I often use this location to pickup my Walmart groceries. I have also used them multiple times to return items purchased online from Amazon.
The staff are super nice and friendly. They go above and beyond in helping package and label items for return.
I would definitely recommend using their services.

How can you have a pickup place with no where to pull in or park? Only saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff

I use penguin pick up as a location to pick up my packages. I have be using their location for many years. The last time I picked up my package they said it wasn’t there. Apparently, my package was there but they held it without telling me and wouldn’t give it to me before I register with penguin pick up and pay a fee. They failed to notify me of this and held my package. This is not good customer service. Unacceptable.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I have picked up orders from IKEA, dropped off packages for Amazon and other ecom returns. Always greeted with a smile and promptly helped.

This delivery and drop off service is one of the best. I only gave them 4 stars because they changed their hours. Before you could drop off and pick up packages until 9pm. Now they changed it to 7pm.

I’ve picked up from this location multiple times with no issue. However, the last two times they have not provided me my Walmart grocery order. Be aware if you pick up your Walmart groceries late the employees will just take your order. This Sunday I had a scheduled delivery ready for pick up between 10-11 am and I arrived at 10: 05 they said my order is not here. I let them know I will not be able to return before they close and they said they will leave a note and I can pick up tomorrow. I went today to pick up my order and they said there was no such note and my order was sent back. When I contacted Walmart they said their system indicated order was picked up. Not acceptable I do not recommend using this location for Walmart grocery pick up.

Convenient location.but customer service is poor. They don't get you your package right away, sometimes they make you wait while they serve the next customer. What makes you think it's okay to start serving the next customer before you finished the first one? It is ridiculous and disrespectful-even Canada Post doesn't do that. Picking up a parcel should be straightforward and quick.

You need to finish serving the first customer first so they can leave, otherwise what is the point of having a line.

First I deal with incompetence from DHL for a week, now I can't get my package from you lot. Thanks.

Useless employees. On Tuesday March 30th went to pickup the package and the useless employee who was there said that the package was not there. Calling the customer service number and was told the package has been waiting for pick-up since Friday March 30th. The tracking number was provide but decided not to use it to locate the package. The item was needed by Wednesday April 5th. I had to go there Saturday to pick it up. At least i found someone who knows there job but it was too late
I wouldn't recommend Purolator to use it as a drop off for package.

Friendly staff, pickups always on time, always on schedule. No issues with delivery either. Great service, highly recommended

Dara was a great help and super efficient with her work. I hope Penguin Pickup employees more people like her!

Staff are friendly all the time and also I love their humour too. A very convenient spot for dropping off Purolator parcels. They can easily scan the QR codes to help me return my stuffs.

I have always found them helpful and courteous. Many in here are personable. Service is also usually fast and efficient. Many businesses have their good and bad days but I don’t base it off of one bad experience, which I haven’t had here anyways. Glad they are in our neighbourhood.

Inconsiderate, difficult staff without a shred a common sense. Wasteful of my time. Won’t bother with them moving forward.

Worst IKEA service ever!
I Ordered online and went for pick up. There is no parking spot for the car and the people over there are so unfriendly and unhelpful. I couldn’t even pick up my product from there at the first time though I had all the receipt, order number and everything. I had to go second time in another day to pick that up. I would suggest not to use this location and get harassed by them.

1. They accept payment only with tap, which many cards don't have for security reasons. They also don't take cash.

2. Staff here are sometimes cruel and derisive to those with disabilities.

3. If you lose your pick-up slip you might be screwed; no one here will help connect you with your parcel.

4. The desk here is often understaffed, resulting in long wait times.

This was my first time. Welcoming and helpful staff at the counter. Had to drop off return package for Puraltor. Fast QR label printing services provided. I was out in no time.

I had a fabulous and seamless experience at this friendly location. I picked up my Walmart order lastnight. There was a young lady and man there. They were very welcoming and efficient.
The personable nice guy put my heavy box in my cart for me. Awesome service!

Came to this PenguinPickUp a few times to pick up Ikea orders, and to drop off Purolator returns. It is super convenient. The staff was always friendly and service as quickly. Have not encountered any long line ups. Apparently they even have a dolly you can borrow for free if you got something a bit too large to carry.

I spoke with a petite lady about my parcel and I specifically told her that its under two different names and not including the last name. She told me to come back another time despite me getting the ready for pickup email. She didn't bother to double check on the names that the parcel could be under. The place wasn't even busy and I have no idea why customer service was so poor this day. This was the first and last time I'll ever use this place. I looked like an idiot looking for a parcel that was actually in the office. Such disappointment.

I love the staff here they are fantastic and amazing to chat with, I get my Wal-Mart groceries delivered here weekly and only Wal-Mart messes up not penguin

I am currently waiting in my car for my girlfriend to drop off a package.

I have been waiting for 48 minutes as of right now.

There was one person in front of her when she went into give them the package.

She is giving me a blow by blow, and it seems that they have some extremely incompetent people working there.

UPDATE: the guy JUST admitted he doesn't know what he's doing and can't send her FedEx package.

Beware any that go here to deal with a complete lack of understanding of how to do your job
