Graham & Pardeep helped my dad out in a parking lot. His car wasn’t starting and they took time out of their busy day to help him out. Great work gentleman, you are a good representation of what a good person is.

The inducer motor in our Furnance recently stopped working. We already had 3 local HVAC companies out to our house to quote us to replace it (all were between $1650 - $1750) and therefore knew it was the inducer motor. We called Peel Heating & Air to come and provide us their professional opinion on the issue and a quote for the repair because we liked the guarantees and marketing on their website. To our surprise Peel Heating & Air quoted us $3300+ tax to replace the inducer motor!
We obviously did not go with Peel Heating & Air for the replacement of the motor, we did still have to pay the $190 service fee for them to have visited our home and provide that RIDICULOUS quote for the repair. Worth noting, when we did get the motor repaired, it literally took the technician 3 minutes to do! The part was $950 from the manufacture. Shame on Peel Heating & Air for PRICE GOUGING their customers so severely for 3 minutes of work!

At the time of payment for said invoice, we did take extra time out of our day to very constructively let the office manager (or whoever deals with invoicing at your company and answers the incoming calls) know all about what I have outlined in my review. She simply said multiples times that your technicians are highly trained and educated and that was justification for the exorbitant additional costs to us as a customer. Obviously that logic doesn't actually make sense, but I understand that an office employee also does not have the education to come up with a justification for the quoted price on the spot either. At the time of that phone call, when the constructive feedback was provided from a friendly demeanour customer, the appropriate action would have then been to notify a manager and for them to have contacted us as the customers to discuss if they had concerns about the quotes being inaccurate or our customer satisfaction not being met. I did provide a few weeks between that call and this review to allow that action to be taken, however did not hear from anyone and therefore felt an honest review was warranted.

Kawal and Rupinder had come to install furnace and heat pump they have done an “excellent job “. Thorough product knowledge, very professional in their work. I would highly recommend them.

I was facing an issue with a water pressure. Sam from peel heating was able to figure out an issue in no time. It was really helpful.

I’m really happy with the great job done by Shane. It fixed the issues I was facing with tankless water heater.

The service was good, the people who helped me out was super friendly but they weren’t able to help with my problem because of the limited space they had to reach the HVAC control panel.

The person I called as well wasn’t a HVAC technician (makes sense), so he wasn’t sure if they were able to solve my inquiry and needed a person on sight to investigate.

It took the HVAC technician a whole 3 minutes to figure out that he couldn’t do anything about my situation and still got charged the full price… which is the bummer… I kinda hoped I could’ve gotten a discount or credits or something and not have to pay the full price just for the guy to tell me he couldn’t do anything about it. Which is not his fault, just how the whole operations works…

TDLR; make sure whatever you’re inquiring you know they are able to solve it and make sure you’re ready to pay full price if they can’t.

I had an appoint recently with Peel Heating & Air conditioning. This was a call for a quote and I can say don't loose your time with them or their Sales tactic. I made it clear on the first 5min that I would not be signing anything on the spot and that I wanted to know their offering and price.

The sales person on site knew that from the start and proceeded with his sales pitch and at the end started to present their pricing and "all the discount they could offer". They are not able to provide a real price and insist on trying to show a price that include government discount. The government discount is a bonus but that's part of your price. Their price was printed on their brochure which they refuse to leave a copy or a copy of any quote. I wanted them to leave a copy of the price they were offering so I can make an informed decision before I commit and they started to act up saying "we don't allow you to take a copy of any quote or take any picture of it" they even added that the price they were showing me was valid for "today only". This is not how you do business for such a large amount of money and a copy of a quote with the price presented should be left.

They insisted if I don't sign today I would have to call them again because their price was valid only today. You guys are the perfect example of company I will not let into my house. You have lost 2 hours of my time and I was clear at the beginning I would not sign anything "that day". You don't go to a customer that is asking for Quote and not provide a quote. If this is how you are treating people before they have purchased a system from you then imagine how you will treat me once I have signed a paper.

Save yourself the stress of bad sales practice and go somewhere else you will thank me later. This is not a company I recommend to anyone.

**As soon as I posted my review I see a reply from the company that is "trying to look good" but believe me, they knew what they were doing very well. The sales person was not in a bad day, he was very well used to get customer with his sales tactic. Peel Heaving @ Air Conditioning, you are not honest at all and you play games that should not be played. It's a shame that you got many customer like this.

Bruce Keans visited us last week for our annual furnace inspection and did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed an unusual noise that we had noticed and, with some minor adjustments, was able to resolve the problem. He arrived on time, thoroughly answered our questions and was very professional and friendly.

Bruce from Peel Heating & Air Conditioning conducted our annual furnace tune-up. He was very thorough. He discovered a few problems during his first visit that he not only rectified, but he also consulted potential resolutions with experts at Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. He followed up with the second visit to make sure that everything was OK. We really appreciated his meticulous work.
If possible, we would like Bruce to do all our future maintenance work on our heating and AC system.

Shane was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond for us and communicated throughout the process of assessing the problem with our furnace and fixing it quickly. We were delighted and would happily have him back again.

The person came on time and did a good job. They had a special which was $49.99 to do a 12 point inspection on my heater. He explained what he did to the furnace, ran tests, fixed what needed to get done, and also provided recommendations. He was there for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Reliable show up when they say they will. Explain what they are doing. I am very happy with the service.

A purchase this significant is never easy but the team at Peel Heating & Air Conditioning made it a very positive experience.

The technician who started the process was very professional and identified several major issues with the system. He showed me the challenges (which were eye-opening), and offered several short-term options. Within a day, he had a colleague in front of us offering us long-term solutions.

Adam delivered an excellent presentation, and instead of selling us on a new system, we had a nice discussion, which led to our purchase. He's one of the best salespeople I've met because he doesn't 'sell' you on a product - he offers solutions based on your feedback and needs.

About 12 hours later, the installation team began their work. Alan walked me through the entire process, ensuring I understood some of the challenges and possible 'redecorating' that would need to take place. Even after I gave consent, he found a way to work around the existing structures and no 'redecorating' needed to take place.

Alan, Fabian and Deron clearly love what they do. They answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing in terms I could understand. Their professionalism, customer focus and expertise made this an easy process, and we'll be able to enjoy the benefits of their care for many years to come.

We had Ryan T come out to diagnose an issue with water leaking from the furnace. Rival companies pointed fingers at each other so we had a non bias party (Peel Heating) to come out and assess. Ryan was professional and thorough in diagnosing the issue to the point we're now considering them to install a new furnace (even thou we're not keen on getting a Lennox) because the service provided was so great. Would definitely recommend; a few weeks ago we had Alan & Justin come out to install a new Lennox furnace and air purifier and again I can't speak highly enough of these 2 guys (Ryan being 3) everyone at Peel Heating & Air Conditioning thus far have been honest and reliable. Keep up the good work people and stay honest. Recently had Wes install an air purifier and again super impressed with the service and professionalism of this entire company

We decided to replace our furnace because it was the original builder’s model. In researching reputable service providers, we found Peel Heating & AC. As you can see from the reviews, they have 4.9 stars and nearly 900 reviews.

The best news, they’re affiliated with Costco of which we’re very loyal members. The experience was excellent and the overall value worthwhile.

And we found a good company to clean our ducts, which was one of the inclusions in their package. Now we’re secure that we’ll be warm this winter, no matter what the weather brings. A worthy company deserving of their success.

I needed an evaluation of my HVAC system. The second opinion they provided was more thorough than the first opinion I received from another company. They provided several solutions to the problem that I could pick from. The technician was quite knowledgeable. My husband and I are pleased.

Peel Heating & Air Conditioning provided great service. They were professional, on time and very reasonably priced. They came on Wednesday to diagnose the problem, ordered the required part and were back Friday to install. This Team has for us proven to be the rare exception to today's difficulties when dealing with service companies.
First I had a great experience with the two installers which came by on time, did the job, all good and professionally completed.
Then, when the company which gave me the telephone tag run around with getting a water heater contract cancelled, I needed help again from Peel Heating. I needed proof that the old tank was in fact returned to Reliant. This is where I want to say a special "THANK YOU" to Mis Cynthia Massey which got this proof to me in record time. The best HVAC service I have ever come across. I am super glad that I chose peel heating and air conditioning for installing an HRV system in my house. Firstly, Mike Seman introduced me to different HRV systems and is very knowledgeable individual. He was very responsive and determined to help out with any queries I had. Secondly, Paul- the Operational Manager, is very polite and an excellent person to provide all the support and help needed. Paul was able to address all of my concerns in relocating the HRV controller and connecting the same to Furnace fan. All the technicians are very professional and will genuinely listen to your concerns. I would really recommend Peel Heating and Air Conditioning anytime and I can vouch 100% on their professional and swift customer service.

Have been using Peel Heating for a lot of years, never had any bad experiences, Today was our annual furnace tune-up by technician Ryan, I asked him about getting a new Humidifier, Ryan called his boss and to my surprise said he can install it now after furnace tune-up, that was unbelievable, figured would have to make another appointment for installation, Ryan installed the new Humidifier and did a great job

The technician arrived on time and was wearing his mask as per Covid requirements. He was very thorough in performing our furnace preventative maintenance. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions asked. I felt he actually did a more thorough job than previous techs had done in the past. We were very satisfied with work done.
