We had to collect a huge ikea order of 47 items (a kitchen) and they helped us by providing us a trolley and gave us the list to verify that each item was here.

My go to Penguin location! Extremely friendly and very helpful staff, especially Warsame and Ed!

It's a very smooth experience with Penguin pick up at peter st location. The staff named Sandesh who assist me was super friendly and helpful. It's a very efficient and seamless pick up trip. Would definitely order and pickup at same location again.

This place is a really good idea. To be able to pick up your Walmart or IKEA purchase or to drop off and pick up courier packages close to your home is a big convenience for those living in downtown Toronto.

Easy pick up location for Walmart.within 2mins I was on my way with my items.

Always a positive experience at this location. All associates are pleasant when assisting customers. One of the associates, Sandesh, always has a jolly spirit, professional and handles all customer matters efficiently!

They certainly don't make it hard for you to ship anything. Very Friendly staffs and I'm always satisfied with their service whenever I go there.

The service here is incredible in my experiences with them, and I enjoy picking up my packages here. Grocery pick-up here is always very useful and I really appreciate the service. Penguin Pickup makes a lot of things easier for me compared to shipping to an apartment complex. Special shout out to Miguel as well for being incredible helpful when I had an issue with a misdirected package. Thanks guys!

I picked up an IKEA order from this Penguin PickUp location and got some delivery issues (due to IKEA). Miguel was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.

Penguin Pickup have been nothing but professional and courteous with me. Everytime I order something it's delivered to them and I am promptly reminded via email. The associates are kind, reliable and remember me by name. I highly recommend them to those seeking a secure and consistent service for the delivery and storage of their packages.

I get a lot of my packages directed here and find it incredibly easy to navigate. I am a very satisfied customer and I only receive relatively small parcels so I cannot speak to any grocery or big Ikea-type items. Because of my schedule, I can only pick up my things on weekdays after 7: 30pm and the employees that work that shift are just the best. I always meet the same two guys and they have only ever given me good vibes. (It also helps that I feel like they're giving me presents every time I visit lol). I was shocked to read about some of the other employees and I consider myself lucky that I've never encountered them. Anyways, as of writing this, if you pick up things on a weekday evening, you should meet friendly, helpful and totally non-aggressive employees.

Incredible friendly and helpful staff!
I used this store to pick up several times from IKEA and Walmart, and the staff were really helpful and kind all 3 times.
This was incredible for me as I had a nightmare experience with a UPS store in North York (Yonge and Finch) that I ended up emailing UPS and then having not enough response from them!
After that bad experience, experiencing these professional kind people was delightful, I'm not writing reviews much, but this was necessary to thank these wonderful people and motivating them to continue having this fantastic performance and service level!

I went there to pick up my Ikea order and part of my stuff wasn't there; they've never asked for the number order and had everyone's orders scattered around the place.

The concept of the service is great (especially in times like covid) but the experience is terrible. I’ve ordered things from IKEA here and they “didn’t receive” or “don’t have” parts of my order. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for items to be lost in the delivery process.

IKEA (says they shipped all parcels) and Penguin pick up (says it received all parcels), but nobody can give me my items so I assume that they’re systems are not communicating. Not saying it’s all Penguins fault, but they have NO answers for items that aren’t Walmart items.

If you’re ordering items that have multiple boxes CHECK THAT ALL YOUR PACKAGES ARE THERE! It is not safe to assume that they have given you all your parts.

I've called this location at least 15-20 times over the last 5-6 days with no one answering the phone. Pretty ridiculous at this point. Would suggest delivering your items elsewhere.

Great Spot to Pick up Groceries. It’s huge and right beside my condo. You can also buy stuff directly from the store through the app. The staff are friendly and super patient and helpful.

Online Walmart groceries items were delivered in A LOT of plastic bags despite having chosen to use my own bags on the website. Staff said it was always delivered like that. I would not recommend to use this service unless they change this practice.
