Had an IKEA pick up schedule here. The item became available sooner than expected and the people in the store were super helpful. Zero issues.

Pick up was quick and easy with no problems finding parking, although there are only two or three spots directly out front of the store. The girl inside was polite, helpful and efficient. The downside is that you can't roll the cart with your large heavy packages out to your car and it's not wheelchair accessible.

My pick up experience at this Penguin PickUp location was so smooth. I wish I got the person's name who helped me out but they were so sweet, the customer service is top tier. So thankful for how kind and efficient this pick up was.

FedEx said I wasn't at home to sign for my package on a Friday morning at 937am even though I was. They said they'll reattempt delivery the following Monday. I redirected the delivery to Penguin Pickup at 10am. They got it by 1pm. They called me to confirm it had arrived at 117pm. I went to pick it up at 6pm. Thanks Penguin pickup! The only thing that I noticed was Penguin pickup did not ask me to sign anything, but they did check my ID. So that's ok I guess.

I go in there quite often.to pick/drop stuff.
Everyone is so nice and polite
And I am usually in and out in a couple of minutes.
Always a pleasant experience

Very helpful, the receptionist was working back and forth. Even though I didn’t get my product the same day they were able to explain me the reason why it was not there and I was okay with that.

Convenient way to pick up Ikea items, didn't have to drive all the way to the store to pick up.

Came here to pick up a package, that is clearly already paid and signed for - yet the staff member makes us sit here & wait for them to open “officially”.

Considering this is just a pick up spot and the staff is currently in their working, I’m pretty sure you can just hand the package over and a signature would have easily sufficed.

Makes no sense why this staff member is adamant that he cannot help us until 10am? I am right here just hand me my package and we can go on our way?

Absolute waste of time, I would never make a customer wait just because he is a little early for something that does not require anything more then showing ID and maybe a signature.

Even a decent explanation would have sufficed instead of the gentleman shrugging his shoulders saying I don’t know.

Received my package in perfect condition. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Going there again today to pickup another package.

Horrible location and service. The door is very small to fit the trolley through the door and there is no ramp. I struggled to pull my order through the door while the 3 people working there did nothing. They only talked and laughed while the trolley tipped over and my package landed on my foot. If only someone had at least held the door for me. But common courtesy and customer service is lost here. Never coming back.

Excellent customer service, easy process for package dropoffs, you are even able to send them your label in advance, and they can print it for you, great team, will use their services in the future and recommend to others
