My two youngest children aged 2 and 4 had to have dental surgery. They had experienced going to the dentist before and were very anxious as unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for them previously at a different place. I was so pleased to find this place and how wonderful they were with both myself and my children. The staff are extremely kind and informative. I was very impressed with the dentist and how he was able to make it such a good experience for my kids alongside the great staff. They do a wonderful job explaining what the day of surgery will look like/aftercare and making it as positive of an experience as possible for children and parents. The first visit, my children found the experience both enjoyable and fun. This is a very special place with great energy, and my experience was only positive. I will only be taking my children here from now on and recommend it to everyone. I'm so grateful for the fantastic work they did and how kind and caring they all were throughout you can tell they take allot of pride it what they do. My childrens teeth look so good now. Thank you so much

Always a great experience here for my kids. They are always happy after we leave. The staff is amazing and very friendly too. They also accept healthy smiles too which is great!:) All 5 of my kids go here and I couldn't be more happy thank you for making me smile and giving them their smilies back!

I'm 42, and dread dentists, but, I'd give my left lung, to get to lay down on one of those custom beds, and watch a movie, while the dentists filled my teeth and made bridges for me.

It may all be my 30+ year old memories, but, I wish this place luck, and a long, future.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Dr. Weinberger and his team. Our newborn son was born with a lip tie. They were able to get us an appointment quickly and fix it right away. They even gave us a private room to nurse in following the procedure to ensure everything was okay, and they followed up with a phone call the following day. We are very grateful for the care and service we received.

Dr. Weinberger is one of the most compassionate individual. He is a Pediatric dentist par excellence. He has treated my three children who admire him immensely. I have highest regards for his professionalism.

As I read Your review of dr. Weinberger Nick I cannot help to think you are confusing the office you are writing about with another one!
I have two severely disabled children. Dr. Weinberger has been caring for them for years.both under handicapped government fee guide. Let me tell you, anyone treating children like dr Weinberger does deserves better than a short sighted review like yours.
It is obvious that you treat your dentist like a commodity and not even consider this drs training and specialties.have your kid treated by someone cheaper then if that’s all you are looking for. Good luck.

Dr. Weinberger and his team are amazing. They were so good with my three year old getting his dental surgery. The staff is extremely friendly and grest with kids; my son was made to feel extremely comfortable at every step. Everyone was willing to answer every question I has thoroughly and I never felt rushed. They eased my anxiety about my son having dental surgery

Dr. Weinberger and his team are amazing. My son is special needs and as been going to him since 2009 and he is 30 years old currently. The team is very professional, understanding, patient and I don't have to worry about payment as they direct bill ODSP directly.

Dr. Weinberger always welcomes us with open arms and my son just LOVES going to see him on his checkups.

Dr. Weinberger was my dentist as a child and now treats all of my children. Very professional staff both at the front on the desk and all the ladies in the back working with the dentist. One of my daughters has a lot of anxiety and literally collapsed on the floor crying. Dr Weinberger put her at ease and checked all her teeth while she was lying on the floor! He was very understanding and by the end she was smiling and watching a movie on the actual dental chair. He and his team were wonderful with all my children!

Dr. Weinberger is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his clinic.

Dr Weinberger has worked on my teeth since I was a kid I’m now 31! He’s now working on my daughter who has very high anxiety with the dentist! She just got three teeth pulled and was a champ! I cannot thank you guys enough for your support for her during the visit! See you guys next time!

Dr. Weinberger is a phenomenal dental specialist that genuinely cares about his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel at ease. As an adult ortho patient I was unsure about my options but he took the time, at every visit, to listen to my concerns and explain my options, as well as the process. The whole team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and were super helpful throughout. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Both of my kids have been going to Dr Weinberger for years for their orthodontist needs. He is very professional, friendly and easy to talk to and explains things to the kids in a manner they understand. Very pleased with the service provided at Dr Weinberger’s office. My daughter was very nervous to attend her first check up as she is terrified of needles. The office was great and very kid friendly with tvs in the ceiling. I was able to sit right beside my daughter as the dentist did his thing and actually showed me where the cavities where. They were able to get x-rays also which i was impressed because my daughter has a strong gag reflex. Long story short we did a sedation and my daughter did great had no idea she got a needle or a nerve treatment. She had very minor discomfort after which also surprised me! They helped me figure everthing out with my insurance and i was able to pay everything in two payments. I highly recommend for anyone with nervous kids!

You got three opinions and paid nothing.must be nice. Most of us pay for our children’s dental treatments. It is obvious you where referred by your general dentist to a specialist for a reason.gross decay on your kids teeth. Now you like what you heard from the third dentist so you’re pretending the first two are wrong. Be careful someone may refer you to CAS! Not me but I’m just saying.neglect.

And also: how do you know the third opinion is the right one when the two first ones told you that your neglected child’s dentition needs fixing.

It’s kinda sickening some people coming on here and “ rating” more like ranting. 600 dollars for dental work.especially from a dually trained specialist that is the only one this side of Ontario accepting the government funded program.healthy smiles. If anyone bothered to do any research there isn’t a myriad of practitioners just lining up to take this coverage.and considering that it pays pennies on the dollar and people who pay nothing typically don’t value what they are getting and either don’t show up for their appointments or act abusively toward staff. (Not a rule but generally) Not to mention every other clinic that was doing work for children and running solely funded by government funding went out of business ten years ago and never reopened because it’s impossible to stay open without proper reimbursement. Considering the fact that this is an area of the population that can’t protect themselves or advocate for themselves when parents refuse to do what is necessary for their children because they are so used to paying nothing that they have forgotten that this is real life and quality comes at a cost. I think it’s necessary to get real about consequences. And yes any infection if left unchecked in the body can lead to possible death!

I accompanied my daughter with her three children (6 months to 8 years) to see Dr. Weinberger. We found Dr. Weinberger to be very knowledgeable and friendly. We had heard only good things about him and were pleased to find out that they were true. I would highly recommend him to any parent!

I recently took my 2 yr old son to see Dr. Weinberger for an appointment. My boy can be pretty difficult at times but I cannot believe how smoothly it went. He kept him calm and made him laugh. Well worth it. The whole staff was great I’d definitely recommend.

My kids have HSO coverage and have never been charged anything. I have lots of friends that if they have been charged it is always procedures that HSO does not cover. People need to educate themselves in what is and is not covered by the government instead of expecting everything to be free. Why would the dentist not charge procedures not covered by the government? If the dentist was not charging these other procedures not covered by the government he would be losing out in his business that he needs to keep running to help other patients in his practice. If people want everything for free, then most likely your child may end up being treated by a general dentist. That is if the general dentist could deal with these kids needs and behavior. People need to do their research because there are very few pediatric dentists, if any, in London that are willing to see HSO patients.

We are thrilled with the level of care we have received from Dr. Weinberger and his staff. He has a lovely way with children. We highly recommend him.

Edited update: I got a second opinion and was told I should use fluoride and monitor her progress and they would evaluate in a few months. So that's what I have done. My issue wasn't solely about the money. In fact most of it was the aweful way they try to manipulating you into doing unneeded surgery. I have taught my daughter to spit so I have been using fluoride on her teeth and using an oral B brush. YES it has worked amazingly. So without putting my child through a horrid experience I have been able to stop cavities and build her enamel. Please write comments on the business and not leave comments based only on other comments. Thanks.

Their customer service is not based on your child but on that $600 they charge every child if you have healthy smiles. Which if you don't understand is for low income households that cannot afford to pay for dental expenses. If you don't believe me read all of the other reviews.

I left this place today feeling awful and actually shed a tear because i felt so overwhelmed. What kind of place are you running. This is not only a place i wouldn't get work done on my daughter but for my own personal standpoint you absolutely BLEW IT. The elderly Dentists Assistant said I shouldn't wait to get her teeth capped with 4 silver crowns because DEATH can occur. WHAT! You try to manipulate me by saying that if i don't get these crowns done it can lead to DEATH! Are you serious.

Last but not least i asked to be put on the waiting list for the hospital so that she can be fully sedated and The "Assistant" stated i had to pay the $600 restraint fee before i can be placed on a two year wait list. WAIT WHAT i am paying you two years in advance for being placed on a list not to mention that $600 becomes easy money since it is supposed to be for restraining my daughter INCASE she starts losing it. BUT SHE"S SEDATED? !? !?

PLEASE.the positive reviews must be from family members but i am not a young mother and this is the absolute worst experience i have ever had in almost 40 years. SEEK a second opinion please. For your Childs Sake and your wallet.

Would recommend to all my friends. Dr. Weinberger is so nice and knowledgable. The staffs are so nice too, very helpful and accomodating.

Best dentist ever! Dr Weinberger is a very caring and compassionate individual who has helped my son out in a hard time by repairing his teeth, my son is doing great and couldn't be more happier with the service and relationship provided! The staff is friendly and we are completely satisfied with the care our child recieved. We hesitated ahead of time after reading some of the reviews but we were very impressed by Dr. Weinburger and did not experience any of the things mentioned in some of the previous reviews. He even went above and beyond to take my call and answer questions about my son's recovery outside of clinic hours.

Firstly, ignore the negative reviews do not base your opinion on his practice without going, I am very shocked to read those because Dr. Weinberger and his staff were very professional and friendly. My son became a patient today and I am very, very happy with the treatment plan for a tooth extraction in January. He is extremely knowledgeable and he knows how to work with kids. Highly recommended I won't go anywhere else now!

I was extremely pleased with my son's results after seeing Dr. Weinberger for a little over a year. He is very friendly with his young patients and his staff are very professional. Dr. Weinberger is an expert in ortho work and I highly recommend him. I wish he treated adults because I would see him in a heartbeat! Thanks again for all that you have done!

A very bad and disappointing experience for my wife and little daughter. My daughter had a cavity that should have been treated. They asked a 2-year old child to be fast for 8 hours before the procedure and set the appointment at 11: 45 am, disregarding that being fast for more than 10 hours (from last night) is too much for a 2-year old. Anyways, we were there in time, but they didn't start their work even up to 1 pm! In response to my wife's complain they just said, "be relaxed and take your seat" while the child was dying from crying and hunger. Finally, my wife gave up and cancelled the appointment. We had a government pediatrics dental plan (Healthy-Smile Ontario; HSO) that fully covers the costs. First they asked for $200, as an office payment and when we explained that we are told that the plan covers for all they accepted. We believe since we refused this extra payment they just wanted to get rid of us. This was awful. I do not suggest this center. They just think about money.

Dr. Weinberger has been more than helpful with my children's dental needs. We travel 2 hours to see only Dr. Weinberger because my daughter will not let any other dentist touch her mouth. His passion for helping children in need shows every time we come speak to him at my daughter's dental appointments. He is very knowledgeable in his field and it definitely shows when he explains the dental treatment my daughter needs. It is extremely hard to find a good pediatric dentist, let alone someone who takes my type of insurance. I have been coming to his office for years and I definitely appreciate all of his services. I wont be going anywhere else!

My children and I absolutely adore Dr. Whineburger and his staff! They are always very friendly and make my kids feel comfortable. Dr. Whineburger clearly cares about his patients and that makes all the difference when dealing with a pediatric dentist. My kids will continue to see him and I will continue to recommend him!
