolutely amazing! I came with a reference photo with some personal changes and they were so considerate of me.they took their time and adjusted everything to my liking.the results are beautiful, i love them so much! I definitely recommend:)

I would give zero stars if i could, only reason i went to this salon is because it was close to my home.i went in for a refill and they wanted to charge me for a full set because one nail was slightly lifting.aswell, i called before arriving letting them know what i wanted to be done and they told me to come in, once i did i had to wait for 45 minutes.i’ve been to this salon 3 times and all times were terrible.i will rather go the distance to a better salon then ever come back to this place again.

I do my nails here all the time, they are amazing. Sofia is the best. She always gets my nails perfect. It's a bit of a drive from my house but it's always worth it. Will come again

Very bad customer service. Still need to wait after appointment. 3 times I returned back from the spa as was asked to wait though had appointment. Nobody is attending the customer even, need to wait at door for at least 5 minutes before some comes and they also asked you to wait for another 10-15 minutes despite the appointment. Don't even deserve 1 start

It is my go to place. I have been coming here for over an year now and i have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and nice. They do every kind of nail design and acrylics. My acrylics last more than a month, the quality is really good! Everyone in Brampton must come here, you will not be disappointed!

I got my nails done for $45 and when I asked if she can paint my sisters nails she said no. Because they said they are busy, because they didn’t want to take small amount orders. They had poor communication, they didn’t answer
the question that was asked properly. I’m very disappointed, since this is my first time getting my nails done.

Male staff who worked as part time was always in hurry.my nail got chipped in a week, nail paint shallac came off in first week. Highly disappointed, used to get my mani pedi from here but not in future now. Thanks to male staff member (don’t remember his name)

Ive been going there for almost 2 years and I thought I’d get a bit more consideration. After she applied my polish I didn’t end up liking the colour I chose, so I asked if I could change it because these were literally nails for my birthday. Not only was the lady very frustrated. She told me there was another client coming; I understand. But am I supposed to leave unsatisfied because someone else might be coming? I don’t understand it’s my nails? Why can’t I ask for what I want? Anyways I asked her if i could do ombré instead. She said the machine didn’t work. Now I didn’t know what to do.
Another lady came to me to negotiate that she could do it for me but it’ll cost more, I said okay sure. I JUST WANTED CUTE NAILS OMG LOL. That seemed to have put them in such a conundrum. I felt like I was causing so much disruption just because I asked to change the colour.
Thankfully that other lady was there to help me finish off my nails. The first one I started with got too frustrated and went to help the next client after me. ‍️
I don’t think they care for their clients that’s why I’m writing this because whether I continued to go to this salon or not they wouldn’t even have noticed it was me who left this review. Because they don’t care.

Amazing experience. I go there regularly to get my manicure and pedicure done. Excellent job and customer service by Sofia. Would definitely recommend it.

I got my uv nails last week and one got ripped off after only 2 days and when I went in today again to get my nail fixed they first asked me to wait for like half an hour and then the lady just did it in a very unprofessional manner. When I asked her to fix the shape and do it properly, she replied “IT’S OKAYY”, she didn’t even care about their customer service. Worst service ever received from a nail salon. In the end when I told her I am not visiting this location again, she replied “OKAY”. If you guys keep going this way, you’re going to lose your customers.

Service was professional and friendly. The space was clean. The massage chairs were relaxing and an added bonus. Sophia did an excellent job on my manicure & pedicure. I had a fantastic experience here. I am very happy with the results.

I went to this nail place first time and the lady who did my pedicure was so aggressive and cut me with blade scraper and the staff did not know what to do and applied nail glue to my wound instead of alcohol rub, and now it’s infected and have too take medication, will not be going there again

For a very long time I was looking for a Nail Salon that would do just what I wanted. For the holiday season I wanted something different, and that's what I got. I showed the design I wanted and got it. Would definitely be going back and recommending to friends and family.

It was my first time at this place and my experience has been awful, it was total waste of money and time. Trish or trisha (don't know proper name) did my manicure and pedicure, I think she had to rush somewhere so just did everything in rush, manicure was awful, I asked her about the massage, she did for exactly 30 seconds and said bye I am leaving, even didn't do mo pedicure properly. I would never recommend thid place

So I went here after months.not knowing Tina doesnt work here anymore. Anyways I'm not sure what his name was but he was a male and he did my nails and the entire thing was a disaster. First of all, he went so deep into my skin and made me bleed.second he got nail polish all over my hands and it was all around my nails. Very messy job. Majority of the time you could tell he didn't know what he was doing. He then was expecting a tip which im not sure why because its clear he did a horrible job. People.save your money and time and avoid this place at all costs.

Friendly staff i have had a good experience BUT now 2 times not even a week of having nails on 2 have broken in half washing dishes so annoying unfortunately will not go back unless they help me with out charging an arm and a leg!

Very clean environment with lots of selection. Tina was always amazing. Theresa the previous owner was an absolute witch. She bad mouthed customers and her employees. I missed my appointment once because of bad weather and found out she blocked all my phone numbers so whenever I called it would never go through. Hopefully with new management things will be better!

Theresa the former owner was so rude and did a rush job of my pedi. She badmouths customers and turns them away if she doesn’t want to give them service. She forgets she’s in the service industry. I will never go back and spreading the word to everyone I know. Terrible place.

The owner at this place is awful. She's so rude and refuses to take ownership when she's wrong (miss booked me for my appointment and turned me away).

She did shellac on me once and it was the thickest and most uneven job. The best nail technician was Tina and even she quit after the horrible management drove away their staff.

I don't recommend this place to anyone and I was happy to know Tina started up at a nearby salon (Lilac hill) where I now go.

Very clean and friendly I've been going to helen for a few years she is amazing. I get mani shellac and I never experienced any chip.

Clean facility. Staff was pleasant that is until I communicated that I was not a fan of my manicure. I asked to remove it and reassured the manicurist I would pay for it regardless. Long story short, I paid for the service and tipped. I will never return nor would I recommend.

I’ve been coming here a few times Teena did my nails a few times I really liked her work, she’s very particular, last week I went back notice she quit. Now I know why she quit. I want to come to relax and enjoy my pedicure and manicure, but all I heard is the owner of the salon talking bad behind her former employee’s back. That’s very unprofessional clients doesn’t need to hear it. For future reference please don’t bad mouth about any of your employees if you still want to run a business.

I was there today and the service was exceptional. Thi did my nails and she did such a great job! I liked that they're not overbooking clients so you have to wait long. Book an appointment and you'll be happy as they concentrate on you and make sure you leave as a happy customer! It was raining when I was leaving and Teresa got her umbrella and walked me to my car.
