Honestly saying don’t go to this place. Receptionist who work on weekdays she don’t know how to talk and the one who work on Saturday she is also very rude. They are making people fool. Receptionist don’t have good customer service skills. She doesn’t know how to deal and talk over the phone. Doctors don’t listen to their patients.

Worst experience. Staff has no sence how to talk with patient. Even they are not capable of getting one star. Literally i will never suggested anyone to visit this clinic.

One of the worst services.never pickup the phone, no matter how many times you dial and what time. I tried morning, afternoon, evening.same thing. I won't recommend to go here.

Terrible experience. The receptionist is very rude. I went to see my family doctor. First she told me I need to wait for 2 hours and then I went again she said I asked you to wait for 4 hours. After visiting my doctor I asked her to give me print out of my reports, she said I want cash then I will give you print outs. I said I don't have cash so please email me but she rudely said no. She said i want cash first. She was a terrible person and rude. They don’t know how to treat their patients. And they are always asking money in cash but never accept debit and credit. I will suggest no body should ever visit this clinic. They don’t care about your health. All they want is money. Extremely illiterate and rude people. -1 out of 5 stars for them.

Very Bad- My family is registered (as Family Doctor) with this clinic from past 7 years. THEY ARE MY FAMILY DOCTORS Yesterday, I called them (Derry Village) more than 10 times, no one picked up the phone, my 7 year old son was sick, had difficulty in eating, sleeping and breathing. When I checked that clinic is open, I took him to the clinic at 4.30PM. Receptionist (do not want to mention the name) was so rude, said no one can see him. There were 3 doctors available in the clinic, I requested her, but she did not allow and behaved very rude. Finally I took him to Urgent Care.
They Have instructions pasted there, that rude behavior will not be accepted. But first, they should follow these instructions

The phone is not working, they have only one land line.n i have kept calling for the whole week to get the appointment….

I wish there is option for less then one star, so that I can do that because of the receptionist. She really don’t know how to behave with patient. She is only receptionist but it seems like she think that I am the owner so I can say whatever I want yo say to patients.

Garbage medical clinic. Very rude unprofessional staff. They don’t know how to deal with patients. The physicians are very careless and happy with these unprofessional, rude staff.

I wana give them 0 because they give worst service ever. The ladies on reception they donot know how to talk with patient. They are so rude and manner less ladies ever. They donot care about patients they just care about money. I never ever refer this walk in clinic anybody.

Visited them 3 weeks ago and doctor busha told me she will send me to specialist for endoscopy. Called them after 3 weeks and they haven’t yet sent fax to endoscopy clinic. They just want your money. Receptionists are unprofessional

They need professional receptionists in the front, bunch of unprofessionals working in the front, extremely slow, dr Masood is complete garbage, dosent care what the patient has to say and just, don’t know how this place is running, unreal. 6 hours for a walk in visit.and just for you to leave without having the problem properly dealt with. Something needs to be done about this clinic, Masood is a lazy doctor who doesn’t care about his patients, takes his sweet time on everything. Absolutely disgusting.

I want to give 0 star. Every time there is a long wait if we booked an appointment. Before coming to the clinic I just double checked from the clinic that I have an appointment today it’s on time or running behind because I have another appointment the receptionist told its on time but after reaching we have to wait for next 1 hour. Even doctors are just doing formalities not even bother about their patients. Pathetic clinic.

Horrible people. They will get you into waiting room way before doctor is yet to start his shift. They have no respect for your time. They think its only their time that matters.

If I can give 0 then I can.seriously disgusting staff and clinic.overly charged.i recommend everybody plz don't go. Tasmin Khalifa is getting charges overly and firstly they say something else and then they changed.so just dont go. OVERALL HORRIBLE SERVICES

What's the point of pre-booking appointments if the doctor is always changing their schedule or on vacation?

I was a little reluctant seeing Dr Memon after reading the negative reviews but after my appointment today I have to say he was very pleasant. My appointment was only 5 minutes later than scheduled which is basically on time in the world of Dr appointments. He spent about 40 minutes with me. His staff was also pleasant.

Not even a single time I been there, they saw me on my appointment.always wait for more then 30 minutes. Really want to change my doctor, but it’s near my work place and they have all my history. So no option. But all time very bad experience. Very frustrated I think I am getting more sick after coming here. Pathetic customer service. What is the meaning of appointment they don’t know. I took break for 30 minutes for my appointment and this whole break I spent for waiting. Seriously very poor service. Suggest, how to change doctor

Very poor customer service of staff and doctors. Dont know how to talk with patients. Doctors took 3 months to send reports to my specialists after calling 10 times.
I would never recommend this clinic to anybody. Especially if you are pregnant, this clinic is NOT right place for you.
Also nobody bothers to pick up calls.

They never pick up call in time. Doctor books appointment over phone but doesnt give a call for the appointment. The doctor is available only once a week and they have blood tests reports with them for weeks but do not bother to call and book appointment for doctor review. You have to keep on calling again and again.

Now me and my wife have to our fasting blood work again because of the worst staff they have at this clinic. The lab asked them to verify the patient and they never replied to them resulting in the rejection of our blood samples. We had to stay 5 hours fasting and have to go over the same thing again…. Worse worse worse…

Really Very bad service from Dr Masood and his staff, cannot rate ‘0’ Orelse I would definitely - My request was to get a doctors note from him regarding my daughter, as he already checked my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning when I called clinic asking for a doctors note they initially asked me to come to clinic on specific time and mentioned the note will be ready at Reception desk, despite arriving on time I had to wait 20mins just to hear Doctor hasn’t created a note yet, and I was then asked to follow up again at later time - then again upon my constant follow up for 2full days (over 10calls and several mins of wait and hold time doctor still did not responded) then on a Tuesday late night, received a call from doctor saying I will have visit again with my daughter and get checked as he will not issue anything without checking her. I feel if it was something serious they could have instantly asked us to be cautious or go to emergency but he was creating a opportunity for the visiting fees …Besides If they would have advised me on Monday that they cannot issue this note for some random reason, then I would have visited someone else and not wasted my time calling them and waiting for them.
Highly recommend to look for another doctor, if you don’t want to waste your time as I don’t find him helpful even after days of waiting.
This location do have other good doctors as well just didn’t got their appointment and I have to go see Dr Masood which really upsets me.

The clinic is poorly managed. Appointments are always 20-30 min behind schedule. I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment due to not felling well, and the clinic rebooked me without telling me and than told me they are dropping me as a patient because I didn’t show up for the appointments they rebooked without telling me. Dr Memon is not very detailed in his diagnosis and seems he is more interested in writing a prescription than addressing my issues.

Dr. Masood and his staff always try to do their best and I give them credit for that. I like Dr. Masood in particular for his experience and understanding of the medicines he prescribes and his amazing ability to listen. If there is one thing that stands out is his ability to listen to the patient and feel them, he has excellent instincts. I wish the clinic success.

The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Especially the punjabi ladies who believes to be the owner of the place. They accept only cash payments which is very inconvenient and illegal too as they don't have the record of the payments. I like the doctor over there that is only the plus point.

Dr Tasnim is excellent. But the Male doctor in there has no respect for anything. No ethics and unprofessional. Waiting time is horrible.

Receptionists are really rude and doesn't understand the patients need. Very poor service they should hire someone with good attitude

Dr Tasnim is super knowledgeable and is an expert. She is so kind, polite and accurate in her work. We are a big fan of her constant follow ups and hardwork she puts in to keep her patients healthy.

She made sure that she refer us to another best Dr Bushra before going on leave.

The receptionist here is so disciplined, helpful and kind and always understand the patients.

Dr. Tasneem and the team have always been very polite to me and my wife. Dr was very helpful and knowledgeable and prompt to follow through entirely for my wife's pregnancy. I haven't had to wait much really as long as I have an appointment. Maybe the other reviews are very old. My family has been seeing (including my new baby) Dr since the past 1.5 years and can't think of any reason to complain. The best clinic I have been to so far. And yes I cant disagree that their Mississauga counterpart doctor is not the best

I read lot of negetive reviews about this clinic and I don't agree with them, everybody coming here with medical reasons, and they are helping us, you need to have patience. I don't worry about time i spent here, because my health is important for me. I worry about diagnosis which I get from Dr. Farooq.

Dr. Masood is very nice and an intelligent person. But too much wait. If you have free time come and waist your time here. Minimum 3 to 4 hours.

Had some good visits and a lot of bad and the last one the doctor took a phone call conversation in the middle of my appointment.in the room! When he hung up he told me to go. I told him he didn’t diagnose anything. Probably the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. I wish I had his name to complain to the board.

Very unprofessional and for every visit we need to wait for atleast 2hours. Mistakenly we have selected this doctor (Tasneem) as a family doctor and she works over here. From my experience please don't visit this clinic and it's simply waste of time.

Horrible experience here. It deserves zero stars. I just needed to have some stitches removed. I go to the partner clinic in Mississauga but my family doctor there didn't want to do it because the equipment wasn't sterilized (at the mississauga clinic). I called Peel Med to enquire if I had to book an appointment or simply walk in to have my stitches removed. Walk in she said. I got there and the place is packed and I'm told to wait 1 hour. After 1: 30h, I asked her if my turn is coming any time soon and she has no idea how long it will take because the doctor (the only doctor there) is only seeing patients with appointments. Walk ins will be seen at the end of the day. I got there at 10 am.
What a waste of my time. Very disappointing and rude. Not coming back. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Horrible place. The receptionist literally calls in 30 minutes before my appointment saying come fast because the doctor I have the appointment with is leaving 15 minutes before my appointment time and I live 40 minutes away. They had me fasting 10 hours for bloodwork and when I went obviously the doctor had left. Absolutely stupid and unprofessional. She’s rude and the service is devastatingly trash. This place is a joke. You might as well stay home and get a friend to check you cuz that’s the kind of knowledge they have anyways. Don’t waste your time here. I don’t understand how this establishment is still up and running. They need to change their staff entirely because even the doctors don’t care about their patients. Idiots.

All the other ratings were accurate. Not sure why I gave them a second chance. The waiting time is ridiculous. Appointment doesn't have any value and is ignored. Worst part is their family and friends are given preference, doesn't matter how long you have been waiting. Don't bother bring it up with the doctor, it will land on deaf ears.

If you go this clinic maje sure you dont have anything after beacuse they ruined yor all day with out reason.

I have to give 1 star in rating or else i would give zero to them, the waiting time here is sooo much, on average you might have to wait for 1 to 2 hrs. And i had to wait almost 3 to 4 hrs. And the staff is also unprofessional. The doc is good, but whats the use if you have to wait 2-3 hrs every time. I have also tried to go as a first person in the morning. But there was no use of that too.

Bad clinic. Booked an appointment and waited over 2 overs after the appointment time to even get inside the room. When inside the room it took another 40 minutes for the doctor to come. He did not look at my condition properly and just took a glimpse of it from afar.

I have been to this clinic thrice and waiting time really sucks. These people don't value your time. I have scheduled an appointment for 12: 30 and was made to wait at least an hour before i could see the doctor. The doctors are ok but they do a lot of referrals within the same practice due tow which you have to schedule multiple appointments to get one issue resolved. Overall not satisfied with the practice and would have to look some better options.

Worst experience. Made an appointment with Dr. Cheema who went on leave and another doctor, Dr. Aziz, was supposed to cover him who didn't show up on the appointment day either. No one from the reception informed us in advance that doctor won't be showing up. If patient misses the appointment clinics charge them $50 no show fee but you can't hold them responsible if the doctor don't show up? ! We called back next day to reschedule the appointment and they told us to call back in 4 days and 'we will let you know'. One month old kid is struggling meanwhile to get some medical help and this is so frustrating to see this level of carelessness from doctors. I will be reporting this clinic and pediatrician to The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario as well as Ministry. Hope they suspend their license and make them take training on how to better provide such critical services to consumers. I would request my family doctor and everyone who is reading this to not waste their time and money going to this clinic. Thanks
