I used Pella Windows in doors for business and residential and just want to say that I was lucky to be dealing with Robert Baker he went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend you reach out to Robert for any of your business or residential needs. He was excellent.

Not worth the money.especially with the mediocre customer service. A typo they made in a size caused a snowball of issues for our new build. Our sales rep didnt want to take any responsibility and tried to deflect the mistake onto us. Huge waste of money time and energy. Will never use them again for any build moving forward.

Just like I mentioned previously.they're using this reply to cover their bottom line. I received an auto email reply that was never followed up. I reccomend anyone interested to come see the nonsense their sales rep sold us and the pile of issues and delays it snowballed into. Its unbelievable to listen to there voicemail speak about all the things they guarantee. Once they have your money you cant do a thing. Were using Casa Bella windows on a neighboring project and getting alot more for a lot less.

When ordering my windows for my new build I had the pleasure of working with Robert. I cannot say enough good things about the service he provided me, I felt taking care of from the start and he made sure to explain everything along the way, with the multiple changes I kept making. Would 100% recommend Pella windows and their customer service.

Stellar service from Cassandra in the office, and Mike the tech who came out to my home and wouldn’t leave until he got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it.

I recently purchased a new sliding door with built in blinds and a new front door. Dean, our sales rep was extremely helpful when it came to our decision making and very knowledgeable about the product line. The installation was done on time and the installers were both professional and very attentive to detail. I would highly recommend Pella Windows if you want a quality product!

Dean and Andrew were both fantastic, responsive, and accompanying. The factory forgot part of my order and on the day of installation they were able to problem-solve, go to a local hardware store and finish the job! Very happy with their service!

Great experience all around. Meredith was very helpful throughout the entire process and Amalia in the showroom was also very helpful in some of the tougher decisions. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.

Yaneth is a very personable sales person who makes a customer feel confident in her guidance. Use of laptop to show different options in the windows we wanted was very effective in helping us to decide what options to choose. The intstallers worked diligently, were polite and very clean, leaving no mess behind. I would have no problem hiring Pella again.

Ordered a wood framed sliding door with built-in blinds and a roll-away screen. The whole process went very smooth from selection to installation. Dean from sales was very good during his onsite visit.

After years of living with a warped builder-grade door, this slider is like the Cadillac of sliding doors. I’m pleased with the whole transaction.

Be aware, this didn’t come cheap. Some people tell me they paid half what I paid for their (non-Pella) sliding door, but I do believe you get what you pay for.

Keeping my fingers crossed that there are no issues in the long run.

Quality is excellent. I enjoyed working with Dale the sales rep. I was disappointed with the initial install of my two new doors, however, Pella did an excellent job to fix the issues and responded quickly.

Devon is also is responsive before and after the sale and installation if you have any followup questions.

I moved into my new house and all the windows needed replacing. I work a lot and needed after hour appointments. Dean, the Pella sales rep, was great and very accomodating. I booked my appointment online, he called and emailed to confirm, showed up ontime and knew his products very well. We had everything picked out within the hour. I had California Shutters that had to be taken off and replaced. This was a problem for other companies, but was a service Pella provided.

I have beautiful windows now. They came to measure after the sales appointment and the installers were very polite. They left the house spotless. Dean called after to make sure everything went smoothly and to make sure I was satisfied with the results.

Overall, Pella is an excellent product with an excellent staff. Going with Pella means a worry free reno.

When we realized that some of our windows were showing irreparable signs of aging, we began an extensive project of comparison shopping. Retailers of vinyl windows typically warned us that we'd find wood windows (like those originally installed) way too expensive. However, this Pella showroom had exactly the kind of low-profile wood frame we were hoping to find, and in the end, various discounts made the project financially manageable. In particular Pella offered escalating discounts for multiple windows, so we ended up replacing 23 windows, most of which were fairly large.

We were treated courteously by the sales consultant, Devon. When he came to our house, there was no "hard sell". He patiently made sure we were well informed, and thoughtfully suggested alternatives that he (correctly) guessed might appeal to us. A few days later, another representative — Derek, also friendly and professional — arrived to double-check and verify Devon's measurements.

The windows that were finally installed are beautiful, quality products. We have no disappointments or second thoughts about our choice to go with Pella. But, of course, wood windows are only as good as their installation, and it is here that our experience was most satisfying.

We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent installers assigned to our job: Ted and his assistant Roman. They were friendly and 100% professional: working steadily (8 days on site, usually 9 a.m. To 5: 30 p.m.), consistently showing respect for our privacy and our property. When there were choices to be made about installation details, they always made sure to explain what was happening, and to accommodate our preferences. This team set the highest standards for themselves and would let nothing second-rate slip by. Ted and Roman are probably the very best service/installation workers we've ever had in our home, and we would happily recommend them to others needing this kind of work.

They will leave you high and dry after they take your money. They may have been good in the past but after you’ve had their products for a couple of weeks, you’ll realize the huge mistake in getting pella to begin with. They are no where to be found when it’s time to back their product and installation.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Pella. Our rep, Meredith Richardson was the absolute BEST person to work with. Knowledgeable, personable, and devoted to her clients and the company. I would trust her ten times over!
We got both front and back doors done by Pella, and a big job of converting our 2 side by side kitchen windows into 1, and raise it up quite a bit to make room for the new sink we'll be having installed. Wayne and Wayne (yes both workers were named Wanye!) were great! They spent about two days at our place getting things done. Hardworking and did a great job. Unfortunately the hardware company that we purchased our specialty hardware from messed up (definitely NOT associated with Pella) and some of our hardware couldn't be installed on the day of our door installation. When that company corrected its error and sent us what we needed, Pella sent an installer at no additional cost to install the hardware for us - his name was Jeremy and he was fantastic. Even came by after sitting in traffic for hours, on a friday, after his day was done.

Can't recommend Pella enough - just really great people who care about the work they put out. Thank you so much for everything!

Very friendly service and did not rush me off. Got to see all the different replacement windows at varying price points.

We needed three windows changed and they were all three floors up. The quote process was really smooth and very informative. The installation crew were friendly and did the job quickly with no mess. Considering the windows were three floors up, have plants and trees below the windows, the crew did a great job of installing the windows without damaging any of the plants. Will use Pella again for any more windows.

Needed to upgrade a large window that had cracked and also replace an exterior door that was like swiss cheese. Devon was extremely knowledgeable and clearly answered all our questions. The installation was excellent - quick and tidy. They both look great and we will enjoy them for years. Great job team Pella!

Went into the showroom for the first time today. Amalia was very knowledgeable and helped us pick a window and door style that met our needs.

Ryan Smith is a great representative of Pella Windows in London. I had two quotes from two other companies. Without me asking him for the best solution, Ryan instantly provided me with the best option to replace my front window. It saved me more than 50% of the cost to replace what was needed.

Both installers Cornelius and Noel were great too. Overall, I am very pleased with their professional service.

We recently chose Pella to install windows in our unique home. We needed more than 20 windows. Our first contact with Pella was Meredith, our sales person. We were immediately impressed with her personally and her product knowledge. She was with us from the start to the end of the installation and always just a text away. Meredith and her team at Pella were very professional and we are very happy with the results.
It was refreshing to have a salesperson show genuine passion and excitement not only for her products but for what her products could do for home.
