Worst customer service ever. Do not ever consider this place as your go to. They have the worst nail finish and do not know how to accommodate for different nail types. A short acrylic set for almost $80 and aren’t willing to fix how horrible they look, instead the so called manager/owner of his “business” said he’s been doing nails for years and they look fine and normal to him (not important for what the customer feels). Worst decision trying to do my nails here. What a waste of money and time. My nails literally look crooked and each finger is a different shape. Don’t go to a lady named Vy, you will regret it. Recently started coming to this nail salon & can absolutely say I’m thrilled with the service and their work. The staff is amazing & Cindy did an amazing job with my nails. 10/10:)

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I called to make an appointment with my preferred technician and they refused to book me as they had written in my file that I am always late (which is 100% untrue). The scheduler on the phone was very rude and told me I’ll have to walk in.
Last time I booked an appointment (and arrived ahead of time) they had double booked my technician and I had to get my nails done with another one who did not properly apply my shellac which resulted to it wrinkling and peeling the same day. They told me to come back the next day to fix it and I did. The technician the next day asked me to choose another colour and started removing the current colour leaving traces of the old peeling colour behind and cutting into my cuticles, I tried to flag it to the manager and he ignored my concerns and comments.
Definitely would never recommend to anyone and I will not be going back again.

My nails chipped only after a week and the place wasn't as clean as they have advertised.

Lovely place! Really well cleaned, super nice staff who do a precise job.staff made sure my nails were the exact chrome colour to satisfy me.they were super gentle with my nails! Would totally recommend

I was down in that area and seen this nail place and thought, I'm going to try it. I'm glad I did because I will definitely be going back. Great customer service.

This is the BEST nail salon in the GTA. I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for many years, and have been to tons of places. I have never had a bad experience at this salon. The staff are friendly and they take the time to do a proper, professional job on your nails. I have a nail missing on one hand, and every staff member here is able to create an artificial nail that looks completely natural. They have a gigantic selection of colours. I highly recommend this salon!

The best nail salon ever! Everyone is amazing and so talented! Very welcoming and clean environment. They are very accommodating of last minute appointments and always provide the best service.

I come to pedi n nails all the time. Today I came in and they made me wait 45 MINUTES after already having an APPOINTMENT. I came in with my sister in law who was already in a chair for 30 mins prior to me getting called. Then when they called me I told them I had to see how far my sister in law was because I didn’t want her to wait since we came together and when I went to go check they let another lady in the chair for the lady I had booked with… NEVER coming back to this place. Pathetic.

Hanna was Amazing. She was friendly and detailed in her work. I will definitely boom with Hanna again.

Got my nails done less than 2 weeks ago here, my aunt took me with her as she loves this place and her nails always look amazing. I got a regular pedicure and shellac manicure! I really enjoyed my experience and the person who did my nails was super sweet and did a wonderful job. However; It’s only been a week and 3 days and my nails have started chipping even though I got a shellac manicure which i believe should last longer than a week! Hopefully next time I get shellac done it is able to last longer and not chip so easily as for the price I expect the polish to last. Overall wonderful experience just disappointed with the chipping of the polish.

This is the best salon in Oakville/Mississauga, my nails lasted over a month with no lifting! All friendly staff and cleanest nail salon I’ve seen in years. Extremely accommodating when you call. I haven’t been anywhere else since they’ve opened.

I was happy with my service here though I find prices high. I will be back for sure though, the lady who did my full set did a very neat and tidy job, I didn’t catch her name though. I also love that they made me pay through etransfer because I forgot cash.

Came here today to get my nails done, definitely found myself a new go to nail salon. Mina is amazing and paid so much attention to the details and shaping of my nails. They turned out perfect. Throughout the whole service she kept on asking me if everything was okay and to my liking. I had originally booked with Tony but unfortunately he was busy with another client and I am so glad I got Mina, I Will be booking with her from now on!

I went and saw Emily for the first time and she was very kind and friendly. She listened to what I was asking for and did an amazing job on my nail designs. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is my 3th time i came after book my appointment 5-6 days in advanced. And wait for 30 min to they start my nail. Service is good but they have no respect for people’s time. For someone who has professional job and limited time its very disappointed that they feel they can keep you wait for nails! I give 1 star just because of their time management.

You guys clearly need to prioritize customer service. Also ur response to alot of these reviews are rude and unnecessary. Ive never been here and honestly after what i have read and the way you guys speak to clients i never will. And the picture with the orange nails that fell off after a week of the client getting them done? What will ur response be to that client? Will it just be saying “tony is one of the great nail techs at our salon”. Im sure tony is great but you need to recognize that even great nail techs make mistakes. Start taking ownership and stop blaming clients or else ur salon will be named the worst in oakville.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean place, good prices, always do the exact nail design asked. Would definitely recommend coming here!

If I could give this place no stars I would, Zero customer service. Absolute Worst place I’ve ever been to, they did not even have toilet paper. I asked the girl to fix my crooked nail she put on and she told me my finger was crooked lol I have been doing my nails for many years never heard that one and never any problems like that with anyone else at other salons. The owner came over and said my nail was crooked! Mind you I have my nails posted all over social media at other salons bc of the work is amazing. The owner instead of saying he’ll fix it proceeded to scream and yell at me and swear three other clients told them just to fix the nail no issue! Nope he then got in my face spitting flying all over my face, his tech also cut my finger and made it bleed. I had to also bring my own diamonds as this place only Specializes in basic nail and basic nail design. I highly recommended not going to this extremely low end dirty.

I had a horrible experience with the owner here, and seeing the other 1-star reviews, I know he will respond to this extremely rudely and unprofessional. So bring it, Tony.

I was here last night and received dip nails with a design on it, but as you can see in the photo, the lines aren’t crisp and clean. They were so busy when I left that I decided to call back this morning to ask if they could fix 4 of the nails with designs. I called and politely explained the situation and Tony was very rude to me, telling me they refused to fix a nail (which I’ve never had happen at any nail studio) and they know better than me, so when I asked for two layers of polish on the design they listened to me and that’s why it looks the way it does. The issue is with the crispness and inconsistency of the lines, not how many coats it was. I asked over and over, in a calm polite tone, for them to fix the designs on the nails and he was berating me and telling me they refused, while still stating customer service is their top priority. I don’t make a ton of money so on the occasion that I treat myself and spend $77 on my nails, I expect they are done well.

Do not go here, Tony and his employees are extremely rude and have no business sense. I’ll be waiting for your false accusations in your reply, Tony.xoxo

Mina was so pleasant and she did a great job on my deluxe shellac mani and pedi service. First time visit and will not be the last!

Took my daughter there for the first time, She had a great experience The young man that assisted her, made her feel great and did an awesome job!

Came in looking to get help with a really bad hangnail and they wouldn’t help me unless I did a full manicure. I offered to pay just to get the one done and they refused.

If you’re looking for some poor customer service - please this place is for you!

Came in for Bio-Gel, nails caked on so thick it looked very unnatural. Also, after only the first day, my nail and the Bio-Gel separated and food began getting stuck. Also, they looked like they were grown out, after only 1 day.

Following up - Took an hour to get someone to answer the phone. Went in for 4 o’clock to have my nails “assessed”. Whole time workers were speaking to each other in oriental. Felt extremely uncomfortable. Told me they had no one to help me and to return in an hour (like I have all the time in the world for them).

No effort made to keep their customer happy.

Unfortunate.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 6 months and I have had a fantastic experience every time. Mina is my regular girl and she’s fabulous… but I’ve had other aestheticians at this location and they are great as well…providing quality service, always punctual, listens to requests and always aims to please. The experience is pleasant and efficient from the second you walk in the door till you walk back out. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Excellent first experience at Pedi N Nails. The service was lovely. Special thank you to Tina for my new set of Bio Gel nails. She took her time and was very thorough. The lady who did my pedicure did an excellent job as well. They use a liner in the tubs and all of the tools were clean. I will be coming back for sure:)

Very clean and hygienic which is my top priority. Very Friendly, and great quality manicures and pedicures. They also have amazing massage chairs that really work. You don’t feel rushed and the ladies also pay great attention to detail. This is my new go to place for sure.

This may be my new go to salon! I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was taken in right away. I tried dip nails for the first time. The lady was really nice and ensured I was happy with the shape of my nails without me even asking. Great customer service. Most importantly the salon was extremely clean, and upon finishing my nails I noticed her disinfecting her tools to prepare for the next client and disposing of the nail buffers. It's not something many of us think about but a lot of salons lack cleanliness, and this one does not.

I had such a great experience here! Lily did my shellac and she did an amazing job. She did it exactly the way I wanted and she was very sweet as well. The service is overall great, they come to check up on you to see if you are doing well too. Will definitely be coming back.

Love this place. They performed pedicure with liner for ur protection and also add hydrating mask to leave your skin smooth and moisturized.
